Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. Walkable to the center of P'town, quick drive to National Seashore beaches. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Owner responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the third summer (early Sept.) my sister and I have stayed at 38 Creek Road. The location is wonderful. The condo layout is elegant and comfortable, and we love the feel of being in the trees.

We loved our stay. It was exactly as advertised; clean and quiet, yet close to all the fun. It had everything that we needed and the deck was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Quiet and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. And still not far from all the action of Commercial Street. Highly recommend!

The condo is exactly as described. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and near a lovely restaurant. The owner is fantastic! The condo is a short bike ride to the beach, and a short ride to downtown. It’s a great choice for anyone who wants to be near the energy of Provincetown without the noise.

Lovely
Lovely rental property. Everything was nice and new. Very pleasant and comfortable space. It had everything we needed, and nice added touches. The deck is spacious, and backs to a tree filled space - private, shady and filled with birds singing. Our host was great. Responsive when we had a quick question.

A Tree House in Bird Song Heaven
This elegant, well-appointed condominium was, in thirty years of renting on the outer Cape, the absolute nicest I've ever stayed in. Everything was new, everything worked. The layout was comfortable, cozy, and being inside still felt like being outside with trees, skylights, birdsong, and sea air. The manager responded to my texted questions instantly as well. We were close to town and the beach but hidden away in our own quiet leafy grotto. What else? Fabulous shower, well-equipped kitchen, great stove, lovely deck, glorious pillows. A return visit is in our (near) future.

Quiet,Comfortable stay!
The condo is newly renovated crisp and clean. I loved the outdoor shower and the deck is huge with nice seating,, table and umbrella. I went in September and there isa propane fireplace which was great at night. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. Realize (which I did not) that the washer and dryer are across the parking lot in another building. It is coin operated. I assumed the amenity of a washer and dryer were in the unit. The unit is on the second floor surrounded by trees, on the deck I felt like I was in a treehouse. Beautiful.

What a treat!
Owners: responsive, helpful and responsible.
Location: west end at it's best. Close to commercial street and the water. Not too far from the Stop n Shop, either.
Amenities: loaded. Outdoor shower is nice. Huge deck; dining for 6. Well-stocked kitchen.
Highlight: the unit backs up to open space. You look out at trees. Birds and crickets, very quiet, very peaceful, very private.

Great escape!
We've been staying in Provincetown for more than 25 years and this is one of the nicest rentals we have had. The living space has high ceilings and good light, the deck is much larger than we realized from the photos (plenty of space for a dinner party of six). It looks out over woodlands, so feels very private. Bedrooms were a decent size (not big, but large by Ptown standards) with built in AC that did the trick on hot nights. The owner was particularly friendly, responsive, and helpful. A few reviews mention the business downstairs, but it never bothered us at all. It was generally quiet except the sound of a truck that might show up some mornings, but even that did not disturb us. Most places we've stayed before are much louder. The kitchen is well appointed and grilling was ideal. An outdoor shower is downstairs. Interiors are clean and furnished nicely, with a gas fireplace that adds surprising flair. The spot is a five minute walk to Victor's or Relish, but removed enough to be quiet. Our only complaint might be small, the hot water heater makes a little noise in the living room, but not really a problem. We would definitely return again and recommend it to others.

very nice!
This was a lovely place to stay, updated with all the modern conveniences, in contrast to many older properties in Ptown. Great location close to the action but in a quieter neighborhood. Be aware that the bedrooms are a bit on the small side; there isn’t much extra room to move around in them. Well equipped kitchen, but it would be nice to have had some plastic wrap and aluminum foil on hand (if it was there, we didn't find it). Very nice to sit out on the deck and look at the trees.

