The place was clean, centrally located, close to beach, grocery store and shopping. The pool was nice and many beach and pool supplies in garage. Beds were comfortable and sheets soft.

We really enjoyed our stay in Naples and this home has really great features that worked well for our family. Unfortunately, there was a lack of basic maintenance in the home that was made apparent by a long list of small items that we noticed during our stay: -Pool/Spa heater was not functional - it was the middle of summer so it wasn’t needed be we figured out quickly the spa wouldn’t be a typical temp -Hot water never really got hot at several sinks -The bathtub didn’t hold water well -Shower head in the main bedroom was ancient and didn’t work well -There were several light bulbs burned out -Had to replace batteries in multiple remotes -There was a broken lamp in one of the bedrooms -The glass shower door in the main bathroom is coming off the wall -There were a few outlets in the main bedroom that weren’t functional even after figuring out the switches -The window blinds in the bathroom with the tub were moldy and hadn’t been cleaned -There were several amenities pictured in the garage that weren’t there (wagon, floaties, etc). We understand it’s a rental so things break but then they should be replaced. Todd most of what’s left (broken) The scariest part was the grill. While grilling some chicken the grill caught fire halfway through. This was caused by a lack of cleaning of the grill and a broken drip tray. We were able to extinguish it before it became a bigger issue. Overall a house that was great at one point but is in need of a lot of love.

Overall great property. Just a couple minor things. Need towel rack in bathroom by in front hallway. Shower curtain in bathroom could be replaced. Some mold. Matresses were ok but we all thought could be replaced with firmer ones. All in all we had a great time. Responsive host.

Property very well equipped and centrally located. Host easy to communicate with and very helpful. Hopefully we can rent sometime in the future when weather is not so cold and we can use pool and hot tub and enjoy the beach. instead we loved shows, concerts and shopping. And my husband fished successsfully.

Timing was a bit unfortunate due to road construction taking place all week, with noise from equipment disrupting the ambiance. Weather was ideal and the facility was really quite nice. We also loved the Naples area in general, lots to see and do in an upscale setting.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! We came from Wisconsin in February so our main goal was to just be outside and enjoy the weather. We went to the beach once and visited the zoo, but otherwise we didn't leave the house! The pool was just perfect! If we weren't swimming in the pool, we were lounging on the pool deck or eating on the lanai. The house was easy to get to from the Ft Myers Airport. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There were several grocery stores nearby. Vanderbilt beach was an easy drive and we were able to get a parking spot in the ramp. The included parking pass is for Delnor Wiggins state park, which we were told is closed for 2 years due to Hurricane Ian so we weren't able to make use of that. Overall, this house was exactly what we were looking for and we would love to go back someday!

House and swimming pool were very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked so that a quick trip to the grocery store was all we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. If we return to Naples we will book again.

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Florida. Very clean, and the location was perfect, close to everything. The only down was that our flight was a little later in the afternoon and they could not accommodate us for a later check out. Although I asked within 48 hours of departure. But other than that we love the place and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 5 (kids age in range from 2-9) enjoyed our stay in Naples. It was great to have the privacy of our own pool and still be just a short few minute drive to the beach. The house had a good selection a toys for the kids to enjoy. And access to nearby stores fans restaurants were a great bonus!

This beautiful, warm, and perfectly equipped home was lacking nothing. The feel of a far away villa in the middle of everything you could want left you struggling with whether you wanted to stay in the beautiful pool and spa area, or dine at the varied waterfront restaurants that were so well described in the welcome packet. The beach pass gave access to the gorgeous coast with easy parking just minutes from the home. Beach chairs and big lush towels were ample. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. We will never stay at a hotel again, and will come back to this lovely retreat every chance we get. The Property Manager was accessible and accommodating. The whole package here!

The pool area and hot tub, as well as the outdoor patio, were the best features of the house. The temperature was good and the controls were easy to use. We enjoyed walking to the intracoastal and Delnor-Wiggins. Also, the house cleaners did a great job; we hired them for a mid stay cleaning and would highly recommend them. The house itself was comfortable, but could use some updates, such as new beach chairs, and repairs. There’s a pretty big hole in the garage ceiling made bigger by a strong rain. Don’t store anything on the empty side of the garage. The front door frame is rotting so closing the door is a little shaky. The “4th” bedroom is more of a sitting area, although it does have a pullout sofa and access to a nice shower. It is a pet friendly rental, though, which is a big plus.

This was a great place to get away for a couple of weeks in a quiet part of Naples. The house was well equipped. The pool was enjoyed by all in the house is pet friendly I had great communication with the property manager and she was extremely responsive to my requests My only concern was that the fourth bedroom was really an old sofa bed but the property manager said she was contemplating upgrading it to a queen size bed other than that everything was great

Enjoyed the walk to beach and for those in our group that did not want to walk they put the pass to good use. The hot tub and pool got put to good use by all of us. When I called the host with a question he answered the phone. Definitely recommend this host and place.

Overall we had a very good 2 week visit The fourth bedroom at the front of the house should have a real bed not a sleep sofa which is uncomfortable. We would love to know what safety reason refrigerator did not have a working ice maker. If safety is an issue why was a full propane bottle left in garage and not out by BBQ grill? The BBQ grill burners have completely rusted out. Only the front and back part of the burners worked. Wish the TV had plain cable. Difficult to find local news or weather or ball game with streaming service only. I was there with my wife and three of her sisters. The youngest of our group was 69 and the rest of group was 75 to 79. We were happy with our stay and now know what additional questions to ask before our next visit.

We had a fabulous time in this home. Beach access for the day and pool fun with the family in the evening. Very close to great restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for all. We could not figure out how to work two of the TVs in the bedrooms but that was most likely user error.

This house was awesome! We have our 4 adult children and one teenager with us (7 total) and we had plenty of room! House was very clean, beds were comfortable, pool was perfect, Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches, we used the park pass every day! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of Linens, thermostat easily controlled in the house with instructions on how to use it. Owner was very easy to get ahold of and answered all our questions. We will definitely be staying here again!
