Daily cleaning, the breakfast and close proximity to taxis, supermarkets, and nature resorts.

Airport pickup. Very friendly staff. Manager takes care and can organize boat trip on the Chobe River as well as an excursion to the Victoria Falls. Game Drives available. 10 min. from the park entrance, Supermarket nearby.
During my stay there were not many guests (off season). So you have give notice in the afternoon if you want to have dinner. Otherwise the restaurant is closed. Wifi signal is weak in the room, it is only strong enough near the reception and in the restaurant.

Great value especially the game drives
Pool was dirty but most people wouldn’t use it as winter

Property is secure. It sits alongside the Chobe river. We were in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom villa that was fully self contained and overlooked the water - so it was a treat to relax on the balcony.
Just outside the property (?easy walking distance) are a few shops including a well stocked supermarket ( and a Nandos Chicken fast food) if you wanted to self cater.
It is easy to organise boat cruises and safaris either for 3 hours in the morning or afternoon at reception. They also offer other day trips such as to Victoria Falls. Taxis are easy to get if you need to get somewhere within Kasane.
Browsing through the a few of the shops alongside the road further into town ( selling local craft) was fun as you are not harassed to buy anything !!!
Breakfast was included in our package , which we enjoyed.
Lunch and dinner are available but you need to organise in advance. Really enjoyed the dinner we had there.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely return .
Can’t complain about anything.

breakfast was excellent and the location was spot on. ice was always available and the staff and reception team were wonderful. The reception team really went out of their way in assisting with accommodation in Namibia.
Carports would make the parking excellent (much needed). Only family rooms have the river view.

Nice room. Good safaris both by car and boat. Friendly staff.

It was good
The cleaning of the room was not up to par with the overall place. I had to complain after 2 days of my room not being cleaned properly. It is the only thing I was not happy with during my stay.

The rooms inside was clean, and comfortable. Aircon and warm water.
It outside area is extrmely rundown, with long grass everywhere. My colluges room door could not close properly. The boma, or so call restuarant, looks out on a parking lot, overgrown grass and old boat trialers. There is no restuarant, If you want food for the evening, you must tell them in advance, and the will make you something that they have available. Breakfeast go good cofee, but not even brown bread. White.. take it or leave it. The "restuarant" dont serve alcohol and is not functional during the day.
The suite that i booked, is just a room with an double bed. Looking out on the lodge landrover and non used boat. No view of the river what so ever. There is a few rooms that has a view of the river, apparently those are the family suites..
Overall, extremly disappointing, and for much much less money, could have gotten a better place in Kasane.
End off verdict. Stay away and dont overpay for something very average. And 2 star/s star at absolute most.

The breakfast was nice, fresh and tasty. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for my coffee at breakfast though and I would have much preferred having a full English breakfast as standard as opposed to the continental breakfast.

Very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Comfy bed, really well stocked kitchen and good shower. The staff are super friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. We also did one dinner and portions were very generous!
The pool area could be slightly better kept.

The location of the family villas direct to the Chobe River was very nice, the apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms quite big and the staff very friendly and helpful. They even baked a birthday cake for our son on his birthday! We enjoyed our stay in the villas very much.

Rooms are what they say and show on pictures.
Good kitchen if you want to make food yourself
Close to Shoprite and restaurant (200m)
Good breakfast and allergy friendly if needed.
We were only two, but agreed that this would
be a great place to stay in Kasane if full family.
Ifyou are happy with staying in the compound or
with the supermarket/restaurant just outside
the frontgate this is a great place
They did’nt have mosquito netting up at our room, at
the time we were there it was not needed, but don’t
know how it is during Rain-season.
If you’re going to have a look around Kasane it feels
a bit «off» and i would recommend a car.

The location is brilliant. Staff was friendly. Clean.
A small problem is the door between kitchen and patio. Rest all great.

The location is far from town.

The apartments are very modern and we were spoiled by this stay! The second bedroom and bathroom is very similar in size to the main bedroom and also has a view of the Chobe river.
Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and we enjoyed the view from the balcony.
Breakfast was great!

Lovely Villas with everything you should need for self catering or, property can provide lunch and dinner as B'fast is included. Supermarket, Nando's, Fuel Station(with ATM), a short walk/drive from the Villas. Free shuttle service from and to Kasane Airport if required. Outstanding service from the General Manager Lloyd. Friendly staff. Property is well maintained. I would encourage anyone thinking of doing game drives in Chobe or boat rides on the Chobe River, to use Sandpiper Villas in house services. Great value and our guide Joe was one of the very best the business and we have done hundreds of game drives in multiple countries. We highly recommend Sandpiper Villas!
Wi-Fi is on the slow side, at least in our Villa, Villa 1.
