NOTICE: Due to Wyndham's change in guest policies, some dates are blacked out for guests without an owner present. Because of this, we may not be able to put your name on the reservation until the morning of check in. If this is the case, we will forward the email confirmation by 9am central time to your email and text you the confirmation number the morning of check in. This will apply to holidays, spring break, and summer reservations.
* SHUTTLE FEE: There are 2 shuttles that leave the main building and tower 6. They are no longer free. Feb 2013 Wyndham (not the owners) began charging to use the shuttle. It is currently $8 per person per round trip for use of the shuttle. This fee is NOT covered in the rental amount.
* FUTURE FEE CHANGES: Because this is a Wyndham timeshare resort, Wyndham has the legal right to change fees/taxes at it's discretion regardless of whether owners agree or not. All of the fees and taxes that we currently know about will be included in the rental amount except the shuttle. Should Wyndham decide to change their fees between the time you rent from us and when you check in, the owners will not be responsible for additional fees.
Over 2400 square feet of luxury in the heart of Disney World. Bonnet Creek is one of Wyndham's premier timeshare resorts, less than a mile from Epcot and 1.2 miles from the Magic Kingdom. This resort is literally inside the Disney gates . . . you pass under the Mickey welcome arch entering Disney World on your way to Bonnet Creek. Disney does not have any suites this large. The maximum occupancy for their largest suite is 9 people, and it is $8000 to $12000 per week. This luxury penthouse sleeps up to 12 people for half the cost of a Disney resort.
Some dates require a full week rental.
LOCATION: There are two to four of the 4 Bedroom Presidential suites on the top floor of each tower. Tower 6 also has 4 bedroom presidential suites on several floors in addition to the top floor. The only suites in Tower 6 that have fireworks views are presidential reserve suites. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to find out which unit has been reserved. If you have a preference, ask when you check in.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don't work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.
THE SUITE: This presidential suite has 2 master suites with king size beds that have Sealy pillow top matresses, a private bath that has a large jacuzzi tub and wallk in shower, and a large dressing area. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 double beds (not twin) and their own bathrooms. There is a full gourmet kitchen, huge balcony, and washer and dryer.
CALENDER: Because things change so rapidly. the calender is not always accurate. Please EMAIL for rates and availability.
AMENITIES: You have full access to all 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, 10+ spas, 18 holes of mini golf. ping pong shuffleboard., x-box, billiards, beach volleyball, the exercise equipment, and a playground. The video arcade requires tokens that are purchased.
RATES: The rates quoted include all taxes and fees. There is no additional charge when you check in, but they do require a $100 or $200 hold on a credit card for a damage deposit.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.
CHILD AMENITIES: The resort has pak n plays and high chairs that are free to guests. They do not reserve them in advance. Just ask when you check in. They will have housekeeping deliver them to your condo.

We love this property. We have stayed here before. However this particular unit had not been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty. Under the couch had not been cleaned. Since we were playing on the rug with crawling babies we definitely noticed! The supplied manual carpet cleaner did not help. I had a few questions which were quickly answered by the owner. We would stay again but would bring a few extra cleaning items.

This rental was awesome. The location was great for our trip to Disney. The size of the home was great for children, just scary being on the 9th floor with a baby learning to climb on everything. We will be returning and planning to say at the resort more time. We had so much fun in the lazy year. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Our week long stay in a four bedroom suite at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek was fantastic. The location is great for accessing the Disney Parks (we had a car so didn't use the shuttle and / or car sharing services.) Our unit was clean and very spacious. We were in tower 5 and had balcony views of the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. There was a heated lazy river directly behind our building, it is well landscaped and was easy to find chairs together for a larger group. We would highly recommend and enjoyed our stay!

We love the property and have stayed here multiple times but this was our first in a 4 bedroom unit. Unit was spacious and great for multiple guests in our party. Would rent again!

This is always the first place we check for availability when traveling to Orlando. There are plenty of things to keep the whole family entertained and food choices are delicious. All service is always thorough and friendly. We book this as a family destination as well as adult only trips. It has everything we need and the location is convenient to all parks and fun nightlife. This is always the first place we check for availability when traveling to Orlando. There are plenty of things to keep the whole family entertained and food choices are delicious. Perfect location for Disney
We stayed in the 4 bedroom with 4 adults and 4 kids under 12. The room was so spacious and loved the kitchen and washer and dryer. We stayed in tower 3 and our view was towards the Hilton and Waldorf. We could not see the fireworks, but most nights we were still at the park during that time anyway.
We weren’t able to enjoy all of the amenities that they had to offer because we were at the parks. The kids enjoyed the pools, water slide, and lazy river. They have so much to do on the property.
We drove to the Disney parks everyday and the proximity was perfect. Also enjoyed that they had Starbucks coffee to grab on the way to the park! We did enjoy the food on property and we thought it was really good.
We would def stay here again and enjoyed this much more than staying on Disney property and doing their bus system.
They did have a timeshare thing that they wanted to present to us when we checked in, but we were upfront and said that we did not want any part of their presentation. They were fine with that!

