Allgemein mit Aufenthalt sind wir sehr zufrieden. Die angestellten sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gemütlich und ruhig. Ganzes Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Nicht an der Unterkunft sondern draußen an der Straße. Es ist eine komische Gegend nach meiner Meinung

Great value for money

The location of the hotel is great. It’s close to the metro station, but it’s not loud. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Отличный отпуск в Милане

Хорошее местоположение, от метро 10 мин пешком, рядом много небольших магазинов с фруктами и напитками. Номер отличный по приемлемой цене. Отдельно хочу отметить завтрак: стоимость 5 евро, за эту сумму Вы получаете хороший выбор выпечки, круасанов и всевозможных пирогов и тортов, а также вкусный кофе или чай, а также фрукты. Я считаю, за такую стоимость это отлично!

Ci piace tutto, siamo tornati svariate volte. Servizio impeccabile, pulizia assoluta, materassi comodissimi, colazione ottima. Struttura perfetta per un soggiorno a Milano, vicina ai mezzi, alla stazione e ben servita.

Great atmosphere, felt safe and close to metro station

There is a lift, and few persons in receptions willing to help. I felt safe there, and everthing was great. M1 station is like 5-6min walking, so u can drive around the whole tlen

В целом для ночлега на пару ночей сойдет, но не более того .

Wi-fi хороший, уборка каждый день, неплохая кровать. .

Насколько знаем чай в отелях даже 3 звездочных предоставляется бесплатно хотя бы в лобби, но тут он стоит 2,5 евро за чашку, так еще и залили кипяток с водой где был нагар из под чайника. Атмосфера в отеле очень мрачная и долго находиться там не охото, температура в номере нестабильная и временами было то холодно то слишком жарко. НЕ ПРЕДОСТАВИЛИ НАВОЛОЧКУ ДЛЯ ОДЕЯЛА! (А само одеяло было очень грязным) приходилось укрываться простыней . Тапочки не предоставляют, босиком ходить там невозможно (

Buena experiencia, buenas instalaciones, buen servicio y bastante buena ubicación.

Las habitaciones están bien. Buena atención del personal. El desayuno está bueno (son 5 euros extras por persona), tiene variedad de tortas, tostadas con mermeladas, medialunas, etc. Café, capuccino, etc es de máquina, al igual que los jugos.

El desayuno podría incluir pan fresco, fiambre y queso.

Fuyez ! La honte de l’hôtellerie italienne !!!

Manque total d’hygiène, cheveux retrouvés sur le lit, dans la salle de bain et la douche. Couette utilisée par les clients précédents sans être nettoyée (forte odeur et taches). Quartier très mal fréquenté, tapage nocturne avec bagarre , jet de bouteille. Insécurité flagrante. Fenêtre défaillante, ne pouvant pas se fermer, nous entendions tout le bruit de la rue (traffic, bagarre, cris). Forte condensation et moisissures dans la chambre dû au blocage automatique et permanent de la climatisation à 30 degrés. Nous avons été contraints d’écourter notre séjour, sans geste commercial de la part de l’hôtel. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel, qui représente la honte absolue de l’hôtellerie italienne. Le pire hôtel que nous ayons fait jusqu’à présent. À éviter absolument !

Bardzo dobry hotel w przystępnej cenie. Dobra lokalizacja. Polecam. Mediolan też polecam!

Dobra lokalizacja (10 minut piechota do stacji metra, do autobusu i tramwaju jeszcze bliżej), Cicho, czysto. Bardzo miły i uczynny personel dostępny całą dobę. Duzy pokój z balkonem, czysta łazienka, klimatyzacja, lodówka. Wszystko super.

La habitación era cómoda

La ubicación súper fea la zona, no es nada bonita ni de noche ni de día, debo decir que el personal siempre fue muy amable, la limpieza de la habitación es bastante mala, baños con esquinas con moho, ventanas igual, la verdad que un poco de cariño al hotel no le haría mal

Okay for a night in Milan but not the most comfortable of places

Staff at the reception was lovely! Hotel was small a quiet located on a third floor of a big building. Room was a good size! Location was very good

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one and the linen didn’t smell very fresh. Overall for a night in Milan close to the metro and central station it was okay

For the price the room and bathroom was spacious and kept very fresh and clean.

Only issue I had was the noise leak from the street was quite loud. Almost like leaving the window open.

Good location and value

5mins-walk to Metro station red line that takes you to all the central attractions. Renovated inside except the windows. Large windows with good lighting in room.

Old windows with no insulation. Although stayed on the 4th floor the noise of the street is still very apparent. Ground floor is elevated with several stairs before the lifts. The hotel's entry is on the 3rd floor but the rooms are on the 4th floor. The lift only takes you to the 3rd floor, had to walk through internal stairs to reach the room's floor. Not recommended for heavy baggages (Hotel staff was helpful to assist)
