Unexpected ☹️

the view was beautiful.

Walked into the room thinking wasnt in the right room that we had booked as it wasn't as the pictures showed as advertised. looks to be like it is being renovated, with no advertisement about renovationsbeing done. the bedroom had a sunken bed - not comfortable expesialy with 2 people as they will end up rolling towards the middle of the bed. the floors hadn't been vacuumed. nor had it looked to be cleaned with the dust accumulated everywhere Ended up booking another place and staying there.

Great stay, value for money

Great value, the view was amazing, washing machine and dryer, great kitchen. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed and certainly not the most expensive.

Dryer was not working well and few pegs to use (since dryer was not working well).

Nice tidy room, some minor deep cleaning required but overall was a good experience

Location was good and size of room was good.

Couldn’t use the air conditioners as they had mould in them. Floors (tiles and carpet) felt sticky and in need of a good steam clean.

Microwave needs to be replaced before ir starts a fire. Not enough dishes for 4 people Remote didn't work die TV Air conditioning in the rooms not working or makes lots of noise

The location, view, cleanliness, air conditioning and overall modern feel.

The addition of a throw or extra blanket would be nice. The pegs for hanging clothes were not good quality and need replacing. The addition of a little more food basics to allow a simple breakfast in the way of coffee would add that extra charm and warmth (eg. milk, coffees, sugar, jam, vegemite, butter, bread)

Charming, spotless and well appointed apartment with awesome views at a fantastic price!

Everything was superb! I loved the artworks on the walls, and I think it was by the owner which gave a warm, personal touch and a lovely, personalised space! And the views were magic!

Comfortable stay with a fabulous view.

no tea bags - were looking forward to a cup of tea. coffee was provided but can’t drink coffee in afternoon as keeps us awake!

Location, Location but certainly not what I was looking forward too......

Position was great

Definately needed a good cleaning, smelt of smoke and furniture broken quite badly. Only 2 x forks to eat with even though a 2 bedder apartment. For the amount paid have certainly stayed in much better.

Big spacious appartement, great view, close to the harbour, two double beds, two bathrooms.

Very dirty (still shave hair on the soap, no cleaning of the toilet seats, kitchen all dirty, balcony dusty) Just two forks for four people Dishwasher wasn't emptied Just 3 big towels for 4 people No info about anything because the info map wasn't there, had to ask extra for wifi password Chairs falling apart We were in unit 53, so maybe other units are better, but this one is not to recommend.

Looks nice enough to book, but lacks sensible stuff for an extended stay.

The apartment was spacious enough for two people, with 2 bathrooms. A good sized fridge for a week stay along with quality kitchen appliances.

For a week stay, I firmly believe there should be a well equipped kitchen. This kitchen lacked adequate utensils which meant we had to overuse the dishwasher. The washing machine leaked on the bathroom floor until we clean the lint filter, which was beyond full! The dryer lint filter was so bad it was a fire risk! Management should have these things on a checklist to look over every time someone checks out.

Very good location and reasonably peaceful in the building.

The hosts were very friendly and most helpful to us, we had the ability to contact them at any time we may have needed. Location was in the main street with grocery stores and cafes (walking distance). Plus the ability to have beautiful walks through the landscaped East Shores and over to the marina was very convenient.

A good place to stay, and with a few minor improvements would be a great place to stay.

Location is excellent, particularly for families with kids who need entertaining. Apartment was spacious and well designed. Top floor 180 degree views. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Good value for money in comparison to other local options.

Ensuite could have been cleaner. Main bathroom shower screen needs repair. Bed mattress in main bedroom was noticeably concave and therefore somewhat uncomfortable.

Lounge suite needs a clean. Dishwasher dirty with bugs inside and not working. Batteries in remotes need to be replaced.
