Very nice resort and the house was amazing. There was an issue with the wifi initially but that got sorted out once we contacted the property manager and provided another wifi.

Needs updating and deep clean done. Overall response by property management was excellent

The house set up was perfect having bedrooms with each room having its own bathroom and is perfect for large families. The house is clean, the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and the enmities with the water park is also a nice way to spend a day of rest from the theme parks.
The WiFi is slow if you are expected to work in any capacity it is intermittent. There were some bathroom outlets not working that should be solved with simple GFI reset?
Overall I recommend this property and should we return to the Orlando area will seek this one out again and you should too!

When we arrived (after purchasing food and meal prepping) we found that the oven door glass was broken. They knew about this because the glass was cleaned up but still very unsafe and left the oven unusable. They didn’t offer any grill or option for cooking. The outlets also don’t work on the oven side so it’s fun moving around the appliances to get them to work. Glass was also found out by the pool. One piece ended up in a foot. Florida Premier Rentals refused to call me regarding this and only offered $200 back. This is unacceptable. The amount we paid to stay in the house was high and we were unable to use the kitchen. I’m requesting a phone call from them.

This home is tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable. Sadly the air conditioning and WiFi was not working. If the basics are fixed, it would be a lovely place to stay.

Pros: Well furnished, roomy, kids loved the Star Wars theme. Ping pong table in garage was very nice.
Cons: The pool heat that for which we had to pay extra didn't come on properly for two of the days we were there. The final day it was great but we weren't at the house enough to enjoy. Also the transportation to the Disney Parks did not start until well after the parks opened so we did not use it as we wanted to spend most of the day at the theme parks and to arrive before 10 or 11 AM.

Nice clean house (some appliances seemed tired and dated), great location to the parks (15 to 20 minute drive to all Disney parks), secure gated community. Dishwasher broke the first day of our vacation and was never fixed or replaced during our rental week. After some negotiating, we did receive a $150 credit for the inconvenience and received housecleaning services for one day to clean the dirty dishes in the broken dishwasher. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. We did pay to have it heated, but it wasn't necessary given the warmer than usual March weather. The wifi was NOT good. We brought our own hot spot which I was very glad we did. Would stay in that neighborhood again for the convenience to the parks.

We rented the property during our trip for my toddlers birthday. The home is beautiful, clean, and close to everything we needed.

This place was very clean and worked well for us with the amount of people we had (8) regarding bedrooms and bathrooms. We were missing some kitchen components, which made cooking a challenge for certain meals. We had to buy extra paper towel and toilet paper since only one is supplied. We paid for pool heating, which was important since it was chilly when we were there, but didn’t get the heat turned on until half way through the trip. That was a bummer for us. Last, this location is at least a 15 minute drive to any Disney park. Multiple highways had to be used, as well as tolls required. That was NOT something we expected. Property was advertised as a 4 min walk to Epcot. There was no way you could have walked there. Overall, we made the best of it, but wouldn’t stay there again for this purpose.

The community center of this property was amazing. The kids wanted to stay and swim over Disney. The house was nice and clean. The only problem was the internet did not work so a few had to go somewhere else to put a few hours of work in. The plug-ins in the kitchen didn’t work so we had to move the coffee pot, not a big deal we didn’t even bother to call. They probably would of came and fixed it.
3.0 / 5.0
The property was in great proximity to the Disney parks. Quiet neighborhood, security is tight and only one entry is available after 7 p.m. Also, the house is equipped with a pool alarm, which was appreciated yet could be a nuisance to remember to use. Some outlets only work if you turn on lights, and others are not in working condition. More towels would be great, especially for large parties. And not all the notes were updated. Also, very old brochures were left in the home, for Disney and restaurants, etc. some dated 2 or 3 years ago.
Also, a large issue was wifi, especially for working away from home. This was a hurdle and could be improved.
Other than a few updates, mentioned above, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay close to Disney, this is a definite great choice. The pool was heated for our stay and it was definitely a wonderful and relaxing way to end a long day in the parks.

We had a great stay with our group of 11 (2 families with kids ages 9-16). We really weren’t at the house a lot but it was a great home base for our trip to Disney/Universal. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house and also the aqua park. The kitchen had what we needed and we liked the big island. We used the washer/dryer and that was a nice amenity. Everyone enjoyed the stay!

We enjoyed our stay. However the following were issues. The dryer didn’t get hot enough to thoroughly dry towels, the outlets along the stove wall didn’t work, and the rooms get warm especially when the AC can’t go lower than 72F. Recommend adding ceiling fans. There was no barbecue grill to use for hotdogs and burgers. It was great to have a shuttle bus to the parks; one of the buses need’s servicing, it felt unsafe. The drivers were great. Overall, we had a good time and the home worked for fellowshipping with all the family!

