Really amazing quiet spot. Just a short drive from town. Beach a short walk away.
Myself and my family really enjoyed this home we will be back here next stay away.

It's nice and clean. Quiet location, walking distance to Eastern Beach. It was our second stay here in the last 6 months. It's a big place and comfortably accommodates 6 people.
Bathroom Door doesn't lock, needs repair/replacement. Front door lock is a bit loose - should also be replaced for security reasons. Other than that, it's all good.

Large House to accommodate a family or a group of friends. It was comfortable and neat. Short walk to Eastern Beach.
Shower Door. Latch requires fixing - nothing wrong with the door, just the door latch doesnt engage and I dont think it ever did.
Internet would be a good addition to the property, given it is.on the edge of town and reception was poor.

The location was great. Far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to be convenient.
There was an uninvited visitor- a Huntsman spider😩 which was not appreciated

no internet, outside wasn't tidy
no hair dryer, no tourist brochures so I left some
only supplies for a day or two
no cancellation options and I saw the same house on other websites for cheaper but we had just booked it

Clean, comfortable and good location with walking distance from the beach. Service was good and prompt as we had two service calls and the plumber arrived in 15 to 20 mins.
We enjoyed walking to the beach as the house was close to one of two bridges that provides access to beach via crossing the river. Very quite location which we preferred.
The property needs some TLC specifically with plumbing. I thing the owner needs to change/add the following to avoid service calls and bad reviews:

WC
deodarise or replace carpet to get rid of smell (typical with old carpets)
Keep tea/coffee, salt pepper, small milk etc so you don’t have to run to the shops if you arrive late with family. This will definitely add value to the property and pleasure to the stay

i liked it and i would recommend for family's holiday and it is also very comfortable
just need a small bin for the toilet.

Love the house and location. Very close and easy access to the centre. We had scored a good rate for the peak season. Highly recommend and will book again for our next visit.
Only One toilet which is a little bit inconvenient for 6 people

A very relaxing home which Id recommend to anyone.
The clothes line needs repair, the seating in the BBQ area could do with a upgrade. maybe a sheltered area above the BBQ ?
The Kitchen utensils and settings could de cluttered and reduced to the amount of people allowed in the house.
The toilet light switch requires replacing and the remote control backing is missing.
Very tight front gates for a trailer to back into.
The video collection and armchairs could do with a revamp.
And lastly maybe an upto date takeaway folder for visitors.
