It’s a nice enough house. Nice deck and some nice views. Great grassy backyard and nice comfortable couches.
The internet didn’t work. I called and was told that the weather is affecting it. It was 28 and sunny, I asked the neighbours and their internet was fine. I was ignored by unwind. The linen situation was shocking. To be told be byo linen and then strictly no BYO linen all in one long welcome email. I copped it and called the linen company, they obviously charged for linen. This wasn’t clear until I’d paid for the booking. The linen was dumped on the doorstep. Had to make our own beds. This was the most stressful stay I’ve ever experienced. Nothing straightforward and poor communication.

The house was clean, well equipped with a nice garden. Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and would recommend the property to others.
Both doors to the bathrooms were off their tracks and so they remained open the whole time. Bit awkward when using the shower. We were unable to lock the door that leads out onto the upstairs decking. The garden screen door was also difficult to close.
The internet was off for the full time of our stay, so we were unable to use the internet or watch the TV. Despite these small maintenance issues we still enjoyed our stay.
It would be a good idea to leave a note of the days the bins are usually emptied. We put them out as the neighbours had put theirs out as they were quite full.

A great location near the Bluff and about the same height as.
Superb views from the upstairs outdoor setting and there was plenty of bedding.
The property manager has clearly made an effort to improve the property in the last few years
The occasional thing that wasn't clean but that wasn't many things at all
