Perfect place to stay with a family.

I liked everything on this property. Collection of books, DVD, kids toys, board games these are just a few. The cleaniness and the facilities that this property has is amazing.

Very good

It was great, very well cleaned, water pressure was excellent. The board games were great with the family. I will definitely be back for a whole weekend. WE LOVED IT!

I am a pretty big male as in I am over 6ft and weight about 150kgs. I stayed in bedroom 1 obviously and I was so worried I'd break the bed and my ankles were hanging off the edge was a uncomfortable sleep it sucked but wouldn't stop me from staying again I just put the mattress on the floor. Would be great to have a bigger bed.

Very clean, well presented and well catered for a very comfortable stay. The host, Andrew, responded quickly and was very thoughtful. A short stroll to the beach completed a perfect place to stay.

The house is absolutely beautiful and its huge, plenty of room for our family 4 generations..

The confrontation with a family member who wanted their furniture out of the shed while we where staying there.. extremely rude and abusive, the owner did try to sort out..

Beautiful spacious house

House was beautiful and big and spacious and well set up for kids as well as adults on a nice quiet street. Sunset was beautoful from the porch. We had everything we needed and the although we didn't use the games cupboard it was very impressive! So close to Port Hughes and a great closed in backyard with BBQ and outdoor setting.

The only little thing disapointing was the kids were really excited for the cubby house but it was full to the brim with spiders and webs and we couldn't get the playstation to work. Definitely not the end of the world situation though cause everyone should be out enjoying things anyway. The single beds were a bit hard but also not a big deal just moved into another bed cause there was so many 😅

The best holiday house in Moonta

The cleaning of the house and such many games for kids. Good for a long term stay.

The small timber house at the backyard is not clean properly, the kids can't enjoy it at all unfortunately.

A nice house but furniture and decor are a bit dated.

This is a nice house in a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach and a short drive into Moonta. It was very clean and had plenty of space. The owner was very good at responding to messages and gave good clear instructions about accessing keys etc. It would be a great place for a family holiday.

There were no instructions manuals for TV and air conditioner. There is a coffee maker but no milk was provided. Just a small carton of milk would have been a nice homely touch. Also there was no soap for the shower or any toiletries at all except liquid hand soap on the basin. You have to bring your own towels and sheets or pay an extra $20 per person. No heating (or cooling) in the bedrooms, but there were blankets in the wardrobe. It would benefit from a stylist giving a few tips on how to make it look a bit more stylish and welcoming eg a few contemporary pots or decorative homewares here and there and maybe some books and current magazines in the main living area. The soft furnishings are all grey - it needs a few pops of colour. The scatter cushions on the lounge look tired and dull. A few new inexpensive colourful cushions to match the beachy prints would make a big difference. I recommend replacing the black framed prínts above the TV - they don't go with the rest of the decor. Pop a few mats over the dings in the white dining table.

Family escape

Great house for a family stay with easy walk to beach. Cubby house was a favourite for our 2 year old granddaughter.

Everything was great really....perhaps WiFi would be a nice addition.

A beautiful house in a quiet and secluded area of Moonta Bay, close to the beach with good walks.

Large spacious rooms. Location near beach and in dead end street were excellent,

Property became very hot in the afternoon. Air conditioner did not reach bedrooms down hallway. Mattress in second bedroom was very soft.

Comfortable and made to feel at home with everything clean and tidy

Everything met out expectations and more. The complimentary red wine was a pleasant surprise. The host Andrew had set up the place extremely well with good cooking facilities and a Audio visual entertainment. There was not a single factor that we did not like.

Peaceful, accommodation close the beach

Quiet street, close to the water. Very clean and tidy with lots of thoughtful extras to keep the masses entertained (books, movies, puzzles, some kids toys etc). House was well setup, with ample space and plenty of beds even for a large family. Other than sheets and towels, most other key items were provided (even a few basics in the pantry, and coffee pods!). Beds were comfy too.

Cubby was nice, but quite dusty with a few cobwebs. Pots in kitchen were badly scratched, cheap teflon which may not be that safe to use.

Very good. No complications. No negative issues. Good value.

The facilities were excellent. More pots and pans, crockery and cutlery than we have at home.! The house, grounds were very clean. For 2 couples the layout of bedrooms/bathrooms was excellent. Very hard to find any negative isuues.

The reception [picture quality] on TV was not that sharp.
