Ottima posizione e buona colazione.

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione vicino alla fermata metro di Porta Venezia, facilmente raggiungibile anche con il tram n° 5 dalla stazione centrale. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile inoltre la colazione non è male.

Di notte il rumore dalla strada e dei mezzi in generale è sempre presente. Manca l'ascensore per cui se avete grossi bagagli è un po' scomodo. Sul rapporto qualità/prezzo proprio non ci siamo seppure purtroppo il prezzo è in linea con la maggior parte delle strutture a Milano centro

Le personnel très aimable prend le dessus sur les petites choses qui n allait pas dans la chambre

Le personnel est très accueillant et respectueux. Ils sont tous très très professionnels.

Chambre de petite taille avec un enfant ce n'était pas pratique. La Salle de bain est aussi de petite taille et surtout vetuste , l eau de la douche s évacuait très difficilement .

Hotel céntrico para conectar con todo lo relevante.

El personal fue muy amable y atento siempre. En recepción nocturna y diurna.

Encontré sucia la habitación, además de mal olor en el desagüe.

Hôtel correct, bon rapport qualité/prix

Personnel super sympa et souriant! L'hôtel est relativement bien placé, pas trop loin des gares et du centre.

Chambres mal isolées, qui peuvent donner sur la rue avec le tram, ce qui est assez bruyant. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas incroyable.

Friendly staff in a convenient location

Friendly staff, very accommodating even though we booked an hour before arrival!

More vegan options would be good for the breakfast.

Not recommended

The hotel is close to the station, many shops and restaurants are around the corner.

The staff are not very friendly, you have to keep the key every time you go out, no elevator, the toilet is very bad, it leaks water into the room due to a bad design of the levels. I would never consider their hotel in my next visit, other hotels might be better value for money.

old hotel were it's impossible to sleep

room 105, in front of the Tram, every 20 minutes the all room shaked with huge noise. Before the booking I explicitly asked for a quiet room. After the first night I asked to change room but they refused saying that the room was already cleaned and I should have asked in the morning (I asked when I returned from the office around 5pm)

It was very dated and didn’t have a lift. It was also noisy.

My stay was good as I made the most of what was good and did not think much about what was bad.

Breakfast at the hotel was very good and the location was also good.

The room was a kind of small for four people and the hotel has no elevators, which was very disappointing when you have to go to the third floor carrying your luggage and getting to your room after a long day walking all over the city.

the location is pretty good - there are few metro stations in 5 mins distance stuff is welcoming generally, it’s a good value for money as Milano is pretty expansive. But still

- There are homeless and narcos at the street at night. not too much, but anyways - The hotel’s furniture is pretty old

Very good

The hotel is 6 tram stops away from the center. Tram number 1 stops in front of the hotel and its route is the one you need for everything you can visit in Milan. It goes from the Bus Station to the City Center so it is a very good thing for those traveling with children. There is a big store across the street, so you can get everything you need for drinks, hygiene and snacks. The hotel is just as it was rated on the booking. Standard Hotel with 3 stars.

Great hotel

We were living in this hotel during the New Year and it was clean, comfortable, also the staff there were friendly and nice. 25 min in the walking distance from the Milan centre. There is a good italian bar with coffee and croissants in 5 minutes. Next time we're likely to choose this hotel again.

nothing. Unhelpful staff. I tried three times to amend a booking date for two out of five guests. I was constantly pushed back to booking.com and then booking.com pushed me back to hotel. Shame on both of you

Location Breakfast enough to start day off Staff Superior single room & twin room perfect Great cafes. bars . mini Market all close Mini fridge if needed for water etc & safe in room
