Cute home with a beautiful view of the lake. The bedrooms were an OK size however, the bedroom furniture is slightly oversized, which made it difficult getting in and out of bed for some in our party.
The king bedroom upstairs was spacious and had a nice walk in closet off of it. It was hot at night, but the fan provided did ease some of that discomfort. The door connecting to the bathroom upstairs in the master bedroom Didn’t latch properly. We had to work very hard to get the door to stay shut between the two rooms. The other door in that bathroom opening to the loft area didn’t lock properly so we had to pull the drawer out when showering to ensure privacy.
The kitchen is very small. It made getting meals ready a bit difficult and one family member accidentally burned another with a hot pan from the oven due to the close proximity.
The home was very clean upon arrival and the outdoor seating was great for mealtimes for our large group. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of sleeping space for our group and there were extra sheets provided for the sofa beds.

This was a fun place to stay. Beautiful view of the lake.
It had plenty of shared beds for 14 ppl. After that, there are pullout beds, and space for more.
They had a lot of TP, paper towels, linens, bath and hand towels and washcloths. There was also laundry and dishwasher soap. The kitchen was fully stocked the pots, pans, dishes, cups and silverware. There is a table for about 6 ppl. And 2 stools at the counter. We had a small group so it was perfect for our family.
It is on a very steep hill so getting our boat in and out of the parking area was a lot.
The upstairs bedroom was always hot at night, Even with the windows open and the stairs to get up there were steep.
Loved how close it was to the lake, but probably wouldn’t stay here again unless we didn’t have a boat. Definitely would not stay here in the winter because of the steep climb up the driveway and road to get there.
Overall, great property and really clean.

This cabin was perfect for our reunion! The kitchen is a little small, but manageable when only one family is cooking at a time. The cabin was clean and is fully furnished with everything you need. Stocked very nicely. I loved the decorations and the view was gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the beautiful view of the lake. The cabin was nice. Kitchen was too small, but we managed. Plenty of towels and bedding. Beds were reasonably comfortable. The king be upstairs is to close to wall. I would definitely stay here again.

This cabin is so great- truly has room for A LOT of people. Not only sleeps 20 + but has seating, seating for meals, plates, utensils, cups, etc. for everyone. Very clean, beds were SUPER comfortable! We loved it and will return again. Highly recommend!

Love the deck and the view. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pans of all sizes, however a little cozy with several cooks. Grill was great to use. Tons of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Pool was very nice and not very crowded. Would definitely rent again.

The house has a beautiful view of Bear Lake and the surrounding area. The road coming in from the Salt Lake area at times could be a little tricky with wind and snow.
The house was plenty large enough for our family of 11. We like to cook most of our meals, the kitchen was a little small for a large group but plenty well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.
A note for winter guests, the driveway could be undriveable due to snow and ice even with 4 wheel drive vehicles. We parked at the base of the driveway until the last day of our stay and had to tote all of the luggage and groceries up the driveway and enter in through the bottom floor. If you have elderly people in your group, this could be a major issue.
There was a small amount of wood, 3-4 small bundles, left for us to use in the fireplaces. If you want to use the fireplaces more, you will need to plan on finding a source of wood in Garden City or Logan, UT.
Obviously during the warmer months of the year, these issues would not arise.
Overall the house was very nice and cozy.

Good Stay
We enjoyed the property and the stay. There were a few things like the shower upstairs whistling and they closed the pool on Tuesday and we didn't get to enjoy that, but overall it was what was advertised.

Bear Lake cabin
The cabin had lots of good living space except in kitchen and dining room. The cleaning crew needed to pay more attention to details especially in the kitchen. Bedrooms were cleaned well. View of the lake was wonderful.

This cabin was too small for our family of 23. There needs to be more bathrooms, a bigger kitchen, and better parking space. There is no lawn and no place to be except inside the cabin or on the deck. It was clean and well appointed but if you have more than about 10 or 15, you will be crowded.

This cabin is clean with very comfortable beds. We loved the quick access to the lake and gathering spaces. Kitchen and dining area is small. Deck is spacious and overlooks the lake.

Great place to stay in Bearlake
Loved the cabin and having a bathroom on each floor. Lots of extra bedding and pillows for everyone. Cabin clean and organized. Kitchen a little small and drive way pretty steep for boats. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Great cabin but a little expensive
We had a fun time at this location, I felt like it was on the high side for cost but very nice. It was centrally located to many fun things to do. We ended up with 11 people staying with us which was just about the right number dor this location.