I had an amazing time in Provincetown this Spring Break and it wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't rented this beautiful and cozy place. It's super clean, with all appliances and kitchen equipment needed if you plan on making your own meals. The owner is kind and considerate. She stopped by to drop off a toaster and did her absolute best not to inconvenience us. Communication on her side was excellent. It is a 5-minute drive and 30-minute walk to Herring Cove beach. It's a 5-minute walk to Commercial Street if you're interested in going to the restaurants and tourist attractions. The neighbors are super friendly, but the apartment is in a quiet location where you can have some quiet alone time. I'm so happy to have stayed there. We hope to come back in December if Deborah will have us. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

Amazing!
We enjoyed our week calling this condo home. Convenient location, very clean, fully stocked with everything you need, private outdoor deck space was amazing and great for hosting dinner outside. Penny is very responsive, very friendly and is a great host! We will absolutely be adding this property (and the identical unit next door) to our list for our next trip out!! Book it! You will not be dissapointed.

Provincetown Stay
The property was perfect for a week in the beautiful Provincetown. It’s an easy walk into town. Highly recommend renting bikes to take rides to the beach and in the park. We enjoyed grilling and dinners on the patio. Our favorite dinner was at Sal’s in town which was a quaint Italian restaurant with amazing food. The property was quiet and accurate description online.

Great for Teleworking!
We came to PTown for a vacation and decided to stay an extra week, figured might as well since we all work from home now.
The space was great for three of us to work remotely. The WiFi is strong, plenty of space inside and out so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Plus having the trees from the conservation area is a great background for your video calls!
We were able to make some great meals during the week, when not eating out. The kitchen has everything you need!
The entire place was spotless and bedrooms are good sized with just enough space so you didn’t feel cramped. Each bedroom has its own control of the AC too, so you don’t have to worry about freezing out the entire apartment and other people if you like it colder at night.
It’s only one bath but the outdoor shower is completely private so you can use that too.
Penny was great to work with at both check in and check out, very responsive.
The location is great. You’re on the west end of town so closer to the beaches, as well as plenty of run or bike options. There is space to lock up your bike rentals under the stairs.
Commercial street is only a 5 minute walk, go to Perry’s for a great wine selection. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes by bike, but recommend going to Macs for fresh seafood.
Highly recommend this rental!

Contemporary and peaceful
This is a very nice arrangement of the unit and outdoor deck space, well appointed, as described in the listing. I would like to return, I have a few suggestions for the owner, that would insure my return, I plan on reaching the owner directly. Comments are always subjective, my big wishes are wanting the bedroom with the corner windows to have a king size bed. It will fit, and I would sleep so much better with my husband there. I’d love the tree next to the unit 2 parking removed, (who wants that liability of a branch falling on a renters car?) I would love the other 2 large trees trimmed way back to eliminate all the branches that hang over the deck. It would be much sunnier (sunbathing needs) and there would not be the constant mess of leaves all over the deck and deck furniture to have to remove. A small hose in the outdoor shower would allow for easy cleaning inside and handy to wash sandy beach shoes, etc.

Beat spot in Ptown
This place is even better than the pics show. Spacious. Quiet area. The deck is great with lots of greenery and bird sounds. Comfy bed. Penny is very quick to respond to any small request. Second time and we will be back next year for sure!

Clean west end condo with beautiful deck
The condo was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen has most everything you will need to prepare meals. There are some spices and vinegar available to use. We spent mornings and evenings outside on the deck enjoying the beautiful trees. It was private and quiet for the most part. While it wouldn't stop us from renting again, you should know there is some type of business/shop below the unit and weekdays a truck arrives around 8-830am and the business phone starts ringing around 730-8am. It wouldn't prevent us from renting again, but we did hear it every morning and didn't realize there was a business there until we arrived.
Penny was very responsive prior to and during our stay. We assumed beach stuff would be in the rental and when we reached out to Penny, she had beach towels and an umbrella dropped off within the day.
While we didn't use the AC daily, it was nice to have when it did get hot.
Overall- we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Fantastic: Penny was gracious, accommodating, eager to make our stay an exceptional one.
The property itself was ideal for us - close to the center of town, but also in its own quiet neighborhood. The decor was contemporary, but comfortable in every way, and the level of cleanliness was impeccable. We would eagerly return again.

Great place!
My friends and I truly had a great time here. This place was beautifully renovated and the private back deck and outside shower were an especially nice feature! Its just a long enough walk from all the action yet far enough away to be nice and quiet when you're ready to relax.
We'll definitely stay here again!