The property was well maintained. Lots of extras for kids to stay entertained. A little further out from the parks than expected but overall we would recommend the property for a large family to stay close to the parks.

House was perfect for our family of 8. Pool was awesome and heated up really nice. A few minor issues were resolved quickly. (i.e. Internet, TV). Side gate access to community does not function well without a QR code as we waited for up to 10 minutes to be granted access. Gaming systems existed, but did not appear to work. Overall , we enjoyed the stay and would use this option again in the future. Thank you!

There were 10 family members staying at this property and even though the owners did their best to provide a comfortable space the property management company, Jeeves, who was responsible for the home did not follow up on the issues we encountered. Upon entering the home, the cleaning products used overwhelmed the home and it was difficult to provide fresh air because windows were locked in place. This is a concern for those who are faced with allergies. We also encountered poor water pressure in the showers and the first level shower basin would not drain, water coming up to the brim taking a few hours to drain. The video games in the bunk room as well as the console in the garage were inoperable. All of this information was shared with Jeeves who promised a service call but nothing was rectified during our stay.

The property is located very close to all the Disney theme parks and Universal Studios. The house was well stocked, the swimming pool/hot tub is great for unwinding after a long day in the theme parks. Easy access (not during rush hour) to/from the airport. Very good communications with the property manager. The house is located in a resort community which has it's own pool/water park area that was geared towards both adults/children. Overall a great place to stay. Only downside was weak wifi, but I really didn't go to Orlando to spend time on my computer. This issue could probably have been easily fixed, but I chose to just uplug for a week vice contacting the property management personnel to get it fixed.

House was nice and roomy. We had some issues with the hot tub and Wi-Fi not working correctly but those problems were resolved. Great place to stay.

This property was a perfect place for a family of 10. We all had our own space. The outdoor pool area was fabulous!
The pool was the perfect size, and the adults really enjoyed the hot tub. We did pay for heating the pool and we were glad we did. We were on the go most of the week, but always ended up in the pool at the end of the day. We did enjoy the Encore Resort amenities for one afternoon. The grocery store & many restaurants were in close proximity. We suggest the restaurant Sickies Garage for families. The distance to the Disney parks was pretty short. This house was definitely a Five Star!

We booked this location 7 months before our stay. We would constantly look back at the reviews for updates as we waited. Once we arrived to the house, the community is very beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The staff and security guards always friendly and has smiles on their faces. Private community and very quiet which was nice. I think only 20% of the community houses were occupied this past week. Once we arrived to the house, it seems smaller than the pictures seem but fit our family of 9 very well. Once inside it was a bit hot.. wish we would of been made aware prior to booking but you can not put the AC down below 72 or the unit will freeze and you will be charged a tech fee. If your not from florida or used to the heat and humidity than this house isn’t for you. We were dissatisfied because spending a lot of money on a rental you want to feel comfortable and be able to sleep in a cool home. After a long day in the heat and humidity you want to come home to a nice cool house and relax. This is not an option. For the size od the house clearly the unit isn’t big enough to handle it. Plus no ceiling fans to help. Even in November we had high 80s with 98% humidity all week long. Luckily the pool helped a lot with cooling down and the heat was not needed. The first 2 days we barely had hot water in the showers. You have to wait 5-6 mins for the water to get warm at all and not all can be running at the same time as their is barely any pressure to wash yourself. The rest of the house was good. And honestly even though you must supply the necessities after you use the ones provided, we didn't need much. Beds were comfortable, and sheets were clean. A major plus is the water park!!! The kids loved being there, and there were barely anyone there! It’s clean and tons of fun. All parks are approximately 5-6 miles from the house but with normal expected Orlando traffic it took 15-20 mins to get there which wasn’t bad. Located close to Target, Walmart and Publix with many restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay, just a few minor issues. The microwave did not work it kept popping the fuse and eventually did not work at all. We did notify the management company and no replacement was provided. The spa was spraying water out of the pool and emptying it out , we notified the management company but no assistance was provided so we ended up just turning the power to the pump off. We were on location during the hurricane and there was some minor damage and that was also reported to the management company. The only other detail that was disappointing was the hot tub. There was an offering of heating the pool for an extra charge but we never thought that also meant the hot tub. I guess since the hot tub was connected to the pool we need to heat the pool to have a hot, hot tub, that was a disappointment. Other than that the home was beautiful and the property was very nice, unfortunately all was closed due to the hurricane so we could not use any of the amenities.

