About this house rental
Welcome to 'Villa Bonita' located approx. 5 Min. to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. Paradise is waiting for your truly unforgettable vacation in paradise. This private home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and is conveniently located within minutes of Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, shopping, golfing and restaurants. The large airy, sunny and very private Lanai opens onto a tropical garden of Palm Trees, Outdoor TV sitting area, Free WI-FI and offers a electric heated pool. The Master bedroom has a King Bed, with a TV and on suite Bath room with large walk-in shower. There is a Queen size bedroom with a TV on other side of the home and the other bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything from an intimate dinner to Thanksgiving for the family! We welcome you as our guests.

Comfortable home with private pool and backyard oasis while only 5 minutes to the beach. Better than any resort! This home had all the conveniences of home with its own private family gathering area! Our family really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor sitting area. We would love to return for another week hopefully soon! Thank you!

We been to this house before and have always enjoyed it. The only issues we had was the pool was low on water when we arrive. It was not a problem to add water I just felt bad on having to run the water that long to get it filled up to half way up the skimmer.I know it had been hot down there and very little rain so that probably contributed to water level being below skimmer.We also noticed the bottom of our feet getting dirty from the lanai tile. I hosed off and scrubbed tiles with a broom and it was much better..Not a big deal. Didn’t mind doing it. The only issue we had with the house was the ceiling fan in the bedroom is noisy when on high. We used a small fan that was in the closet at night. We will definitely return.

We absolutely love this property! We stayed here for 2 weeks in the spring and when we decided to go back in September we knew it had to be this house. Perfect location, everything you need is on site and of course the pool is amazing!

We had been very impressed with the pictures when we selected the home. On arrival it was even more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The living room had wonderful recliners, just right for watching the large television. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, comfortable seating and access to the lanai. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean as well as having plenty of towels available. We enjoyed the pool and sat out each evening. We also appreciated the location with the beach 5 minutes away and many restaurants close by. We hope to return to this perfect getaway.

Bonita Beaches were minutes away, shopping was right across the street and easy access to restaurants and the highway (we did explore Marco one day).Great time with my daughter and her friends as they had one last summer summer get together before college begins. My son is in a wheelchair, anf the house was very accommodatingthe master shower worked great and the spce around furniture was very handy. The pool is nicely maintained and the outdoor furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is overstocked with anything you could possible need during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and ready with all that we needed. Pool was clean the water temperature was perfect! We did have the hot water heat fail, but communication was quick and the problem was fixed quickly even over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time and looking forward to getting back soon!

We enjoyed our stay here. Property is a 5 mins drive to the beach, close to nearby shops and attractions. Kids especially enjoyed the pool. We had a great time !

Overall the location was great but upon arrival, there were quite a few dishes that were dirty. A cup still had lipstick on the rim, a measuring cup still had “something” in it & it took 3 washings to clean it, and the ants were slightly relentless & were floating in the pool all week. We would consider staying again but a pool vacuum would help tremendously to help with the clearing of the ant bodies.

Villa Bonita
This is a delightful property for families. We loved the location, near shopping and the beach. My granddaughter "lived" in the pool. The property manager, Caroline Dunn, was very responsive and helpful. I am hoping to return in the near future.

Great location
We really enjoyed this property. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool each day. The house is less than a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Beach but is also very close to shopping; mini golf, and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for the week, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, but with this great of a location we ate out most nights.

Read first where is says temp is to be at 70-80 degrees in the house! its true whether you want it or not!
80 degrees every night and then it went our completely! Had to take my family to a hotel.
They would not refund us for food thrown away and extra cost of a two hotels rooms we needed after the AC went out and the repair company could not contact the manager
Property manager is overseas so they can’t get back to you when you need them.
Pool is filled with bugs every day because the lanai has holes in it.
Very dated.

We loved the location as barefoot beach and Bonita beach are right down the road. Pool was clean and heated. Plenty of sand toys and towels. Kitchen is well stocked with kitchen gadgets and dinner wear. Nice beach umbrella and adult bikes available too.
Pool chlorine was a bit strong, may have been because water was a little low on arrival. Beach chairs are rusty but worked well for us. No real complaints. Home is nice and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would recommend this home!

Perfect Thanksgiving
The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to host a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The location is perfect as it is literally close to everything from grocery to shopping to all of the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay again next time we’re heading that way!!

The stay was so nice. Everything we needed was there and the kids loved the pool. The beach nearby was beautiful and we had all the amenities close by. Loved the open living room and all the space for the kids to spread out. Would recommend to others staying in the area.

There is a book with helpful suggestions on places to eat and visit. The location was perfect . The house is close to shopping, restaurants, nightly music and dancing. We took a sunset boat ride in Naples. Would definitely return to this house again!!

Everyone in our group loved this house and everything felt just like home. We’ve been going to Bonita for years and this house was close to everything we enjoy while in town. Close to the beach, close to Royal Scoop, close to groceries, close to putt putt. Some to where we even walked or enjoyed morning runs to. Neighborhood is quiet/safe, beds are comfy, fridge has water filter, showers are great and the outdoor lanai with pool plus TV wound up being all of our favorite. Can’t say enough good things and would stay here again.

Everyone in our group loved this house and everything felt just like home. We’ve been going to Bonita for years and this house was close to everything we enjoy while in town. Wonderful Experience
Villa Bonita is a beautiful house. The house is tastefully decorated and the grounds meticulously maintained. The location is excellent. It is just a couple blocks off of Bonita Springs Drive. It is Just minutes from beaches (we went to three), shopping and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the large lanai and screened pool area. It is quiet and very private. Caroline (property manager) was an excellent host and was only a call or text message away if needed. It was a wonderful getaway that I would highly recommend for couples or small families.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon trip. The house was so nice, nicer than we even expected it to be. Great location
This vacation home was great for us and our children. Lovely pool area, very spacious. The location is great, very close to the beach and grocery stores and shopping. Neighborhood is quiet and nice, close to everything. Everything we needed was at the house. Bedrooms are not very big, but this isn't a problem, as they were rooms for the children, and they didn't spend a lot of time in them. There is no ceiling light in the master bedroom, but we just put an extra lamp in the master bedroom for a little more light. Overall, great stay and would stay here again.