The cabin was amazing!! We woke up every morning to the most amazing view of the lake and the harbor. Had breakfast on the deck each morning and loved it. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed for adults and kids.

This place is gorgeous and comfy, enjoyed our stay a great deal. One caveat, hot tub is a ways away...would have been nice to have it on the property.

When we arrived the cabin was fresh and clean, plenty of room for our guests. Noticed that the owners had put in 3 new smart TVs and free WIFI. We just logged into our own NETFLIX, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime accounts and they worked great!
Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of towels and linens. The beds were extremely comfortable with extra blankets for the colder nights. There are 2 wood burning fireplaces with plenty of wood to use. Very rare to find nowadays in rentals.
Seemed like a lot of new upgrades to make this cabin new and fresh.
Would definitely rent again!!

Gravel porch vs view
It nice place to stay at with a beautiful view. Only downfall is gravel porch. Hard to keep dirt and mud from entering home. Other than it was a good place for the family.

Nice cabin
Property was clean and neat upon arrival. There were many light bulbs burned out and many rooms were dim. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of equipment which was a nice treat! We wished there was a notice in the cabin regarding how to access the amenities. We had to drive down to the pool to find out we needed a passcode but didn’t know where to find it. Had to hunt it down on the inside of one of the kitchen cabinets and then drive back. A bit of a hassle. There was plenty of bedding and towels. The loft was fun for the grandkids and the deck view was spectacular! All in all we would rent again.

Fun cabin
This cabin has a beautiful view of Bear Lake! Great sleeping arrangements with 3 bathes. Kitchen is smaller but has all the gadgets you need. The grill wasn’t working when we were there but made due. Very clean as well. We would come back for sure! A grassy area to play cornhole would be nice but the driveway worked. WiFi would be nice too.

Great view, accommodates a lot of people, could be much cleaner
We loved the location and the view, however, the tubs were not clean and there were chips in some of the fold out beds, and one bed was broken. Light bulbs were out all over the place and no ice.

Could be fantastic place
This place could be fantastic with a few minor changes. It is a great location, beautiful view, good parking and access to the Harbor Village amenities.
There were 11 of us there and none of us could get cell service. Not having internet was difficult without cell service also. It also wasn't very clean.
The biggest problem was with Vacasa, the property management company. After a day at the lake we found that we couldn't find dry towels, they were all in the dryer wet. There were so many in there that they weren't washed well at all. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms and only 1/3 rd of a roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. We looked in all the drawers, cupboards, shelfs, etc. for toilet paper and couldn't find it. We couldn't call anyone because we had no internet or cell coverage. I went to buy toilet paper about 10 pm and called Vacasa
on my way. They told me to buy toilet paper and send in the $6 dollar receipt for reimbursement. (Whose going to do that?) The next day I spoke to the friendly local manager. She told me she would get to the bottom of things and maybe give us a cleaning credit since we had to wash the towels before we could even use them and the bathrooms were not stocked.
We never heard back from them again.
We are also still wondering where that hot tub is that they needed 24 hours notice to warm up.

Beautiful sunrise over the lake, views all day long!
This home delivered on all it promised. There were 28 of us in our family and we all fit, utilizing the sofa beds and a few inflatables for the littles. The kitchen really is quite small which was a challenge, but we had great weather and ate out on the deck for most meals. A few added things would make this even nicer, such as removing the weeds and having a lawn, and clearing out some storage closets for guests.

Clean and beautiful
This cabin was clean and so beautiful!! The cabin came with a fully stocked kitchen, lots of blankets, pillows, beds to accommodate our party of 17. There was plenty of room for everyone. The View on the balcony was stunning. Check in and checking out was a breeze. We are definitely coming back!!

Cabin overlooking the harbor
We loved just getting together as a family in a house big enough for us. The balcony was great, the kitchen was a little small for as many people we tried to help out with meals. Dishwasher was very good. We had it going constantly. The pool and hot tub were a little too far along with the tennis courts. But we used them.

We loved our stay here in Bear Lake! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time and loved the cabin! It was more than we expected and would definitely stay again. My only recommendation would be to get basic kitchen supplies like measuring cups, hot pads can opener, and cookie sheet. Everything else was fantastic! It was clean, nicely furnished, and had a killer view. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!!!
