This stunning 4-level mountain modern, private, luxury home located in the renowned area of Breckenridge known as The Highlands, is a perfect rental for your Breckenridge vacation. Whether you are planning an executive retreat or a family vacation, this large private home will certainly cater to your every need.
This newly renovated, mountain chic home boasts 6 bedrooms, sleeps 16, offers stunning mountain views, includes a large private deck with a private hot tub, a 2 car garage with additional parking space in the driveway, a laundry area, a living area on the main level with a custom stone built gas fireplace nestled between stunning grand windows for natural sunlight, a family room with Foosball table on the lower level, and access to a complimentary private winter shuttle for easy access to the ski area.
Enjoy the primary bedroom with a large walk-in closet, king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private custom designed bath with 2 sinks, a separate bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Or post up in the guest bedroom that includes a queen bed, and private bath. The large third bedroom features 2 captain bunk beds, as well as a TV media area with sleeper sofa, and access to a private bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on the main level and include queen-size beds, as well as access to a shared bathroom. The sixth bedroom is on the lower level, and includes a King bed.
The Highlands neighborhood is located in North Breckenridge and is known for its stunning wooded and mountain views, is only 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge, as well as the Breckenridge ski area gondola, and is close to summer hiking and biking trails. The amenities in the property were not very desirable. The fridge was broken, which was communicated with us a day prior, however we were told it would be fixed during our stay; this did not happen. We wasted so much food as the replacements were so small and only one miniature freezer. We spent a part of each day getting ice and going back and forth to the grocery store because of this.

This home is in need for a lot of updating. Kitchen is poorly equipped especially if you plan to cook for a large group. Dryer is in need of repair it made a lot of noise and clothes wouldn’t dry properly.
Management was very responsive on having someone break up the ice on the driveway close to garage as it was a sheet of ice.
Location was great for skiing.

The accommodations were amazing. Two small complaints, the handle for the master bathtub needs repair, and the TV did not work.

The house was lovely. Spacious, clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy. The driveway was long enough for multiple cars in addition to a two-car garage. Location was ~10 minutes from the Breck ski resort parking lots.
Our only complaint was that the hot tub was broken when we arrived--one of the features that was a deciding factor in booking the home. We called the property management company, but they made minimal effort to fix the tub. They promised us financial compensation, which was ultimately only $25/ night (3% of the total cost). While we loved the house, we are unlikely to book with this management service again due to the poor customer service related to the hot tub.

The pictures portray a larger family room and kitchen than what is actually there.
The rugs in the family room and eating area need to be replaced. They are curling up and are very dangerous. It's an accident waiting to happen. Some of the windows don't open and the blinds in the bunk room could use a good dusting. We were surprised that there was no soap in any of the bathrooms since we are being careful of COVID. Despite all of the inconveniences we enjoyed ourselves.

Breckinridge Family Vacation
Our family vacation brought 15 of us (my wife and I, and our three daughters and their families) to Breckenridge from Tennessee, Texas, and Mississippi. There were seven adults and five children - ages 5 to 12. This house was great as our base for our week’s activities - horseback riding, white-water rafting, golf, hiking, Epic Discovery, and bike riding. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the well-equipped kitchen and family area were where we spent most of our time while at the house. The back porch area was great for a cup of coffee on cool mountain mornings. The hot tub was great for relaxing after strenuous activities. The house is confidently located in a quiet neighborhood off Tiger Road about 3-4 miles from downtown Breckenridge (toward Frisco). The after-hours check-in was seamless, and the property manager was helpful. Our family gives this house a five-star rating overall.

Great summer location.
5 days with 6 adults and 7 kids. Beautiful home with ample space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Short drive into town. Very clean with beautiful views of the mountains. Online photos were accurate. We would have liked more outdoor space for the kids to be able to run around. The steep hills made playing “in the yard” difficult. Plenty of dishes but the pantry was bare if all basics (including salt and sugar). This may be due to Covid precautions but we had to do more shopping because of it. We will definitely return to this property!

Great location, nice space
We had a great weekend at this house - many bedrooms, nice hangout space, hot Tub (which could have been hotter - was 98 degrees), close to both downtown and hiking. Overall a great place - thankfully the price per night was less than usual - the cleaning fee was significantly high and we wanted assurance of a CLEAN place. The only exception was the outdoor gas grill - totally unusable as it was filthy due to previous guest usage including char from food such as corn on the cob.

Gorgeous house just minutes from downtown Breckenridge
We had a large group of friends and family and this house was perfect multi levels so you could have your own private spaces and then a huge great room /kitchen /dining room to share. Indoor and outdoor was amazing will definitely come back here

A Very Spacious home great for large groups!
This was a beautiful home and one of the more spacious homes I have stayed at in the mountains. Their bunk room provides a lot of space for adding headcounts. The kitchen is great for entertaining and an open floor plan. Plenty of bathrooms for the amount of of places people can sleep. It also gives privacy for people who want some when they are with a larger group. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip to Brech
The property worked very well for our extended family. It was within a short driving distance to all the attractions. The only issues were that we did not have the correct keys! And, we would have liked a few more paper products. But, overall, we enjoyed ourselves and recommend this house to large groups.

Great location
Nice big kitchen to cook for a large family crew. A little short on dining, so eat in shifts. Could use some recliners to relax in tho. Needed at least one more bed instead of couches to sleep on. Had speakers for surround sound on main tv, but wasn't. We had a great time tho with group from 18 months to 70.
