Un apartamento con todo lo necesario

El apartamento era muy cómodo y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos respecto a menaje (microondas, lavadora, cocina, cafetera, calefacción, una buena TV...). La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta. La ubicación es genial si quieres estar cerca de la playa, aunque a 10 mins del centro de Valencia en coche, pero no nos importó.

El precio fue algo alto, entiendo que porque era el fin de semana de la Maratón de Valencia.

Ottima sistemazione ma per chi ha bisogno di connessione internet assolutamente sconsigliata.

Casa bella, pulita, cucina con tutto il necessario, letto molto comodo.

Connessione WI-FI pessima, al limite dell'inutilizzabile così come la ricezione 4G. Abbiamo avuto molte difficoltà per questo motivo.

Das Apartment mit Meerblick im EG war sehr schön. Und sehr sauber. Es gibt buss dauert ca. 40 min bis zu innenstadt von valencia

Das Personal sind Nett aber die sprechen nur spanisch.

super locatie maar appartement kan beter voor het geld

locatie perfect echter de foto's zijn mooier dan in heet echt. Waarschijnlijk was het appartement toen nog nieuw. Veel achterstallig onderhoud in keuken en badkamer.

zoals gezegd achterstallig onderhoud on badkamere, kitranden verslepten en vies. Plinten in de keuken die los zaten, kortom het zag er niet fris uit.

Si volvería, excelente lugar.

La ubicación y el departamento en muy buenas condiciones, lo recomiendo máximo para una pareja y un niño menor. El departamento muy limpio y a pie de playa, el edificio muy tranquilo y sin ruido. Restaurantes cercanos frente a la playa. Muy agradable estancia.

Algunas cosas por mejorar como el internet sin duda eso falló, lento y con intermitencias. La puerta principal a la entrada del departamento le falta aceite y rechina al abrir y cerrar. La manija de la puerta de terraza está floja y aveces al abrirla te la puedes quedar en la mano, es un tema muy simple por solucionar.

Toll, aber die Ausstattung ist verbesserungsfähig.

Die Lage ist top. Toller Strand.

Ausstattung war mangelhaft: die Jalousie bei der Balkontüre konnte nicht geschlossen werden und es gab auch keinen Vorhang, das Wasser in der Dusche ist schlecht abgelaufen, es gab beispielsweise nur ein Weinglas, ein größeres Trinkglas, keine große Schüssel, kein Sieb, es wurde zwar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt, der war aber kaputt.

Séjour très agréable, j'y retournerai très certainement

Grand confort de l'établissement placé sur la plage, au calme, ascenseur voiture. Equipement electro ménager très bien. Ambiance très sereine, immeuble très propre. Epicerie et pharmacie juste à côté. Restaurants de plage à proximité. Valence ville très agréable.

mauvais état de la terrasse en bois avec des lattes manquantes ou qui se détachent, c'est dangereux. pas de local vélo même si les vélos peuvent être dans le garage commun, ce n'est pas assez sécure pour des vélos de prix élevé. Quelques ampoules électriques manquantes ou défectueuses.Pas assez de couverts . Essoreuse à salade et saladier manquent. Peu de casseroles. Pas de torchon ni d'aspirateur

Es war eine gute Lage am Strand und mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Min in der Stadt.

Schönes Apartement mit Einstelhalle. Es war Sauber und Zweckmässig eingerichtet

Perfect property in a perfect location.....what more can I say.

The location was right on the beachfront. Walkable to everywhere. Host was very attentive and always on hand to assist if required. Bikes were available for the duration of our stay which was an unexpected surprise. Would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful aprtment.

If there was one thing that was not 100% I would say it was the shower. The water pressure was very low, but cannot really say that it was that much of a problem.

Great beach condo!

Right on the beach, this condo was clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, the bathroom was huge and Tatiana could not have been more helpful! We appreciated the continued security service, the use of their bikes and beach chairs and a lovely balcony with table and chairs! We took the # 19 from the bus circle a couple blocks down and got off at the AC Hotel which was a couple blocks from the Oceanarium. We stayed in March which had the beginnings of the Las Fallas festival going on in the downtown areas. Very crowded but lovely to see! Would definitely return to this property, thank you again Tatiana!

Host was great made sure we had everything we needed and offered to call with extra blankets. Lovely apartment spotless clean and right on the beach.

fantastic hosts, location for a beach holiday with a 30 min bus ride into the city was great.

cleanliness was excellent and location for the beach was first class. Hosts couldn’t do more for us ( use of bikes and beach towels was excellent )

only issue i have is the quality of the crockery and cutlery needs to be of a higher standard

Location. In spring The Beach is not your main Target. Therefore an appartment Closer To The Center Would Be Advisably. To go to the centre takes 45 to 60 Minutes by a bus with many many stops.
