We enjoyed it very much

Great location, nice and quiet. Safe for the kids and kind of sheltered from wind. Comfy bunks and massive amount of room for everyone.

A great place for families to stay and visit!

I love the villas and how they are set out! Great for my family and my mother who has mobility issues.

One of the rooms had no lights, the flouro over the sink and the duchess flouro didn't work.

Get what you pay for

Convenient location and close to things in town

The picture of our room did not portray how it actually was. Mattresses were in very poor condition, no quilt covers or even a top sheet for the 2 single beds and the quilt and sheets were stained. The light in the bathroom did not work and there was a small lamp instead. No soap in the bathroom, the tap leaked. I get that we paid a lower price for the room but I did not expect it to be dirty and unkempt. I was genuinely worried about my daughter sleeping in the bed and wanted to get out of the room asap. Which is disappointing because pictures of the other rooms available appeared well looked after and nice.

SORRY, WRONG PLACE SURELY!!!!!!

The pictures of this place did not even resemble the place we ended up at! No pool or scene like it was advertised as! Looked like a transit place as people milling about smoking outside units in groups. If we hadn't already committed and didn't know our way around the place, we would have tried to go elsewhere. Rooms were really dirty and we even found bubble gum stuck to the bedhead! Had to ask for extra linen, cutlery and crockery to accommodate even 2 people. Sheets were the only thing clean and the blanket was filthy so left that on the chair. Shower was in such a state we didn't use it and we ended up just using the place to sleep and left really early to look for another place to stay. I really do believe that someone should be checking some places before they allow them to advertise.

Disappointing

Nice and quiet motel the gardens were nice though they could use with some maintenance.

The pool was green The place had 🪳 poo everywhere, in kitchen cupboards, under table etc. Kitchen had that musty smell and did not feel comfortable using the kitchenware

The 2 rooms had a bathroom great for a family. Ladie at front desk was lovely very helpful and polite with checking in and out

The pool wasn't working it was green and I booked it percificly for our 4 children. Should have been offered a discount.

unfair, not good

I think we were moved late on the day of check in to a room that should be out of service. Not good.

lock on door busted - they said it just happened but it was old damage. carpet stained, sheets dirty as if they hadn’t been used for months. water rust coloured. couldn’t make a tea or drink water. toilet very dirty with rusting water. insect throughout.

Ok.

Good location that was close to shops and venues. They accommodated a large group happily and everyone had a bed for the night.

The pool was green and unusable however, the motel did say we could travel a few kms down to road and swim at a different motel location. There were no available BBQ facilities as mentioned there would be. Some of the air-conditioning units were out of order making the stay during extreme humidity uncomfortable. Cleanliness was questionable as there were all manner of insects and bugs in rooms, drawers and cupboards.

The bed is comfortable, clean floor and bathroom

When you open cupboard there are cockroaches and the utensils are dusty

we had stayed here before a few times and never had an issue

air conditioner was full of mould, issues with water pressure in the shower, no quilt covers on the quilts, definitely not as good as we remember

Not what I expected

Staff were friendly. Room was fairly big for how many beds there were.

Room stunk of soap, not clean just soap. Lots of cockroaches. Pool was disgusting - super murky, unkept and burnt my skin putting my feet in. The reason we stayed was for the pool and couldn't use it.

Needs work! Great potential, will stay again after some updates.

The Manager was lovely and welcoming, the distance from the road to the room was great and after a cleanup this place has sooo much potential. Space in the room was excellent and the layout well done.

Toilet didn’t flush down, seemed to be a blockage. we arrived in the evening and through the night killed 5 roaches. I have a phobia, so this made sleeping hard. Bed fan was covered in dust.
