Location, size of apartment
Our apartment smelled of cooking
4.5
We had a great two bed apartment with mountain views. Lots of space to relax after skiing
Check in is horrendous but expected when a complex does mainly Saturday changeovers. Just get there late in the afternoon is the best advice
5.0
Comfortable and warm and clean and well kitted out.
We were could have used an oven rather than microwave. It would have been nice if the fire in reception was lit. Couldn’t understand why it was never lit. The cafe on site was never open. For non skiers it would be nice to get a coffee.
3.5
Great place to stay in family (if you have a good room with a view)
The pool was full of kids playing around and making noise. I thought we would be in a nice quiet spa.
We payed to have the “mountain view” and the reality was that our view was to a construction site for a new hotel that is being build.
We stayed 10 nights and I asked several times to change to another room. It was told that there were no rooms available

Awesome property great location and super friendly staff.
Master bedroom tad small but very comfortable.
4.5
The pool. The ordering of breakfast croissants.
1. The fact that although the resort was open the free bus service the hotel advertised was not running the week we were there! So we had long walks at the start and end of each day.
2. The restaurant was not open - except for one evening event.
3. The spar shop on site was not open, so buying food involved a long walk down to Flaine Forum - as Flaine Foret was only open in the morning.

great all round experience

A good sized apartment, close to the access to the pistes, a well stocked Spar, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & pool.
The apartment layout wasted space, and the kitchen area was poorly laid out but if you only want one cook at a time it works well.
4.5
Great ski-in and out facilities; comfortable rooms; nice restaurant on-site. Close enough to walk in to main part of Flaine and free courtesy shuttle to avoid the uphill walk back. Two bed apartment was ample room for our family of 5 (3 teenage boys). Easter offered great value compared to other peak ski periods.
On-site parking is expensive at €18 euros per night; Spa is well kept but gets very busy at peak times (16:00-18:00 but we were there during Easter holiday period).

nice and clean, friendly staff with good facilities (spa) comfortable well equipped rooms
no oven !!!

The spa area is beautiful, relaxing and offers excellent massage. It is restricted to adults although it is possible to get a parent child massage package which is very nice.
The pool and the hot tub are too cold for my taste but the children liked it.
It is very convenient to have everything in the same complex: a little supermarket, the ski shop, restaurant, and bread delivery in the morning. The apartments are nice and very functional.
The ski storage room is far too cramped. It has benches to sit on, but if you do they block the way for people trying to pass. Best option is to try and come when no one else is there, but that might be difficult if you have to get your child ready for the ski school.

The apartments are a bit smaller than they seem on the pictures. The drive up is a mountain road with so many steep turns (~20minutes to a normal road), that it is very uncomfortable to drive up and down to go to town and back every day even for people who are used to mountain roads. I would recommend this hotel only to those who ski.
Staff is very nice and helpful!
The store is a definite advantage at a location like that.

when I came in, they told me parking is free
but later They charge me with parking.
and at check out they were trying to charge me for ski locker key that I did not get at first .
and one more they told me to get the garbage outside by myself.
They never come and do housekeeping each day.
You should do all the housekeeping by yourself
So five stars on what they are telling me to do everything by myself.
the last point the staff, there was not mature enough to walk in a five-star hotel because it’s not .
4.5
Staff great; facilities very good including swimming pool/sauna; location near green ski run down to Les Gerats lift. Free minibus operating during the evening to transport to and from Flaine.
A very little point: Apartment kitchen a little small and could have done with a few more under-cabinet lights which worked.

clean, quite, cozy, nice view, good staffs
wifi not good

Great pool and jacuzzi as well as pool table for the children. Very clean and spacious apartments
A little far out of the resort but not too bad
4.5
Lovely staff; great sized room that was well equipped and clean and perfect for 4 people, bonus to have 2 bathrooms. Fantastic ski in, ski out location with easy access to boot room. The residence also had a pool and spa, plus on site ski hire and mini supermarket. We had a warm welcome from everyone!
It’s a little far from Flaine Forum and its restaurants and shops but there is an on-demand shuttle bus and it can be walked to in about 10-15 minutes.

Great room and lovely view over the mountain. Ski in and out was very handy. Good boot room. Nice spa facilities.
It is drive away/~30 minute walk away to the main station with restaurants, but then again it is a bit quieter in the evenings. We liked the spa, but it was always very busy in the evenings, so you had to queue/linger for quite some time to use the jacuzzi. The pool was always filled with children who were, understandably, making a lot of noise whilst having fun in the pool. In the end we only used the facilities twice, as it wasn’t quite as relaxing as hoped due to how busy it gets in the evening. My dad no longer skis and was working from home during the day, and really enjoyed using the spa facilities during the day when they were mostly empty.

location and naïveté service
the apartment had a drain smell, noticed every time we came in.
Also I thought we had reserved a mountain view apartment (not on the booking but in a telephone call after booking where we also booked parking), however we arrived at reception and were told there were non available and I should have been told ‘if available’ during the telephone discussion!
Not very good to be told this when we arrive etc.

pool was a bit cold for young children but it is a lovely pool

lovely apartment, good pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi included. ski lockers all heated and truly ski in ski out
The kitchen was so small only one person could be in it at any one time
We weren’t able to get hot water for the bath
the shower drained slowly
4.0
great position on slopes, lovely space for clothes and equipment, kitchen and bathrooms were also good spaces
we used the lounge as an extra bedroom and the dust created every time we put the sofa bed back as a sofa was incredible. The place was clean but it needed a deep vacuum to reduce the dust
