This beautiful newly built property has been designed with family get together's in mind, with fantastic panoramic views from the Bluff round to Granite Island and beyond. There is a large decked area upstairs complete with BBQ and seating which flows on from the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining with reverse cycle air conditioning, which are all perfect for entertaining.
The Space:
The modern kitchen contains all the appliances you will require, with a large oven and cook top, perfect for feeding all the family. The coffee machine is a Nespresso Pod machine and takes Nespresso compatible pods.
The master bedroom is also upstairs, which contains a King bed and has an ensuite with open shower and bath. There is also an additional toilet upstairs and vanity.
Downstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, featuring 1 x King bed, 1 x Queen bed, 2x Bunks & 2 x Singles, with additional bathroom, all set off another large family room complete with TV and DVD. There is a large level paved area under the decking at the front of the property, and another at the rear of the property, so perfect for putting the boat out of the way if required.
