Nothing, Absolutely Nothing. It was a disaster staying in the filthy bathroom like third world countries. I would never recommend to anyone even to my enemies which of course I don’t have. Out of the five hotels we have booked through Booking.com for our India trip this one was the worst. I’m shocked and surprised how come Booking.com have listed this kind of properties on their platform. Look at the attached pictures and you know that a picture worth thousands of words. I have taken dozens of pictures unfortunately here I can share only four pictures.
Everything. Absolutely no customer service no front office. Night time if you needed help you have to come out of your room and to wake up house keeping guys. Two brothers who are the owner have terrible attitudes. No hello, no good morning even never asked if you needed anything.
This guys are frauds and liars. I’m 77 years old and have traveled many parts of the world but have never experienced this type cheating and lies.

Cafe the Kaku has beautiful views over the whole city and loads of great, tasty and reasonably priced food options to choose from. The hotel staff were brilliant help in helping find tours and guides, anything you need, just ask! Not a bad word to say about this place, the rooms are huge and have all the amenities you could ever need and Jaisalmer is a fantastic place to be! 10/10 - will be back, thanks guys!

Lack of heating
Not so good bathroom design

Rooms maintained very well, extremely friendly and helpful staff, the view from the terrace cafe was great (cold breeze but part of the charm).
Location - Somewhat run down areas outside the property and approach is bad. Not something the property can do, but it is what it is.
Cafe - Extremely slow service. Food quality not what we expected. Breakfast was very disorganized.
4.5
Great location, outside fort but good views of it and only a ten minute walk from it
It’s almost superb, just not quite there at this price level, but I have no hesitation recommending it

Chambre très agréable et bien entretenue
Le restaurant au sein de l'établissement semblait un peu à l'abandon. Dommage il y avait une superbe terrasse avec vue.

Staff - amazing staff that went over and above to celebrate a birthday in my family. Prompt service and overall sweet people.
Rooms - nice and spacious rooms that are nicely decorated with traditional decor.
View - hotel has a great view of the fort from the restaurant.
Activities - booked desert activities through the hotel that were great. Special mention to the private dinner at the dunes that far exceeded our expectations.

The room was beautiful and the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing
We booked a room with Jacuzzi but there were old rose petals stuck in the pipes , which ruined the whole tub 3 times . Staff was not able to clean it properly, we had to refill it 5 times to get all the stuck waste out , which was frustrating

The restaurant was superb .The food and view were exceptional

This was really a great stay. When I learned that you could stay inside the fort I regretted booking the place first, but then I heard about the issues water from too many hotels causes by damaging the architecture, so felt good about the choice again. The hotel is only a short, pleasant walk away from the fort that also passes the havelis and also has a good terrace with views to enjoy. The staff was out of their way helpful, let us check-in early and later use another room after check-out. The rooms are spacious, exceptionnally clean, and nicely decorated with great attention to detail. The restaurant service is a little bit slow, but the food pretty good nevertheless.

Nice and Clean with view of the entire city and fort
Very close to Jaisalmer fort and market. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic view of the Fort from the rooftop, which is stylishly decked out. Great location - easy to walk in to the city. Staff were really helpful/charming! Helped us plan our itinerary and booked desert safari & taxis for us.
Lack of hanging space/drawers in the bedroom. Breakfast choice - do not like a set breakfast

incredible location (might seem out of the way but super quiet but still close to town), staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was beautiful and clean and the bed was more comfortable than the 5 star hotel we stayed in the night before. Our favourite hotel so far in India
nothing

Food
Reception did not answer phones. Staff was disinterested. Lights did not work properly in the room. Its overpriced.

Only smiling staff. With no training
Breakfast starts at 9. If you visit the restaurant at 8 you will be sent away. Hotel and restaurant is not in the same property.
All staff are kids with no training on hospitality. Too exorbitant pricing when it comes to arrange cabs or city travel.
Booked desert safari. They promised the moon but on reaching the venue we were given a ramshackle Jeep, no courtesy or welcoming gesture. Had to return back from the desert without having dinner.
In short, only rooms look nice and clean. Rest everything is down the drain..

Location was the highlight, what with the view of the fort and the panoramic view of the city could not have been better
Our lunch we had was superb, especially the bread, paratha was just like at home.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The approach to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, was not paved, and the entryway did not give a very good first impression. The Hotel can do a better job of cleanliness outside of the gate, pave the approach road overall, it was a safe and secure stay, good food, friendly, staff, bathroom was spacious but the shower leaves a lot to be desired in the room that I stayed, I don’t know about the other rooms.

Position. It really the best ! Close to a wedding premises, and they were preparing the installation . Till 2 AM noisy!
Breakfast : unfortunately the staff is not really good.
Reception : good the manager speak English and can help and organise
1 / 2 waiter were good …. Rest don’t understand and should be trained .., when in the morning you find someone sleeping on the sofa of the reception , he get up and come straight to your room still sleepy and king fir breakfast …
Staff … sincerely some of them were wearing dirty clothes .,, is not really a good impression for the customer !

View from restaurant is just awesome.. I believe it is posh setup for place like Jaisalmer. delicious food.. extremely friendly staff and very Tushar, the owner, exceptionally good. You are visiting Jaisalmer for real Rajashthan and this place provides you that.. Just go beyond the approach road and enjoy your stay..
While we were approaching the hotel we were wondering if we made a mistake.. we voted best things for everything for Rajasthan trip and Casa Stay among all hotels in different cities was no 1 for all 7 of us.
These guys started off with cafe and slowly built their way up to cafe + hotel.. that is something and they have experience.
Tastefully decorated
Initially I didnt like approach road but that is what real rustic Rajasthan is (and it is more for local govt then hotel)..
One of our room had no bath cabin so water was all over bathroom.. just take a mop from staff - they are aware of it and intend to fix it soon.. it is recently built property so give constructive feedback to Tushar - I am sure he will address those soon.

A quiet serene place away from the city noise. The hotel’s interior design is beautiful. The bedsheets smelled so nice! That was a small detail that makes a huge difference. The staff are very polite and kind. The restaurant overlooks the fort😍 Perfect spot to catch the sunset.

Rooms were very clean, uniquely beautiful and equipped with all facilities. Food in the restaurant was delicious and had many options to serve. Views from the terrace restaurant were amazing and one of the best views in Jaisalmer. Staff was extremely welcoming and warm, and very well behaved and professional. Stay at this place felt like staying at home. Especially, Ibrahim was very helpful and kind in serving us in the best possible way. He took care of us as family members and ensured all the needs of guests are taken care of.
The only issue in the property was insects in the bathroom. Property should take some tough steps to manage the insects issue.

Absolutely amazing stay! The price was reasonable and the location is central. The view from their courtyard is just brilliant! The rooms were big and kept very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful! They were ready to help in any matter. The Indian cuisine was good but the continental food needs some improvement. It's a great place to just chill and enjoy your holiday! I would love to come back and stay here again! They also have very friendly pugs on site :)

The rooms were very clean and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel as a place of stay.
