About this house rental

Our home is our pride and joy. It is our honor to share it with you. Built in 1998, we have completely re-worked the interior and exterior with all new landscaping and furniture. Everything indoors and out has been updated for your pleasure. You will enter the great room with its high ceiling, and make your way to the pool area out back where you will be tempted by crystal clear 85 degree water year-round. We have included all you need for your stay except for you and your clothes.

Please know we no longer accept rentals (renters) from the following area codes of south Florida:
239, 305, 321, 352, 386, 407, 561, 727, 754, 772, 786, 813, 863, 904, 941, 954.
Any potential rentals from these area codes will void any previous agreements and no refund will be given.

The house is beautiful and just as described! We had a wonderful vacation. The location is fantastic, we were able to explore and visit 7 different beaches while we were there. Shopped 5th Ave in Naples. We did a wonderful fishing charter, kayak trip, and had beautiful family pictures taken on the beach! We enjoyed the wonderful pool every evening. If you forgot something, chances are it's there already. Loved having all the beach amenities available for us. The host, Mitch, is absolutely great to work with. He's very responsive and helpful with anything you may need. Over all don't miss this opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. Really hope we get the opportunity to visit again! Thank you, Mitch!

What a wonderful experience!!! The home is clean and so well equipped for guest. Our host was absolutely fantastic! Any question was answered without delay. Pre arrival is handled smoothly! Check out is the best I have experienced! It is located just minutes from anything you could want… food, beaches,shopping etc! Recommend 10 out of 10!!!

Property was beautiful! All you needed was a bathing suit and you were set for the beach! Host was fantastic at communicating- even giving great recommendations! Hope we didn’t bother too much! Bikes were a huge plus plus as we had older in-laws that liked to sleep in- the bikes were a great way to start my husband and I day. The ONLY problem we had was the statement on the website that it had 3 bathrooms and it only had 2- staying in a vacation home with 6 adults- that extra bathroom was the clincher on booking the home.The problem was addressed with the host but it was still contradictory to the listing

Had a great stay at this property. We did have a problem with the pool at the beginning of our stay. We reached out to Mitch and he responded quickly to our issues and worked to resolve them as soon as he could. Fully stocked kitchen since we cook while on vacation. Lots of space for the family to spread out. Plenty of beach chairs and other beach gear.

Very nice house which included everything needed for a our vacation Including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, floats, sand toys etc. Pool and pool area were top notch. Property owner was VERY responsive when we needed him. Lots of stores and restaurants near with some within walking distance. Definitely will stay again!

A Gem in the Sunshine! We've been vacationing in Florida for 20+ years. The property was immaculate. The pool was beautiful. The owner's have thought of everything. In an extremely quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, movies, shopping, and restaurants. A spacious relaxed feeling- just what we needed.

Our family of two adults, two grandmothers and two children, age 10 and 7, LOVED staying at Mitch's home. From the moment we checked in, we felt we were at home. Basic soaps were there for us, which alleviated some of the packing and getting through the airport. We added to the stash some supplies we purchased - aloe and sunscreen. The home is stocked with everything needed in the home. The beach and pool supplies were fantastic!! We added a set of dominoes for anyone who also needed a game to play together. Location is FANTASTIC! Easy to get to anywhere and quiet neighborhood. I am already trying to plan a return trip and if possible, want to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us!!

Relaxed and hassle free stay. Fully equipped and lots of necessary beachware for each age. Great communication skill, quick and targeting. As described just only a 5 min drive to the beach and a very quit neighborhood. Only what we missed was a pool Protection for our infant.(maybe available but but we do not found)

The home was perfect for the week. Great area, lots of beach access points, very relaxed area. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a 1 year old and us. The pool was very nice also! Everything exceeded expectations!

Couldn't have chosen a better place. We were there for a wedding in Bonita Springs and this was the Perfect Location, convenient to all of the beaches you may want to visit. We were close enough to go to Naples, Marco Island and all the way in the other direction back to Ft. Myers. But didn't really need any of that, the beach was less than a mile away and a perfect place to go watch the sunset. Which we did. The house has anything you could possibly need, clean, great floor plan and we stayed outside by the pool the times we were there. The host is Great, quick responses when needed and patient for the times I'm asking for information he has already sent.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. We typical stay closer to Vanderbilt Beach, but we didn’t need to go to the beach with this heated pool. The place was clean and the neighbors were great. Thank you Mitch!

My family and my I had a wonderful time at your home. It was exactly what we were looking for. The lenai and pool area was perfect. The pool was always warm! We really enjoyed being able to sit outside during thunderstorms. Your home was the right size and was stocked with everything we needed! We also couldn’t ask for a better location. It was close to everything we enjoy doing. We are hoping to stay here again this fall.

My husband and I flew to here to stay for five days in January. The house was perfect and exactly what the listing says. The owner (Mitch) was fantastic with communication. He sent us the house "newsletter" prior to arrival. It was extremely thorough for anything we needed. The house was super clean & comfortable! I really appreciated the bikes and beach gear. There was even a sun hat which I was so thankful for! Since we flew in, we weren't able to bring any gear. It was great to have beach chairs. The pool was nice and warm even in January. The yard is private and very well kept. The location of the house was so easy to find and navigate around the area. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt right at home. The drive to the beach is only 5 minutes down the road depending on which beach you would like to go to. We really enjoyed Lover's Key State Park and rented bikes and sat on the beach there. We only had one minor hiccup (the internet was out in the area - not the owners fault at all). We text Mitch and he was quick to respond and let us know what was happening after he logged on to his account. It came back on pretty quick. I appreciated Mitch's fast response and concern. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen although we ate out quite a bit (so many delicious restaurants!). We did cook breakfast there and it was great. The master bedroom was very comfortable and loved the direct access to the patio. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning to the visit the area, especially if you have kids. They have a child safety fence that you can set up or they will set up for you, which I thought it was a great idea. We want to come back and bring our kids!

Mitch’s house was exactly what we needed for a 2.5 week getaway. The place was spotless and had every ammenity you could think of. We spent lots of time outside in the lanai and pool and loved every minute. It’s in striking distance to Naples, Marco Island, ft Myers beach and so much more. We had a great time staying at Mitch’s place. The location is perfect. 10 minutes from Naples Vanderbilt beach and only a bike ride away fromBarefoot beach in Bonita. Sweet Melissa’s is a dessert shop we 100% recommend right near by! The place looks way bigger than in pictures and has everything there that you can imagine. The kitchen is spacious and the master bedroom is comfy! The pool and ability to have it heated is a huge plus. We loved the facts provided and the noodles. Overall - highly recommend! We will come back again next year!!
