Location, location, location! We are in the heart of Dewey Beach overlooking the bay, beautifully decorated and landscaped and comes with two parking spaces! One block will get you to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, kayaking, playgrounds and more! We offer everything you need for a Perfect family vacation or Friends get away and yes, pups are free! Large dog crate included! Our updated beach themed condo is two levels, three bedrooms, two and half baths outdoor shower, small fenced in yard, three decks with the main one fully furnished with a buffet ledge, bar stools, table, lounge chair flowers and foilage and ready for morning coffee or happy hour overlooking the bay. Enjoy cooking in our updated kitchen with brand new appliances and every kitchen gadget and tools you can think of from air fryer, instapot, crock pot, blender, pod coffee maker, ice maker, spices, and more! Our bedrooms offer unique spaces for getting ready for a night out! Comfortable beds, as well as sleep sound machines and fans in every room. We provide all blankets, pillows comforters. Bring your own sheets. All bathrooms have hair dryers, towels and washcloths! Other amenities include beach towels, beach toys, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach bags, and boogie boards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, center of Dewey. We had a large group and 2 dogs. Owner was beyond accomodating, she went way beyond to help us out. Can't thank her enough for a wonderful stay.

The condo was nice and in a great location. Super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We didn’t have to get back in our cars until it was time to leave. The outdoor shower and beach chairs/toys were a great addition. Kelly was kind, helpful and accommodating.

We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Very comfortable house with all the amenities you need and the perfect location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and the hosts communication was always quick and helpful both leading up to and during the trip.

A cozy, comfy stay with prime location for activities of all kinds. Kelly was very helpful throughout and made the check in/out processes easy. A bonus I didn’t expect was how nice the AC was! We loved relaxing on the balcony before dinner and having access to a bunch of beach chairs and toys.

Super cute rental! Well stocked - had everything you could need and then some! Plenty of space for our family of 7. Loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings and watching the fireworks. Location is great - close to beach and restaurants. Behind the rental is a very quiet neighborhood good for walking, running, and walking the dog. The host was extremely helpful. Overall a wonderful vacation.

This was a great place to stay for 2 families and 2 dogs! The location was excellent and was central to restaurants and night life and close to the beach. The property manager was so accommodating and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this for a stay at the beach!

Kelly’s house was so nice for some friends to join us in Dewey Beach. Very nicely decorated and comfortable with plenty of beds and a great view of the bay. Very convenient location for walking to see all Dewey has to offer.

Excellent location, Quiet (yes, even w/Bottle & Cork on the corner!), Cozy, Clean, Beautiful Bay View! Owner was promptly response and this was a great experience for our family. Home was very comfortable and inviting, it felt like we asked to stay a friends house for a week rather than it be a rental! Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants!

Fantastic location with short walk to beach! Property is well very appointed, kitchen well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. As described, it’s just up the block from restaurants and music (but quiets down at 10pm). Everything we needed was provided; host is proactively communicative and responsive. Perfect for a family stay!

We had a great stay, with two parents, a teenage son, five of his friends and the family dog. It’s a cozy condo for eight, but it worked great as a home base for lots of time out at the beach and on the town. Kelly was very helpful with communication, and the provision of a large dog crate was a big space saver in our packing!

Our family of four + one grandparent had a great long weekend getaway by the bay. The location is great, walkable to everything in Dewey. Views of the bay, and music from the Bottle & Cork at night made the deck especially nice for hanging out. Kellyann was a fabulous host.

We had a great time at this beautiful townhouse. All bedrooms are on first floor. There was no problem with noise because everyone was quiet by 10 pm. It’s so walkable to everything; restaurants, stores, beach, you name it.
There are lots of cute glass knickknacks, which we put away until we left because we were worried they’d break. The beds are extremely soft and we slept well. There are plenty of small bathrooms so you don’t have to share. Host also has everything you could need under every bathroom sink. We did some extra cleaning when we got there. That’s just us though.
I think this host reads reviews and really tries to make any improvements suggested. The couch has been updated to a new, larger sofa. Very comfortable.

The house is beautifully decorated, beach-themed and beautiful bay views, convenient to both Dewey and Rehoboth. Our daughters sleeping in front bedroom (bunk room) were kept up not by bar noise but by motel lights flashing on and off and by the neighbors. Also, high bed in second back bedroom did not work well for one daughter who was uncomfortable with the height of the bed and getting in and out. She slept on the pullout couch upstairs. The yard is NOT secure for a curious dog, must have small table on top of wood bench to prevent escape. I loved the laundry room / powder room and stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Kelly was great and the location of the property was perfect for college-age kids wanting to go to the beach, do water sports and experience night life. The only negative with the property is that it didn’t have enough comfortable seating in the living room for 8 people, with a sofa and 2 chairs there was only room for 5 people to be in the living room at one time. Definitely a down side when our family wanted to hang out in the evening.