Honest feedback from our 4th stay at Bonnet Creek in 7 years!
Scheduled cleaning on Wednesday and no one came. They said they had no record! Needed towels that day and they sent up 8 because that is the limit! We had 10 guests!
One towel looked more like a rag... I was able to get it replaced.
Played Putt-Putt one evening and for 10 people you can only have 6 clubs......policy!!!
We were across from unit that is open for fireworks and it was very loud due to all the people. One group of 5 women used wine glasses in unit and had a party! This unit was also the “show unit” and a lot of traffic caused confusion trying to leave or enter our unit because people stopped and tried to also look in our unit. One day as we were leaving a couple tried to walk in as we had door open going out. I informed them the unit is rented and they can’t walk through it!
The door to the balcony wouldn’t unlock and we had to call. They thought they fixed it but several of us on balcony next day couldn’t get back in. Luckily another adult was inside and got us in. Maintenance come back and completely undid the locks to avoid more issues.
This was the 4th time we have stayed here and it was our worse experience! I was very disappointed and no one seemed to really care except for the girls working the front desk.

Wonderful Stay
This property is so much better than staying in a Disney Resort. Yet you are right on Disney property so it is such a breeze to get anywhere you desire. The condo is so spacious and well laid out. Furnishings are wonderful, very upscale. Having your choice of pools and restaurants for those days you just want to relax is priceless! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Disney!

Great place to stay, quiet, friendly staff, just a few minor issues
The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from outside or surrounding rooms; we stayed on the 13th floor. The staff was extremely friendly and brought our crib, double stroller (that we rented) and grocery delivery to our room within minutes of our arrival. We rented a car and drove to the parks, so I don’t know how the shuttle was. Our minor complaints were that the kitchen sink faucet handles were loose and the lighting in the master bedrooms were dim which made it hard to see. We recommend staying at this hotel with large groups. We had 6 adults and 2 children and stayed in the 4 bedroom presidential suite.

Dirty,outdated,spacious
When we arrived to our presidential suite, it was SO dirty. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in ages. The counter tops in the master bath rooms didn’t look wiped down. It was overall disgusting. I called housekeeping and they did come and clean the room right away. I was happy they resolved it but very disappointed that the room was considered ready. It was an inconvenience to have cleaners in the suite while my family was trying to settle in. I reached out to Catherine & provided photos and she basically said she would tell management. I wouldn’t book through this service again and I’m not sure I’d even stay at Bonnet Creek.

Had a fantastic time with the family. Have stayed here before in a different unit. This unit was on the same floor as the sales models. This means hundreds of strange people outside your door from 7am til 8pm. This was very unnerving with my 3yr old grandson. Will come back again but will argue for a unit away from the sales model floor

Family get away
Accommodations were perfect for our group. We had 7 adults and 3 children. Common area was comfortable for all and bedrooms provided privacy when needed. Clean and quiet. Resort itself was great although we didn’t take advantage of all it had to offer. Only complaint was I thought I was booking presidential suite in tower 6. When checking in at tower 6 I was told no we were in tower 3. Thought I booked this through owner. How does that happen. Also at check In i got jumped to attend time share presentation. Had to almost be rude to stop the girl. Condo and resort were definitely what we were looking for. Close and easily accessible to all of Disney!

Gorgeous room!
The resort is lovely and the rooms, gorgeous. If you have a chance to stay here, grab it.
TIPS:
*Make sure you have the cell phone number of the owner handy when you arrive. We ran into some trouble checking in. The front desk girls were snippy and the entire situation added a ton of stress to the beginning of our vacation. The owner said what happened to us had never happened before, so it is highly unlikely it would happen again, but I think it would be wise to be prepared with the owner’s cell number.
*There is a Publix and Walmart close by. Disney Springs is just down the road and is a great place for restaurants.
* The fireworks that can be seen from the presidential Reserve suites in Tower Six are at 8p (Epcot) and then more fireworks can be seen at 9p (Hollywood Studios). Beautiful views without any fireworks noise!
*Get lots of room keys. You cannot go to the Presidential Reserve floors on the elevator without a room key.
* FREE: just call the front desk for new towels and as much laundry detergent as you need.
* if the balcony door is left open, the A/C in one end of the unit does not run. We did not know this, and it got pretty stuffy in one end of the unit.
We look forward to staying her again someday. It made for a dreamy vacation, and would be worth the stay, even if not going to an amusement park!
