I feel the staff and especially the General Manager go beyond customer service to provide a comfortable stay and a feel

The location is the perfect place to travel to the airport, work, and visit my mother which was the teason for my trip to begin with.

Im on a daily budget as my job is daily pay. It made the room more expensive that I am enjoying due to the fact I couldnt pay the room in full for a weekly or monthly rate. I plan to stay and pay daily for at least 4 months and iy would have been less expensive to prorate the monthly chatge into a daily charge to make my overall stsy abundantly less expensive.

pretty good value, good location, needs a refresh.

perfect location. staff was very nice.

a bit tired. didn’t feel as clean as I’d like. hard to get in the front doors with luggage. you had to pull doors open and if your hands are full, it’s awkward and hard to do. I didn’t like that you had to ask for kitchen stuff instead if it already being equipped.

As a summary , I doubt that we stay here again.

The Extended Stay is located in a good location.

Our room reeked of dog urine from the second we opened the door. We have our dog with us but he don't go potty indoors.

Great location, staff, quiet, breakfast, full kitchen with utensils, nice size room, when needed service very accommodating, clean rooms,

Suggest to have fruit cup or fruit for breakfast, otherwise great. Did great job cleaning and sanitizing, however guests were smoking in a non smoking hotel, not to fault the hotel.

Will not stay there again

There was no breakfast or other amenities available due to Covid. Lighting in the room was good. Staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Two mornings there was no hot water. The bed was uncomfortable.
