The weather was good as the activities we went for were outdoor interests

The location suited us very well. It was close to the activities we went there for. The property was clean and tidy and contained every thing that a reasonable person would expect. It is more of a family destination than a honeymoon option.

The property delivered what we expected. Therefore it is impossible to comment on this question.

Charming country stone cottage, obviously well loved and carefully looked after.

We absolutely loved everything. Lovely house and well appointed. The location, facilities and value for money are the standouts. This was a quick trip to visit family in town. We would happily stay again anytime, and for a longer period, just to make use of the family room and games area.

Not a single thing. The sticky side gate was a challenge but manageable.

Stone wall moonta

Great size house and yard, great choice of appliances, great family areas with plenty choice for entertainment and with plenty of TVs and air conditioning systems for heating comfy beds and seating.

Low door frames as we had to duck we 6ft plus. Doors in bedrooms don't open properly as they get stuck as floor or door is warped, the blinds in the family areas don't go back down once put up

Fantastic family room plus a comfortable snug area. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds.

The cottage was a good choice for us plus the dog. Very comfy stay.

Comfy beds and comfortable seating and large secure garden for the dog. Good to have guests in for lunch with sofas etc for chats. We came to visit a local family who had been poorly.

I would have liked storage space in kitchen cupboards for our food stuff please.

Perfect family getaway location with all the comforts of home.

Gorgeous cottage with all the comforts of home, perfect for a getaway with the kids & dogs. So many games to play & room to move & relax! Great location, close to everything. Thank you! The kids are already asking to go back! Was so nice to find a place that we could take our two dogs.

Relaxing get away.

It's a wonderful relaxing space, plenty of room, heaps of fun things to do and full of history. It's a great mix of new meets old. Close to town and facilities, a true home away from home. My adult son with autism had a wonderful time, he loved the spaciousness of the family room and all the games to explore. Will definitely be returning.

A place to come and chill out at and just unwind in very homely place in a great part of the world.

A very homely place with a lot of character. Nice and basic but had every thing we needed. Things to look at was great around the place. What a great family room, that was very supersizing. Easy to find location with more than enough room. If you had a boat, no worries storing it behind gates. Great area out the back if you have dogs, plenty of room Just a nice chill out place.

We where very happy with our stay. May be a bit of lawn is all I could mention. However we where there end of summer at a dry period. I also didn't like we had to leave. We could have spent a month there. Next time brings some friends.

the gate needs a little bit of work, it’s a little rough to use. Was hard for wife and mother in law to open.

Wow, just beautiful

The cottage was beautiful. Everything we needed. Well worth the stay. Pity we only had a couple of days stay, would have liked to stay longer. Was so relaxing and comfortable.

Couldn’t fault our stay. Didn’t like that we couldn’t stay longer.

Lovely cottage but Moonta fails as tourist destination.

Booking.com hadn't notified owners of our booking so had to contact ourselves. It was stormy, wet and cold so we were a bit miffed to say the least. Not confident in using Booking .com again.

Superb

Size of property, so much stuff supplied inc food (replace what you use) in pantry,fridge and freezer. Books, games, foozball, hockey and mini pool tables. Netflix, WiFi, movies, computer and printer, big TV in family room, TV's in other rooms too, large front garden, secure rear garden, lot's of flowers and plants around the property, knick-knacks a plenty inside and out. This place was perfect in so many ways. Clearly the hosts want you to have a relaxing time in their gorgeous cottage with massive family room.

That we had to come home.

What a surprise, the cottage looked quite small but on entering we were amazed and delighted at the

Breakfast not included. Location was perfect with great amenities

having to bring our own bed linen. Lawns could have been tidier though this could have been due to all the rain so couldn’t be cut.

Cosy atmospheric cottage

A very comfortable cosy home much larger than I thought. Absolutely everything you need to make your stay pleasurable. Room enough to get away from others in your party. Two TV areas, and as it was raining during our visit to Moonta we appreciated the cosy atmosphere.

Did not provide sheets or towels, the only thing missing that would have made our stay perfect.
