Εξαιρετική

Καθαρός και όμορφος διαμορφωμένος χώρος με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις που χρειάζεται ένα δωμάτιο με απόσταση από το κέντρο μόλις 5 λεπτά έχοντας τα πάντα δίπλα σου. Έχει καλή ηχομόνωση και βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο, οπότε δεν ενοχλούν οι εξωτερικοί θόρυβοι.

Καθίσαμε 3 βράδια στο κατάλυμα και δεν ήρθε κάποιος από το προσωπικό να καθαρίσει, να συμμαζέψει ή να πετάξει τα σκουπίδια που είχαμε. Αυτό ίσως έγινε επειδή ήταν λίγες οι μέρες που καθίσαμε υποθέτω, οπότε δεν γνωρίζω σε περισσότερες διανυκτερεύσεις τι θα γινόταν.

The cleanest room I have ever stayed

This is the cleanest room I have ever been to. It smelled amazing! Very beautiful and comfy and the bed was so soft. And location was super comfy too, very close to the tram

I wound say that I didn’t like it, but I didn’t really get if the bathroom was only mine or shared, because it was outside the room. But nevertheless it so was tidy and with nice renovation. Maybe just check this with the host, because I only had one night and didn’t have a chance to try it fully.

Habitación como y bien situada pero con mal olor

Habitación muy amplia, súper cerca del centro, y cama cómoda y grande

El baño olía fatal a cañerías, y la comunicación con el personal nefasta, les escribí el penúltimo día preguntando si tenían algún sitio para dejar las mochilas y aún no he recibido contestación alguna, ni por medio de la aplicación ni en el número de teléfono que dejan en la habitación por si necesitas algo.

Allora noi siamo arrivati alle 20 circa sul posto, per raggiungere appartamento dall’aeroporto abbiamo chiamato un autista tramite l’applicazione Bolt, la al prezzo di 11€ su. Arrivati in stanza non c’era nessuno che ci accogliesse ma ci erano state date delle indicazioni su come fare il check-in in autonomia. La stanza purtroppo aveva un odore sgradevole che proveniva dal bagno, inoltre la doccia era rotta quindi fuoriusciva l’acqua abbiamo dovuto asciugare l’acqua con gli asciugamani, dato l’accaduto abbiamo subito chiesto di poter ricevere altri asciugamani poiché quelli forniti erano pochi e utilizzati per altro, l’host è stata molto disponibile tramite chat WhatsApp anche se purtroppo gli asciugamani sono arrivati la mattina seguente. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è super ottima poiché dall’appartamento fino alla stazione che ti permette di arrivare in centro con circa 0,40 € (2pnl) in 10 minuti con la linea 18 (Stary Kleparz) dista 90 m dal portone. Mentre per l’uscita ad Auschwitz motivo principale per il quale abbiamo fatto questo viaggio bisogna raggiungere la stazione centrale (Kraków Main Station Kraków Główny) e prendere un pullman da sotto la ferrovia che ti porti ad Auschwitz il biglietto si può fare sia in centro con un info point che sul pullman e costa per due persone circa 40 PNL mentre l’entrata ad Auschwitz costa circa 25 € a testa con la guida. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento abbiamo trovato un accordo con la host poiché avevamo orari differenti e non riuscivamo ad incontrarci inoltre non avevamo contanti, abbiamo deciso di effettuare il pagamento tramite l’applicazione PayPal. Ps. Jakdojade questa applicazione è stata molto utile per gli spostamenti con il tram.

Apartament bardzo przytulny, czysty i wszędzie blisko

Musiałam dzwonić i dopytywać w jaki sposób mam się zameldować. Fajnie by było jak by ta informacja była przekazana wcześniej z krótką instrukcją. Po telefonie udało się wejść do budynku i odebrać klucze. Pani obsługująca była bardzo miła i pomocna. Wszystko zostało szybko załatwione.

Piękny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji.

Super lokalizacja, czysto, ładnie. Bardzo duża łazienka. W kuchni wszystkie potrzebne przybory. Wygodne łóżko. Była możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania.

No bathroom. A common bathroom for several rooms locked with a key is a total deal breaker. Not what I expected.

The apartment is perfect! In an old building, but with an elevator. Convenient location, close to both the center and the train station (8 minutes). Clean, comfortable apartment, with stylish interior. There is everything you need, even tea, coffee and sugar.

We stayed here for 2 days. Everything was good, we really enjoyed. Good room with nice design, very clean. We had everything what we needed , there is kettle , iron , hairdryer , microwave, tea/coffee. Location of the apartment is excellent, the main square is very close and also close to the train station. Thank you ! Definitely we will come back!:)

absolutely amazing apartment. requested for some decorations as it was my friends birthday and they did so, went above and beyond. 10/10 customer services. 100% will visit again. Apartment was spotless, bed was soooooo comfy. Location also perfect, everything is within walking distance

Everything; there was nothing not to like. The location was amazing, close to the city center. There was an ease of check in with minimal messaging, was highly appreciated. The room was super cosy and warm.

Great and very convenient experience.

Quick, easy and painless. Quick contact with the host. I haven't had any issues with getting in and out.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, probably because they were tumble-washed and the stuffing just clumped together, I guess those should be replaced.

Great apartment in the heart of Krakow

The location is perfect and a quick walk to both the train station and old town city centre. Quiet neighbourhood and perfectly safe at all hours. The apartment was perfect in all ways.

10 am checkout is a bit earlier than what we are used to. Even 11am would have been nicer. They did let me leave my bag for a few hours after check out though, which was very nice.

good location, big stylish room, easy checkin.

heavy wood grate covering the heaters was not fixed and fell on my feet, although I didn’t even touched it. if it were fingers it fell on, they would be broken – the grate is very heavy. also, there is a canalization smell in the room. communication with the host is not fast – it takes several days to get reply even to urgent questions

Design, location, temperature in the apartments, wi-fi, kitchen, bathroom (it is big and comfortable), unbelievable comfortable bed, caring householder, cleanness. Also, they have cute cat in the hallway :)

Incredible stay!

The apartment was so clean and modern, the bed was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a shower that was huge and really powerful. The kitchen area had a kettle, toaster, fridge and all cutlery accessories. It was a perfect location, less than 5 mins walk from the main square and close to bus stops. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend!

It didn't much impact our experience of the accommodation or stay in any way, however on our last day after check out, we wanted to request to leave our luggage somewhere safe until our flight, however we were unable to reach the host on the telephone number provided, we tried many times. In the end we saw a maid that helped us (with the use of Google translate), so it was still a 10/10 experience.

Amazing location and room!

The location is perfect, on a street leading straight to the old town. A short walk to bus and tram stations. Pretty quiet for a central area. The room is very spacious and lovely decorated. Comfortable bed and complete bathroom. Nice coffee corner with toaster and a fridge. You can use the washing machine in the common area but have to buy your own detergent.

Fantastic location next to old town. Didnt meet the owner but met the cleaning lady who was very friendly and very helpful. Easy access with keybox and codes. Would definitely go back again 🌞

Perfect place to stay in Krakow

The location of the accommodation is perfect. It is located between the bus station and the old center of Krakow. I liked the accommodation very much. Ideal space for one or two people. It has all the necessary cooking utensils. The accommodation is comfortable too. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The place was great. Very comfortable, cutely decorated, had everything you need for a short stay.

They will not give you check-in details until the room is ready. While I understand they don't want guests to show up while the cleaning is still being done, it's incredibly frustrating to have to wait until the last minute to know how you're going to get into your accommodation.
