Located in the Ocean Block of New Orleans Street in the heart of Dewey Beach, Unit A of THE SURFRIDER CONDOMINIUM is a completely renovated 1250+ square foot, 2 story, 2 Balcony town home. And we are now Dog Friendly! Please read our Pet policy and Pet Fee information.

The House sleeps 8-10 with a king in the master bedroom, 2 sets of twin/full size bunk beds in the second bedroom plus a queen size Murphy bed in the Great Room. All mattresses are Brand New this season! We DO NOT supply linens and towels, you must bring your own or rent them from a local company

The kitchen is fully loaded with all the amenities for cooking and entertaining. It has a large flat screen and seating for 10, perfect for friends and family to watch a game or just relax.

Our House is spacious, clean and well loved by Our family. Other amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, Netflix/Roku on all Tv's, washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have complimentary beach chairs, and an outside shower to rinse the sand from your feet and any shells you may have found at the beach.

We are convenient to everything, Look across to The Starboard & The Bottle & Cork and just a short walk to Dewey's famous beaches. Family fun in Dewey includes skimboarding, bonfires and movie nights on the beach and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.
Check-In is at 3pm. Check-Out is a 10am

The accommodation was very spacious, allowing us to have our own spaces, work remote, have different sleep schedules and be very comfortable. Tina was the most amazing key hostess. She was accommodating and was so solutions oriented! A true gem. I also loved pouring my coffee in the morning with the chirping sound of birds and seeing them perched in the outdoor flowerpots. That was very special to see from the window. Some of the reviews spoke of noise from music and the bar. While there certainly was the sound of music. We would say that it was fun and really joyful to hear. It wasn’t loud as in street noise or out of control tourist, just the sounds of fun and it usually tapered off around midnight at the weekend. During the week, it was normal and quiet. The beach was so close and you can even hear the waves crashing. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Went down for the weekend with my brothers and a couple of friends. The location of the place is the best in town, right in the heart of Dewey. The property manager was always available for any questions and responded immediately! I would def recommend this place that is looking for a getaway in Dewey.

Well equipped clean and spacious rental for a family of 4 + dog. Located by many restaurants & shops, and on the ocean side. We thought it would be noisy being this close to all the nightlife but it wasn't bad and the room fans provided nice white noise. First time vacationing in Dewey Beach and plan to return again.

Fabulous place and so so comfortable! The unit is right in the heart of Dewey Beach and steps from the sand! We loved this rental and hope to be back again here next summer. The owners and property manager were terrific. We highly recommend this property! Thanks for a great week :)

This condo was perfect for our first time staying in Dewey. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The best part was that we were able to bring our dog with us! We loved being above Woody’s and the close proximity to so many restaurants and the beach. The beach was right at the end of the block, and because we went after Labor Day, our dog was able to be at the beach with us every day. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our small family!

Perfect for our small family!

The condo was clean and well appointed- and only steps to the beach! The location is very convenient- we were able to eat crab cakes and buy beach toys without leaving the complex. Becky was very helpful and responsive, as was the property manager. We enjoyed watching live music across the street from the balcony but had no issues with noise once we closed the sliding door. My 4 year old appreciated the coloring books and marker. :) No complaints- only compliments. We look forward to booking again.

Rental was a great vacation location-close proximity to beach, restaurants, music & nightlife. This space was very clean & spacious with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing and fun trip and we were allowed to take our dogs. Tina was very helpful and accommodating at check-in & departure. We would love to stay again.

Not worth the price!

Not worth the price!

I wish I can attach the pictures of the inside of the property. The place is run down, dirty rusted vents, dust and pet hair on windows, blinds and fans, slow drains in shower/bathtub. We paid over $3700 for 1 weeks stay for 4 adults and one child, I expected a lot better for the price. Mattresses were comfortable, provided blankets and pillows were clean. Location is good only if you are planning on partying and going out every night, it sits on top of 2 restaurants with another 3 to 4 accross the street. The owners have a lot of rules and posted reminders of the rules everywhere. It does not feel like a peaceful beach vacation. Proximity to the beach is awsome but that is the only plus. Overall I would not recommend. We would not be returning to this rental.

First time at Dewey Beach, we usually stay North OC, Bethany or Fenwick. Condo was great, walking distance to everything which was good for our daughters who are in their 20's. Beach was nice and not too crowed for July. Only minor complaint is being on the main drag and it does get a little noisy with traffic and when the bar crowds head home. Other than that a very nice and Becky the owner was very nice as wll as her property manager.

Perfect for our adult family plus one well behaved dog! Access to everything without the hassle of OC condo crowdedness. There is an active night life across street, so if you’re super sensitive to bands and night life noises, use the amazing fans provided in each room. Lovely experience. We are wave ocean swimmers, and Dewey beach and near by rehobeth delivered! Highly recommend.

This two story condo is beautiful. The kitchen has plates, glasses, utensils, and pots and pans to spare. It’s stocked like you are at home. The beds were brand new and so comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

It was easy to arrange the getaway because the host was so quick to respond to questions. The location is great as it’s one block to the ocean and two blocks to Sunset Park, where you can watch the sunset over the bay. It is located directly above a popular local bar and restaurant and so was pretty loud weekend nights. The property is great... bigger than expected and the kitchen is decked out so that cooking meals for large groups is no problem at all. Overall, I would definitely rebook the property.

We booked Becky’s property very very last minute this weekend. She was so quick and helpful in communicating to make our stay enjoyable. The house is even bigger than in the pictures and you can not beat the location, starboard is essentially across the street. I would absolutely rent this property again, and hope I can soon!

This apartment, on two levels, is in just terrific condition. Everything is up-to-date, comfortable, appealing in every way. The equipment in the kitchen is almost overwhelming -- literally anything you can think of is there. Comfortable beds, and sofa for a bit of tv or reading; good Internet. The only thing to note is the location -- the living room and main bedroom open to a busy and very noise main drag for Dewey Beach -- muscle cars, motorcycles -- lots of traffic and we were there off-season. The front also overlooks the first floor restaurant, which has (loud) live music many nights. If your are outside in the party, obviously this won't bother. Just a note about enjoying the beach -- the local beach is 5 minutes down the street. But what is certainly one of the most wonderful beaches on the Atlantic is just two miles south of Dewey in the Delaware Seashore State Park. Miles of the softest sand, a wide beach with natural dunes, shorebirds .. there is a small fee but we thought it was a big improvement.
