construction agréable en chalet, donc beaucoup de bois . Très belle vue, personnel très agréable, sympathique et attentif.
Éloignement et difficile à trouver.

It was nice to ski in and out the restaurant was very good ( a bit expensive though) .
I bit more complicated to check out if you do not check out very early or after 5 . Can’t use the snow moto during the poste are open.
Sauna could have some relax chairs somewhere and sauna banks are too narrow .
4.5
The staff and the decor
Our room (room 10) was very public, right next to hotel main back door, so we had to keep the curtain shut the whole time. Limited evening menu
4.5

Great location for ski in, ski out. Close to all lifts and ski school. Helpful staff. Great facilities- boot room, ski locker, sauna and jacuzzi. Comfortable Lounge on the first floor alongside the restaurant.
Unusual room layout of our room with the shower in the bedroom, but not a problem.

Stylish interior, everything is very convenient and clean, spa is nice and relaxing, easy access from the room, hotel location is incredible with amazing view on the mountain, lift to go up to see Monte Bianco is very close to the entrance of hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Nice decor and lovely shower.
Good food - The staff allowed us to order from the snack menu in the evening as we had already eaten the set menu on the first night
The young staff members were learning waiting tables and gave excellent customer service
Check in was rushed as we arrived late at 8pm due to watching the Tour de France on the way to the hotel. We weren't advised that we needed to return our room key each day in order to receive clean towels and toilet roll. I had to go and ask on the last day for another toilet roll and dry towels. I was told this had to happen as a the hotel had been accused of taking something from a room previously so therefore they didn't clean the room unless you left your key. No one advised this on arrival.
Breakfast was a croissant, a mini pain au chocolate and a small french bread. Usually hotel breakfasts we have been offered fruit, yoghurt, cereal and maybe cooked option too.
On the last night we were told the bar area was closing at 9pm due to a meeting with the tourist information office. This was the last night of our holiday. We were fine not getting drinks but were told we had to leave and go back to our room as they were locking the bar/restaurant area. With nowhere else to sit as the hotel is located away from all other bars and restaurants we just had to go to bed.
The manager wasn't very welcoming. I know it was very quiet there and probably off season for the area but we felt a little like we were in the way staying there.

Hello, the only thing we liked was the location of the hotel
Not very communicative unfriendly staff. We had booked a stay with breakfast included. We did not receive breakfast on the day of departure. The staff couldn't answer. We left hungry for the rest of our vacation. Attempted to contact the hotel - no response. I do not recommend

Location excellent and right on the slopes. Nice green run to get beginners legs back into skiing on the first morning and a nice red run straight into the action right outside the front door!
Great food in the restaurant - both evening and lunch time.
Friendly staff. Great pick up and drop off in the evenings in the snow cat vehicle.
Hot breakfast option was a bit disappointing. Small batch of scrambled egg, which had run out on our first morning and they refused to make any more. Poor. Also eggs to boil yourself ran out one morning too. Could do with a bit more hot food, which is pretty standard in most hotels, these days and which sets you up well for a days skiing. (e.g. bacon and sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes ??)
Evening meal was excellent. But maybe a few simpler/cheaper options on the menu too, for those who want something simpler. eg. some of the lunch options to be available in the evening too?
A noisy private party on the Saturday night, meant that guests could not use the restaurant that night and were kept awake by loud music past 1am.

Excellent ski-in, ski-out location with luggage delivered by ski-doo (no access by car). Staff very friendly. food excellent and very plentiful. great views from the wrap around balcony

fantastic location, lovely rooms, lovely staff, lovely restaurant
would have liked a better pillow on the bed

Hotel was excellent. Comfy (if snug) rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived middle of the day when the hotel is not accessible by vehicle. Left our luggage at proski (where skis and boots were ready for us on arrival and you get a discount if staying at Lapiaz) and it was transported to the hotel after 5pm when the pistes close. Food was really nice at the hotel and there is a small jacuzzi and sauna. As its inside the ski area you can ski straight out and down to the main lift area at Flaine Forum (also where you can get your ski pass).
Just keep in mind if you are leaving Flaine in the middle of the day you need to have bags packed and ready by 08:30 on day of departure so they can get them down the mountain for you before the pistes open. Proski will happily store your luggage for you until you need to leave.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean and quirky. Views were stunning.
Not the hotels fault but due to lack of snow it was difficult to get into town of a night. Icy conditions walking to and back on the slopes. The shuttle could not be used to preserve the snow which is totally understandable. We did get a couple of lifts toward the end of the week especially to get our luggage across.

Lovely staff - they made us feel at home, and were very helpful. The hotel is a beautiful, comfortable, relaxing place.

The Hotel is in an amazing location just a short walk up the nursery slope to the door meaning you have a remote area to take in the views and you can ski to the door.
Accommodation was beautiful and spa great to relax in

The hotel has a lovely position at the edge of Flaine. It is modern and comfortable.
The hotel is not signposted and is difficult to access. Ask someone who works in the station to show you the way or expect to search for the hotel for a while!! Once there it is well worth it!
Eat at the hotel as there are no restaurants close by.

Fabulous location! could not be better! we enjoyed pretty much everything! Dinners were also great, no reason to go into town in the evening. Also, when they say ski in ski out, they really mean it! 😁

Lovely hotel, lovely food, clean, good ski out location
Although ski-in, its only ski-in if you pick a certain run that doesn't always suit if you fancy an end of day drink/meal in main center. Which brings me on to perhaps its only "minus" which is access to main centre is not the greatest and its certainly not a walk back to in boots with skis ! There is a Hotel snowmobile shuttle but it is hit and miss as to whether its available.

Excellent location on the slopes, professional and friendly staff, guests have complimentary use of snow cat (four seat all terrain vehicle) shuttle between hotel and the town, the walk to and from town can be done in 10 mins.
