3rd stay is my last stay

this hotel has really deteriorated. this was my 3rd stay in 5 years. It has gone from very nice to okay. the bed was still okay, but the shower door slides open while showering and the carpets down the hall have "pockets" in them where they have a drain or something underneath and i stumbled twice and twisted my ankle in the "hole." the breakfast isn't near what it used to be . the staff was sloppy and unprofessional. When i arrived, no one was at the desk - i waited maybe 5 mins - and a gal comes in with her to go food and sets it down on the counter and checks me in. wow.

Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was awesome. Our room had microwave, real silverware and fridge, even a dishwasher! Very clean and comfortable

Wish it was closer to Irving convention center. Everything else was great!

Would not stay here again

Location was okay

Asked for multiple early check in requests with no response from hotel (emails and called). Arrived at hotel at 1:00pm was told no rooms available come back around 3:00pm (check in time) we came back at around 2:45 still no rooms available (parking lot basically empty) we waited in the lounge area with a few other guests and then watched someone check in who had came in behind us (not 3:00pm yet) and get a room so not a great start. First night (1:00am after getting back from Metallica show) a bug crawled across pillow (thought possible bed bug) but this is a pet friendly hotel and was a tick. Showed the front desk clerk and was moved to another room not ideal at 1:00am when ready to goto bed. No offer of reduced hotel stay (I didn’t ask) because I wanted to see if the hotel would make it right. We’re honors members who receive early check in and check outs so this was not an ideal stay for the price.

Stay was okay. I wished hotel was in a better location. The surrounding was a bit boring, no sightseeing.

The cleanliness and very friendly employee.

Rooms were too small and it felt like a tight space. Food wasn’t that good. But then a lot of hotels are going cheap on food items.

Great hotel for families SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD

Very nice neighborhood, felt safe at all times. very clean from the lobby to the room. All staff were super friendly. Great place to stay as a family or a couple. Also usb ports everywhere incase you forget the charging block for your electronics. Very nice desk in the room also.

I loved everything except breakfast.

I loved how easy check in was. Everything was very clean and updated. The room had stainless appliances. The bathroom had a nice walkin shower.

The breakfast was disappointing. The hours were from 6 to 9. The food choices were very minimal compared to other hotels. I had to stop for food after I checked out.

the location

I should have known by the way that i was greeted that i was going to hate my stay. i requested early check in when i made the reservation, called to confirm the day before check in that i had early check in noted in the system, called a few hours before arrival to confirm they saw it as well. Got there after 12p for early check in and was made to feel like i was being annoying to need early check in. the lady didn’t know how to do it and i guess that was my fault cuz she gave me so much attitude after getting past that i noticed that the room had been cleaned but when i removed the sheets to apply my own sheets i found 2 bedbug sheddings at the foot of the bed. Stains on couch, dirty toilet and sticky arm rests on the computer chair. Never again, i definitely cut my trip short and had to stay somewhere else
