Staying at this unit was really lovely. The east end is quiet and beautiful, and I enjoyed my daily walks passing all the gardens. My host was incredibly responsive—there was a miscommunication about cleaning and both the property owner and the manager were helpful and kind, and they got everything figured out quickly. The space is not large, but it is outfitted really well and the view of the bay is unmatched. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for couples. Great use of space.

Great location and cozy. Heat issue solved quickly. Internet was awful so no luck streaming which was a bummer on winter night.

Made a quick trip out to Provincetown and really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Perfect location! About 5-10 minutes from all of the main activities. Very quiet condo. Great neighbors.

Stayed at this gorgeous property for a perfect autumn weekend. Unbelievable location on Commercial street right by the water (omg the view!). Looking forward to booking here again!

We loved this apartment! Clean, comfortable, charming interiors, and within walking distance to everthing; access to bay right across the street and pet friendly. It even has its own washer/dryer!! We hope to stay again next year!!! Thank you ladies!!!

We loved this apartment, and enjoyed being in Provincetown for a full week! Being in the East End was great. Re Parking: We actually found on street parking every day. Then didn’t move the car for a few days. Walk to town. We needed to move it for Street cleaning once. And the other times we moved it we found parking again at night on week days. But weekends are a different matter… harder to find a spot. And the town gets all the more lively!
The East end is “quieter” but we had windows open (although there is AC, we didn’t use it) and it can be noisy at brief times on the street. You can hear people on the street. But it was fine. In fact I t was all fun. Also be aware that pets are welcome in the 4 or so apartments and so there was a little barky dog at one point but the property manager contacted the people and it all worked out fine. In fact we met the people and they apologized and it was all good. (My only recommendation for the owners is to at some point take out the old radiator in the bedroom because I ran into it at night! Ouch. It’s not needed since they have a different source of heat and it’s really in the way! Also be aware that the coffee maker is a Kurig and there were no coffee pods in apartment and they don’t sell them nearby so either provide or tell people the kind of coffee maker it is) Wonderful place. Thank you so much!!!!!

When you think of Provincetown, you think of this property. The view from the quadruple windows that look out on the bay and Commercial Street is divine. Morning coffee, reading a book and an afternoon glass of wine are perfect from the perch above the action. The location in the quaint east end among the galleries and shops was serene and lovely. I cannot recommend this property more than an emphatic A+, Book It, and HUZZAH!

Margaret-Ann & Marie's place offers the perfect East End location that is close enough to the center of town for fun but far enough for some peace and quiet. The second-floor apartment has a comfortable layout with a beautiful bay window and a partial ocean view across the street. The furniture is all clean, new and comfortable. The shower has great temperature and pressure. The kitchen is well-supplied with utensils. Front and back porches offer great Ptown people or bird watching (depending on your mood).

Comfy place right on Commercial Street with water view and beach access directly across the street. The condo was very clean and comfy. My neighbors were very friendly and pleasant. Billy (Property Manager) was a pleasure to work with very responsive.

My partner and I very much enjoyed staying here! It’s in such a great location - a bit away from all the action but just a quick walk away. Right across from an amazing grocery store as well. Views are great from the dining room inside. Will definitely return!

We had a great stay. This is a comfortable, convenient, well kept, and well cared for rental. Just next to the museum, across from a market, accessible to the beach, and an easy walk.

Perfect vacation spot for a Ptown vacation for 2 ppl. Lovely renovated unit on second floor of a guest house with old charm touches, quiet despite being right on Commercial St, with views of the water from the open living space. Convenient to restaurants, galleries and shops. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely apartment and we enjoyed being there very much. The small kitchen is a drawback. It is very hard to prepare even a simple meal in such a cramped space. But otherwise it is a really nice place and we had a great time.

Renting and communicating with Seascape was seamless. The place was cute, quiet and easy to get to.

The apartment is small but well organized. Fellow renters were friendly and helpful.
The “Angel” grocery store across the street was perfect for coffee, pastries, and sandwiches .
Missed having a washer/dryer but went to laundromat in Chatham (a town well worth visiting) Great restaurant on water within easy walking distance called “Panizzi”.
The apartment is on 2nd floor so steps have to be navigated with luggage.
Access to beach right across road and the Adirondack chairs in front of house were fun to sit in and have chats with passerby.

Very nice stay-nicely located, clean, comfortable. Quiet end of town with nice water views. Spoke to owners once who quickly resolved the questions we had.

Close enough to town to walk, but far enough for a quiet nights sleep. We stayed with two trained dogs, and they were super tired by the end of each day

My wife, dog, and I stayed here for a few days in October and loved it. It’s right across the street from a public beach and our dog loved walking there during low tide. It’s very easy to get into the center of town but also just far enough so that Commercial St. isn’t hectic.
The apartment was a perfect size for us. It was clean, bright, and had a lot of what we needed to cook some meals (note, we did have to buy pantry items though like oil and spices). We would definitely stay here again.

The condo had all the necessities, a great outdoor porch, and was close to everything. We can't wait to go back!

Small but cozy within easy walking distance of everything. Beautiful view of the harbor from the front bay window makes the living room and it's a great place to people watch. Can be a little noisy as it's on Commercial Street, but if you're choosing a Comm Street place to stay you probably know that!

Loved my stay here - right across from access to bay beach, comfy couch, cute little apartment building that was very very quiet. And an awesome shower!

We had a wonderful week in PTown staying at this location. A great place to stay.

I would definitely stay here again. It’s on the East End of Commercial — perfectly situated on the edge of downtown but far enough away from the crowds that it wasn’t loud. Directly across the street from the beach entrance with a dog was a huge plus. Oh yes, it’s dog friendly! The property is very well taken care of

Great, quiet East End place to stay. Bigger than the photos make it look. The eating nook is beautiful and the bed, couches, etc are all perfectly comfortable and great for lounging.

Great spot very relaxing. This isn’t my first time staying out in p town however first time here. My only gripe (which was mentioned in the listing so mistake on my part) that this unit is missing simple things like soap in the bathroom (for showering) as well as coffee in the unit. Coffee maker was in unit, but no coffee. Would 100% stay again.

This property was excellent in numerous respects. It is located in a very family-friendly area just a few short blocks away from downtown Provincetown. Billy from SeasCape Realty was fabulous! He was extremely helpful, providing good advice and really great tips both before my stay and at the time of check-in. The amenities were very modern, particularly the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The property was quite spacious and provided everything I could want in a vacation rental. In addition to the property being very inviting and well-kept, it was located in a very friendly neighborhood. Also, I enjoyed the property’s proximity to the numerous art galleries that were nearby, as well as the very convenient location right across the street from the bay. While the property does not come with a parking space, I had no problem parking on the street throughout my stay during the third week of June – there were always spaces available nearby. The only minor glitch was the WiFi not working the first night of my stay; Billy was extremely responsive to this issue and was able to provide a solution expeditiously. I would recommend this property (and Billy/SeasCape Realty) most highly!

Steps away from the beach and excellent restaurants, this is the perfect PTown escape. Our host was super communicative and check-in was really easy. I love, love, loved the apartment and wish I could move in forever. Book this place!!
