We did not have Wi-Fi the 1st night there nor a functioning 2nd toilet. Ten guests utilizing 1 toilet was difficult plus no Wi-Fi for 3 teenagers especially 1 taking summer online courses with deadlines. I tried contacting the property manager through Vrbo and got no answer. I was able to contact Vacasa customer service both utilizing SMS and a phone call. I was told to up the water pressure for the toilet which did not work because it was clogged. They put in a maintenance ticket in. I said the Wi-Fi password provided did not work and asked for the password. They resent me the same password and it still did not work then was advised to reset the modem. We searched the entire home and found no modem. I was told someone would call me regarding the issue. I was called the next day around 10:30 am. Turns out the password was wrong by 1 letter. The toilet was also unplugged by noon the next day. I was happy both inconveniences were corrected but not without stress on my part. Eventually my Vrbo message was responded to but not until everything had been fixed. Never was I offered anything for our inconveniences. A later check out other than 10 am would have been nice. Instead I was offered a later check out for an additional cost. I have stayed at a handful of Vrbo places but this was my 1st time at a Vacasa home. It was not the worst experience but for the price, I expected better.

Condo has a great location. Could easily walk to lift at the base of Angel Fire. Well-stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable.
There is three flights of stairs to get to the condo entrance. I would stay here again.

It's pretty good.....
It was cozy and very comfortable beds. The bed sizes were mid advertised though. The shower doors were very questionable as to if they would fall, but the water pressure was great. Dishwasher wouldn't finish load, but the kitchen has a lot of necessities. There is no crock pot as advertised. There are a few "wrickedy" drawers and one broken. For the price and location, I wasn't mad we stayed there. Next time I'll probably try somewhere different.

We didn’t have hot water for the entire stay in the down stairs shower .
Condo was outdated and doors and drawers were falling off . No hot water in downstairs shower . No ping pong table or pool table as advertised.

Great condo right next to the ski lifts
Lots of room for my family of 5. We loved having the wood burning fireplace and the approximity to the ski lifts were great. No need to pile in the car to get to and from skiing. Plus it was convenient enough to come back for lunch, especially since Covid had the mountain restaurants with outside seating. That is nice when weather is good but 2 of the 3 days skiing it was snowing.
Only downside was the wifi was spotty and wouldn't keep a connection to my laptop when trying to work. Other than that, with the value and location I will definitely book here again.

The perfect weekend
A wonderful, comfortable, and clean condo just steps from the lift. First time skiers were in the group - the home provided the perfect post ski comfort.

Great & amazing location!
The condo was in such a great location & we loved the “homey” feel of the house! Being on the 3rd floor definitely makes you get your exercise in for the day! Our only real issue with the home was the coffee pot, it was the worst I’ve ever used. The coffee was luke warm at best and coffee grounds in the entire pot of coffee everyday. Definitely need to upgrade the coffee pot. The beds are nice & comfy and the showers were very hot! It would have been nice to have a TV upstairs for the kids but overall this home was a nice get away for a great ski trip! We will definitely consider renting this specific condo again!

Nice for a big family
Two nice bathrooms, plenty of beds for lots of people to sleep on, full kitchen. Could have used a few more basics, like a disinfectant cleaner for kitchen, but overall nice.
