About this house rental

Walk to everything! Our place is a flat 700m stroll to the iconic footbridge, shops and boats. Enjoy a daily stroll along the new boardwalk or cross the footbridge to sink your toes in the sand at Ninety Mile Beach.
Lakes has something for everyone, our place offers a space to relax and unwind while you explore all the town and region has to offer.
The Space
Built 80 years ago and recently renovated our place has a cottage and fresh feel from the inside. The back garden is fully fenced and is a great, safe space for pets or children.
Lounge: at the front or south of the house the lounge is perfect for sinking into the couch and indulging in your favourite shows.
Sitting Room: a second living area perfect for chatting, playing games or looking out through french doors to the garden.
Master Bedroom: an indulgently large master room and en suite. It features a beautiful recycled wood King Bed, Balinese style desk and fitted wardrobe.
Bunk Room: next to the Sitting Room at the north end is a Bunk Room with a sturdy treble bunk – queen on the bottom and king single on the top. This room also features French doors to the back garden.
Single Room: off the Lounge is a smaller room with a single ensemble bed. The room has French doors opening to the alfresco area.
Bathrooms: two bathrooms, one en suite and one general. Both are incredibly spacious.
Laundry: there is a laundry with washing machine and sink.
Outdoor space: the back is fully enclosed with a small alfresco sitting area outside the dining/kitchen. It is to the east and faces north so great for winter sun. There is direct access to parkland at the rear. Note that there is a boatshed which is not accessible, and which is awaiting some TLC.

Notes:
Beds are made and towels provided
For summer: there is a ceiling fan in the master suite, lounge and sitting room, and a floor fan in the bunk room. Mesh security doors allow the sea breeze to flow through the house whilst keeping any insects out.

We enjoyed staying at this house, it nestled in a quiet street, close to shops, the lakes and the bridge to the beach. We parked up our cars for most of our visit and walked everywhere. Which for us was a real novelty. Thank you for providing us with your home, it was a pleasant break from our normally busy lives.

Awesome home in a very quiet street, a short walk into the main shopping area. Well appointed kitchen with all coffee/tea supplied. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds/linen.

Clean beautiful home to holiday in, well worth it, beautiful peaceful location yet close enough to walk to places. A well set up design allows space from room to room to allow amble privacy and space. The host is eassily contactable, very accommodating and just a real pleasure to deal with. A problem free smooth weekend, i highly recommended staying here. Kind regards

The house was very comfortable and the perfect size for a family of four. Lots of natural light. The kitchen was well appointed. The games room was also a nice touch. Huge bathrooms. The heaters came in very handy during our stay. Wifi was also very stable. Things to add to the wish list - a dryer and a television with a better signal to view more channels. Thank you
