About this house rental

Relax your vacation away in this cozy four bedroom ranch-style home. Located at Spring Brook Resort, this home is within 5 minutes of the many Wisconsin Dells attractions including the downtown area. Enjoy the seasons year round on the home's furnished deck featuring outdoor patio table, and gas grill. Making Memories Lodge sleeps a maximum of 14 people and is the right choice for family or small group gatherings.

Enjoy the comforts of home even for a short getaway. The master bedroom is equipped with a plush king bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and tub. Two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed share the second full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed as well as a twin bunk bed (top bunk has a limit of 100lbs). In addition, the home has a well-stocked kitchen, with full appliances and seating to accommodate morning coffee or Sunday dinner. The adjacent dining room provides ample seating and opens up to two fun filled living areas. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the sunken living room or for a little more action try the air hockey table or giant connect four in the upper living room. After a day in the Dells, kick back on the couch, catch your show on TV or browse the internet using the complimentary Wi-Fi provided. Two sofa sleepers offer extra sleeping accommodations.

A large laundry room with washer and dryer add to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home. The house is also a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.

Property is even better than pictured. Our crew of 4 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1 to 13 had space to comfortably sprawl out. Kids enjoyed the giant Connect 4, air hockey table, and Super Nintendo provided. We got lots of use out of the gas fireplace. New appliances in the unit and plenty of hot water (almost too hot!). Proximity to everything in The Dells was great. Very comfortable beds. The only criticisms we had were that the pillows were pretty flat (bring your own if you can), temperature throughout the house was inconsistent (very hot or very cold rooms depending on location within the house), and the main TV did not have cable or streaming as advertised. Maintenance did come out pretty quickly to resolve the TV, but could only get the cable to work - they mentioned the TV was pretty old and it needed a special antenna in order to connect to internet for streaming. Not a huge deal, but sometimes the kids wanted to watch TV in the morning. Overall, we would come back again!

We enjoyed our multi family trip very much! The cabin was roomy and clean and fit us all nicely! We were a short trip to all the parks we visited which was handy. Would recommend this place highly. :)

The property was perfect for our 6 adults. We really enjoyed the fire pit area. The pool area was nice and spacious with plenty of seating so we could enjoy our privacy. The home was very well decorated and very comfortable. It was also very conveniently located to all the attractions and a Walmart just down the road. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for extended family. 3 couples and 3 teens gathered for our annual winter family gathering. House was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The air ho key table was a hit with everyone. Access to the fitness center and pool was a nice bonus. Close to the activity of the Dells yet far enough off the path that we didn't feel like we were living in the middle of hustle and bustle. Only negative was minor...couldn't find a broom which would have been nice in the kitchen...also no basics like salt and pepper in kitchen. We went out and got.our own, but would have been nice to know that no basic staples were provided. Overall a great place to stay and we would go back.

We came from all over the country to celebrate our mothers’ birthday. We were so happy and comfortable at the Making Memories house. It is very spacious for 4 families. The kids had plenty of games to play at the house, thank you. The indoor pool was a big hit as well as the restaurant and sports bar at the registration office. 😉. The resort staff are wonderful. We will be back again! Everything about this trip was an A+

We loved the openness of this home. Disappointed that the upper bunk bed was rated for 100 pounds and our 11 year old could not use it. Kitchen well supplied for cooking and eating. Countertops and table needed to be cleaned off when we arrived as they were dirty. We enjoyed the fireplace. Spent an evening at the restaurant for their wings, yummy. Nice variety of games and books, plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with group. We would recommend. We only found one thing to be cautious with is the hot water temp was very hot and the shower faucets diffi ult to regulate temperature. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at Making Memories Lodge. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and large! We could not get the TV in the living room to work, but I used my amazon firestick that was just fine. We loved the big table in the kitchen, it was perfect to just hang out at and talk. The backyard felt secluded and private and it was beautiful with all of the trees.

It's our second time staying in brookspring , but this time we decided to reserve a house for our family of 12. The kids enjoyed all the board games and how save and nice the neighborhood was. We definitely felt like home. We will be back next year for sure 💖

Was a totally great experience! The home was beautiful and so spacious! The pool was awesome and house was so close by. Loved the air hockey table and HUGE connect four! Great fun for evening time after spending the day enjoying the dells. Private setting and so relaxing. Didn’t get time to enjoy the fire, but was nice to have that option. Would definitely go back and stay in this same rental! Totally loved it here!

It was a nice place! Enjoyed the space. Two bathrooms with 7 people was hard at times. I don’t like that I got charged an extra $15 per person, per night since I had down 10 people.. the worst part is people were unable to show up and the most we had were 7.. so I paid an extra $60 for nothing.. king size bed was very comfortable, but my full size bed was really hard and the sheets were not soft at all. Overall the property was really nice and we had fun!

The home fit our needs perfectly. The check in process was flawless, it was ready for us upon our arrival. The house was clean, neat and perfectly furnished for our needs. The room arrangement was perfect as we were able to put our infant granddaughter to bed and still watch movies and play games withouyt waking her. We enjoyed the air hockey table.

House was very clean, thank you to the cleaning crew great job ! Worked out perfectly for the family. Close to the pool to walk with small children to walk it, nice didn’t have to drive all the time. A few things no foil, Saran Wrap or baggies for leftovers no salt, pepper or sugar Suggest to have guest bring their own. Thanks for a clean beautiful place to spend time with family!!

My family and I enjoyed our time here. Only thing I was concerned was the dining room chairs, a couple seemed loose and unstable. But overall, we loved the place, it was cozy. It was located close to shopping and activities as well ! We’ll definitely be back!

The home was beautiful, amenities in the community were amazing!! Close to everything. Pictures online didn’t do it justice!! We had such a great time and we are hoping to make this a yearly thing. If I had to say anything bad, the beds were a bit firmer than we are used to and could of used more towels for the amount of bedrooms and people staying there for two nights. Thank you for the memories

Our family has such a great time! It was four adults and children ranging from 7 months old to 13 years old. The "Making Memories" lodge was perfect for us! It had all the amenities we needed and more. The house and resort is very well maintained and we felt very safe. We were all wishing we had booked an extra night. We will definitely book a home in this resort again. Thank you!!

Over all this was a very nice place to stay. We did inform management that the king size bed had a bad mattress. So it will probably be taken care of soon. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to all events.

I brought my family of 6 all adults to the Dells for my nieces wedding. We were very pleased with the house. It was clean spacious and the beds were comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the amenities with the exception of eating at the bar on sight. The food was good and more importantly the beer was cold.

Beavers Bello was the perfect rental home for our family vacation. With 5 adults, 5 children we had plenty of room to make us feel comfortable. The house was well decorated and fully stocked. It had a nice large table for everyone to dine at and a wonderful fire pit to make s'mores. With just a walk down the block to the resort pool, and Central location to many attractions at the Dells, we were able to do all we wanted to do on our trip. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