I would say overall this house was fantastic. We had a large group and it was perfect for our size. The pool and hot tub in back were super convenient after long days walking through Disney parks. The resorts water park was also a lot of fun for our multiple different aged kids. The adults had fun there as well.
The spot in the map for the listing is a little misleading. The property is in Kissimmee a little south of Disney. About a 20 min drive to most attractions from start to park. Not bad at all. But the map should be updated to show a more accurate location when booking. The management team is very quick to resolve any maintenance issues that may arise while you are there. The house could use a couple spatulas for cooking and 2 rolls of toilet paper should be minimum. One roll per bathroom for a week is a little ridiculous. I would also keep the spices left from previous tenants in a cupboard for the next guests to use. It makes it a little easier on everyone when cooking.
A great rental none the less. Just small attention to details like I mentioned goes a long way. We would rent the place again for sure.

The property was magnificent! However, the only problems were: the microwave, cable tv and the LED lighting in the themed Star-Wars room.
The microwave had to be reset by the breaker in the garage every time being utilized. Property management was notified and even came to remedy the solution; but the microwave had the same issue. Breakers need to be replaced to ensure no one else has that issue. The cable tv in 3 of the rooms had pictures that were scrambled, which property management came and fixed the issue. Lastly, the LED lighting for Star Wars room was not working when originally checked in. Property management came and solved that issue as well. I would highly recommend the property management complete thorough inspection prior to personnel checking in to ensure things are in proper working order to prevent such calls. Other than that, no other issues with the property and the property management team was very responsive to calls made to fix all issues.

Didn't get the house I reserved
2 hrs before getting the house I reserved, I get a call that we won't be able to have the house I reserved because it won't be ready and that I will have to go to another house...I was only compensated for not having to pay for a heated pool and I had to request the difference in price between the house I originally reserved and the house I ended up with...so was not a good experience.

Family Vacation
Overall the home and property was great. A few items we thought could be improved, and these are being pretty picky. 1. The kitchen counter chairs need to be updated soon, the white cushion coating was flaking off a lot as well as the pads on the bottom of the chairs (leaving scuff marks on the floor). 2. The water in each shower took up to 3-5 minutes to heat up. Once we had the hot water though, there was always a sufficient supply for 10 people.
3. The patio screen doors could not be left open without the glass doors shut as well (the alarm would still go off). The pool alarm is a great safety feature, but when the sliding screen doors are shut the alarm should not trigger. Or if there was an option to temporarily turn off the pool alarm.
Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while on vacation!

Excellent
The property was spacious, clean and perfect location. The only issue we had was that the pool was not heating up the last day of our trip, but when it worked, it was heaven! Highly recommend and would come back!

Even better then pictured
The house was immaculate upon arrival and check-in was very easy. The house was bigger than I imagined with high ceilings throughout. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. The pool was always warm and the hot tub heated up quickly when the jets were turned on even with 40º nights in November. We really enjoyed our stay at this home :)

Perfect
Perfect for our family! Lots of space and our kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! Turing in the pool/hot tub heat is a must in November. We had an issue with the internet initially and someone came over to fix it. No issues after that! Just a heads up…. We attempted to mail something to the house that we forgot and it was undeliverable to this address. I have not looked far enough into it to find out why we were unable to receive mail. That being said we Would definitely return!

Beautiful home
I ran into a few issues but it had nothing to do with the owners of the property. The company that oversees this house really wasn’t on top of much and I feel like I spent more time on the phone complaining about things that should have been taken care of before my arrival. The place was overall cleaned, but the comforters in the closet were not, the playroom was so hot no one was able to play in it comfortably. The best thing about the property is that it was close to all attractions I booked in advanced. I just wish I would have been able to have a complain free vacation.

This house has so many amenities, everyone can enjoy!!.
This house has the swimming pool, game room. The kids never has to leave the house to enjoy Orlando. But also the amenities in the resort takes this place over the top. They have a water park that's free to everyone staying here. Bars and restaurants are also conveniently located on the resort as well. I enjoyed my stay here to say the least. Will be back again real soon. Great stay!!

House was clean and the community (water park) was fun.
We loved that each of the five bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The house was clean. The pool was clean. Hot tub was great. Stocked with all the amenities we needed (except oven mitts).
We suggest bringing extra towels for the water park.

Family Disney World Trip
Property was a good fit for our group of twelve! Kids & adults enjoyed the Waterpark, restaurants on-site, and the shuttle service to the park. Be aware that the home doesn’t have any seasoning, salt, pepper, or basics for meal prep and all will need to be purchased. We needed to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent etc…. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub!! Had very loud, rowdy, inconsiderate neighbors on one side, but that’s unpredictable with rental properties and luckily only had two days of these folks.
