This was the perfect place for our family getaway with our kids and their spouses. We spent hours playing pool, enjoyed sitting on the porch, and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. We drove into Fayetteville and had lots of fun at Arkadia. We drove around the campus and had some great food at a couple of places near Fayetteville. This house offered the perfect place to relax and unwind while we enjoyed our family.

Stayed here with our High School age kids for Spring Break. Amazing view. Very relaxing. Great amenities. Great communication.
We loved the pool table. Everything was very clean and ready for us to enjoy. Everything was just about perfect.

The pictures do not do this place justice--based on them, plus the property description, I'd expected a 1950s, "gray" inside ranch-style condo inside a chain-link fence complex, but this is a really beautiful hillside cabin overlooking miles of Beaver Lake with an amazing deck.
The only slight downside was the near complete lack of baking cookware--no pans or even stirring spoons.

We had a great time at Lilys! Beautiful sunsets, fall foliage and plenty of wildlife. The cabin was comfy and peaceful. Hopefully we get to return!

This cabin is always a wonderful getaway for our family. The cabin fits us to a tee! It is so well maintained and has all the amenities you might need--kitchen well-furnished and spacious; family room perfect; beds and bedrooms perfectly maintained. Lilie's Lakeview Cabin is a hidden gem and we love our time here!

Summer Vacation
This was our first time staying at this property. It was great. There was plenty of storage, seating, and beds. The kitchen was well stocked and cell service was good. This house was comfortable with lots of space, pillows and blankets. Both decks were great! We will stay here again.

A very nice cabin with lots of little touches. When we first arrived, the water heater was off, but as soon as I called, the management company came by and fixed it. We were a little bummed about not being able to utilize the pool table, but the view on the big porch was fantastic and gave us plenty to do. Kitchen had everything needed and the neighborhood was in a nice location. Be sure to stop at the gas station on the HWY across the street for a giant ice cream cone. My daughter loved it!

Only two minor issues on the weekend, one the A/C was not working when we checked in the temperature showed to be 89 to 90 in the house which was too hot and called management and they responded quickly to try and get it fixed took about 3 hours for A/C repair man to respond and fix and It took another 6 to 7 hours for house to cool down the first night to rest comfortably. The view from the house of the Beaver Lake was fabulous. The rest of the weekend was great as we were accessible to our families home for our daughter wedding. Over all it was nice house with a wonderful view .
The second issue was management was a little rude the day we were checking out due to a communication error on the check out time. I paid the extra but did feel they should have been a little more understanding due to the the day we checked in and house was not ready as for the A/C not working properly. I do understand as it did take us a little longer to get checked out as we were letting our daughter and new son in-law have a little extra alone time to get their things together and take in the view one last time as a newly married couple. Money we’ll spend to see my daughter and son in-law happy .

The house has some beautiful furnishings and beautiful views, but needs some attention....the deck isn't safe....needs new dexking and railings....the only complaint inside would be the really flat pillows....fluffy pillows are a necessity! Overall, the house is a great little place to relax!

We stayed for a weekend with the whole family - 6 adults and 2 kids. This house is beautiful, lots of room, excellent view and nicely decorated but needs some TLC. The house needs a good deep clean. The main traffic areas were vacuumed but debris along walls and in corners, dust and dead bugs in window sills, bath mats were stained and worn to the point of having holes. One bed spread was so worn we chose not to use it for fear of ripping it. The main bath tub was filthy (dust, dead bugs and debris) and had to be cleaned before use. There were also not enough towels for number of guests. The house sleeps 8 and we were only given 7 bath towels, luckily we brought towels for swimming and used one of those. The dishwasher was full when we arrived and had to be ran and emptied. The deck is large and beautiful with an amazing view but there are some parts of the railing that need repair as they are very wobbly. All issues could be worked around but not the level of attention we expected. The house did allow plenty of space for the family to spend time together and relax. We enjoyed the pool table and card games available. There is also a large selection of DVDS and interesting books. The antique furniture is beautiful!

Cozy home with lots of room, beautiful view, and great amenities!
Great place for family weekend getaway. Beautiful lake view. No lake access. Nice wood burning fireplace. Awesome pool table! Huge deck with gas grill. Great place to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. Only one bedroom upstairs, so not a great place for multiple guests who can’t climb stairs. Great experience!
