Excellent communication by the owner/manager. The villa was clean and very comfortable for my family of 4. Televisions with streaming apps were available throughout the Villa. Great internet connectivity. The only areas that I wish were better are: (1) shower - better water pressure needed and (2) I wish there was an AC unit in the kitchen/dining/sitting area. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

This villa exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The Caribbean décor was amazing and the endless stock of books much welcomed. While we are frequent visitors, our (first time) stay here has contributed to this being our best vacay in Tobago. My children loved the heated pool and asked if we could live there! The host, Nigel communicates throughout the process. Everything was as indicated. Self-check in was effortless and using the suggested rental (Val) was an added bonus. Local food places suggested were delectable. We will surely be back soon.

This is my second stay at this villa and it did not disappoint! Starting with the ease to book, to Nigel’s prompt and kind responses, to the welcome message to share how to gain access, to a fully equip villa and more!! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that is private, surrounded by a beautiful landscape and easy access to local places. Definitely a 5-star location! I look forward to visiting again!

We are regular visitors to Tobago but had to find accommodation for this trip as our house was occupied. The property is really comfortable and convenient for trips around the island. appreciated the pool after a hard day at the beach. The meet and great worked well and we felt looked after by the housekeeper and staff on site. Will consider again for our next visit if we need overflow accomodation.

Very well maintained villa, spacious bedrooms both with en suites, lots of wardrobe space. Lovely grounds and pool area. We hired a car via Val, who met us at the airport and lead us to the villa. Extremely good value for money car rental. Really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was very comfortable, all amenities were provided to cook full meals, including an outdoor gas grill. The pool was very refreshing and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. We would highly recommend this villa.

The stay in the villa was lovely and beautiful. Clean and put together well. Had an issue the fact that the washing machine was not working, so had to spend a day washing clothes 🙄. Reported it through the property manager but they never got it fixed. Besides all that the place was lovely and I recommend anyone to stay.

My parents and I had a really lovely time. The location is ideal as it’s tucked away but still near to shops and the airport. Very quite area with loads of outdoor walking space and the bonus - sea view from the bathroom windows! The rooms are a good size and the walk in closet/en suite are set up well. The owner recommended the lady we rented the car from. Best car rental we have ever used😊.

From the beginning Nigel was very responsive and answered all my questions. One thing, I would recommend is leaving wash cloths for guest. Also, we only had two garbage bags and it wasn’t enough for our stay. All in all my family had a great time at the property!

This villa is exactly what you see in the photos, spacious enough, with all amenities, inclusive of strong wifi, and very clean. The pool was very enjoyable especially due to the fact that it's a heated pool and can be used at night due to this feature. The bar-b-que grill is clean and in good working condition and you had everything you needed to use in the kitchen and more. Nigel was very easy to get in touch with and responded to messages promptly, inclusive of the messages that I sent to him prior to booking. I am already planning another getaway at this villa and will definitely recommend with 5 stars.

This villa is exactly what you see in the photos, beautiful, spacious and very clean. The pool was amazing, spent most of the days in it. You had everything you needed to use in the kitchen. Nigel was very easy to get in touch with and responded to messages promptly. He even got us in touch with a car rental we needed for our stay, pick up and drop off was in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend with 5 stars. We will visit and stay at this villa in the near future.
