Recomand cu incredere !

Gazda extrem de amabila si primitoare. Ne-a oferit pliante si toate informatiile de care am avut nevoie pentru obiectivele turistice din zona. Camerele au fost curate. Micul dejun nu a fost inclus, dar am avut acces la bucatarie complet utilata. Proprietatea este situata intr-un cartier linistit, putin mai departe de centru, dar cu bune legaturi prin mijloacele de transport in comun (tramvai). Un avantaj il constituie si faptul ca am beneficiat de un loc de parcare in curtea proprietatii.

Good accommodation close to old city.

Great location and host, super informative and helpful. Rooms are recently refurbished which is a nice treat. Parking was very good, and only a few minutes walk to the tram into the city. The price was quite good, and shower also excellent!

I feel obliged to say that although the property is great and I’d book again, the pictures don’t necessarily show the apartment you might take and aren’t indicative of all rooms, as they showed a level of luxury which we didn’t find in our room. The pictures are including lights, candles, pillows etc which in reality weren’t in our room. Also be aware kitchen and living area are shared in basement, and no laundry service although a local petrol station provides this for cheap.

Best stay in Kraków

Great hostess, very helpful, gave us information about Kraków, where to go etc. The apartment was very clean and everything was functional. It's obvious that the hostess gives the place a great care. I would definitely recommend to stay here. It's relatively close to the center, yet it's in a quiet neighbourhood.

I only missed the air-conditioning, but we had luck with weather (wasn't too hot), so it wasn't a real problem.

Basic backpackers accomodation

Super friendly host with wealth of local knowledge.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows, cold rooms, cold kitchen in the basement, very old, well worn towels, bed covers that were not fresh, mountain of dust under the beds, not even a small desk lamp.. the list goes on. Lovely host, even few touches could make such a difference

Great stay!

Really friendly staff, happy to help out, clean and spacious rooms! I stayed here for 2 nights with a friend to explore krakow and it couldn’t have been better! The location is around 10-15 minutes to the old town centre and it cost about £3/4 in an Uber, it was nice and quiet at nice when we came home and the owner was so friendly and helpful! There’s a fridge in your room and the toilet facilities were great. There is a common area/lobby downstairs where you could make your own food or heat takeaway up in the microwave too! I Would definitely stay here again!

On the pictures, it looked bigger and we also thought that the living room and the kitchen were in the room itself but that was not the case. The appartement only included the two bedrooms and a bathroom. Apart from that the kitchen and the living room were in the basement.

Owners are pushy and rude, the house was cold and damp so had to sleep in clothes

Bad smell due to lack of ventilation Windows cannot be opened in the rooms Batteries do not heat, so towels do not dry For three nights, no one cleaned the room and did not replace bed linen and towels

The host, Beata, was very pleasant. Moreover, we liked the location as it was some 20 - 30 minutes away by public transport from the city center.

Both the house and room were considerably dirty, particularly the floor, which was full of dust and dirt from people’s shoes. Our room might have been cleaned prior to our check-in, but it was of no added value since the host entered in shoes right when welcoming us, leaving mud on the ground. Then, the towels stinked even before use. Lastly, the house was cold, especially at night, and the single blanket available for a double bed was unfortunately not close to enough for my wife, daughter and me.

Nice place

Nice place. It is clean and spacious. There is a well equipped kitchen (not in the room). There is a nice garden. The building is situated in a quiet street, not far from the tram station. I highly recommend this place.

There are no minuses.

Enjoyed the quiet and clean stay.

Very kind and friendly staff. The facility was clean and comfortable. Would love to rent from this owner again (if no one is smoking below us). The staff was also flexible and understanding to travellers.

We enjoyed eating on the patio, but it was unfortunate that there were people smoking downstairs below our patio, forcing us to be second-hand smokers (more carcinogenic) or unable to eat outside. Very disappointing! One very minor point was that there were too many keys to manage (~ 4 keys).

Very kind and helpful staff. Very close to student campus.

Towels and bedspread should be changed with new ones (towels are grey). No TV in room, just in dining area and no wi-fi in kitchen / dining area. Ther is a single/shared kitchen / dining area for a whole unit.

Superb

Cozy, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet street within a walking distance do the city centre (alternatively a tram terminus 5 mins away), a spacious kitchen situated in the house basement equipped with everything needed. Very nice and helpful owner. Grocery shops located nearby.

I won't repeat at this apartment

It is placed not so far away from the center and the kitchen was big. The hostess was educated at any moment although we had to leave the apartment after the first night. She gave us some chocolates to compensate it.

The heather was non-functional (she said there was a problem once we have her the keys) but it was only working at night. My mother stayed one evening and se needed to cover her with the coat. Besides, the beds weren't comfortable enough (I'm 34 years old with no problem in sleeping anywhere) but the day after sleeping there, I had a huge backache pain due to the bed. The apartment looks like more for when you are younger and doesn't worry about many things, but right now it wasn't the apartment it seemed.

The property has parking spot which was crucial for us, as Cracow is not easy to find free/good parking lot. The place is nice, very peaceful. Easy access to old town with tram.

Very good

Good location, 25 minute walk to the Old Town. There is a good Italian restaurant close by and also a small supermarket. Parking place is a big plus. The rooms are smaller than they look in photos but it was ok. The property has a common area/open kitchen. It can be nice or it can take a very long while for your turn to cooking/making coffee comes. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a very quite neighborhood.

It was cold in the room the first two nights. The heating started at 9pm and stopped at 11pm. There is survelliance camera in the common area/kitchen, we should have been advised someone is watching. It felt strange. No closet in any room. Our stuff had to remain in the luggage.
