Amazing experience

Clean and large room, shower was clean and had hot water, did not feel like a hostel at all and was close to a room I would book in the uk. Staff are super friendly and kind. The owner was helpful in booking trips and showing us where to go. She was so nice and available to help all the time. Location is great for full moon party and their bar out in the front had amazing staff!

Can’t fault the location, right next beach and in the heart of the town. Perfect if you just need somewhere to crash after the full moon party. Just remember to bring some ear plugs in case you need to go to bed early rather than pass out!

The room was extremely basic, almost like a prison cell. Fully tiled floors, walls and a concrete bed! Perfect if you need to hose a room out ready for the next occupants. Get the impression the rooms get abused by unruly party goers so they try to make them bullet proof!

Very nice accommodation

A super nice accommodation. Comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, free water, free fresh fruit and super friendly staff. The location is also very good, because within 1 minute walk you are on a perfect beach with white sand.

In the evening it was a bit noisy due to the bars on the beach, but still it is possible to fall asleep. Small tip: Do not forget earplugs, if you do not have them, you can get them for free at the reception, just ask.

Front Beach, Amazing stay

Sopita is an amazing person! Super nice, friendly, always available, you feel like home! When I left she booked for me the Van that in the morning came to pick me up inside the hotel! She was awake waiting! combined with Ferry+Bus to Ao Nang, I was really sad to leave. That's were everything started! The hotel is nice, trp room to share with your friends or all for yourself quite clean with private bathroom! conditioner and shampoo, a towel are provided. I supposed to have "front beach view" room but I got the one on the other side. Honestly the front beach view it's the little street from where you can see on one side the beach. The other view was the wall of the other building, I didn't really mind, it was much more quiet, I slept like a baby and that's the time I spent in the room! Direct access to the absolutely amazing covered and open 24/7 terrace literally this time, on and front beach! little bar open during the evening for few hours.. I spent all my nights there, meeting and having fun with new good friends, talking until early mornings with just the sound of the waves! Don't miss the sunrise please! Have a walk from the direct access to the street/beach and enjoy the music, dance in one of the clubs downstairs, have discounted drinks at Moonrise, Coffee, tea, fresh water to refill your bottle available every day any time! AND BANANAS! OMG I thought there would be a bowl, but it was the part of the tree! ahahah GREAT, DELICIOUS ANY TIME! Take it anytime you want one Walking streets, you can find where to eat freash food and drinks and a lot of other fun in the area but not too crazy! You need a scooter to go around the island if you plan to visit it and stay more nights, there are a lot of other nice places and beaches to discover during the day! Renting a scooter is easy, close to the main pier! just be safe on the street! It' is also walking distance from another pier where to catch the ferry to Koh Samui.

It's not about that I didn't like but I didn't have space above! The shower is in between the toilet and sink so, when you take a shower you also clean the entire bathroom! No hair dryer in the room at least, but honestly with the weather .... I don't think you would need it! Room are small but good for two people max, I little wardrobe or closet would be nice to put some clothes but .. I mean was great anyway!

Perfect for Full Moon Party

The location is definitely tops. For the Full Moon party the balcony area provides a birds-eye of all the happenings alongside the beach. Although facilities and accommodation are basic, it served its purpose for pre-part prep, crash for the night and was pretty convenient for bathroom breaks too. The host was really great, gave us good advise and made our stay pleasant. Services like bucket discounts and free body paint was also an awesome bonus

The room ventilation is a bit restricting, with no windows to open. The air-conditioning however worked sufficiently

Rooms are tiny and have not many extras. At night the music can be loud, but if you there for party then is this the place to be.

The staff was so kind and so welcoming. The room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. It’s the perfect location if you want to be close to the beach and the nightlife action :)! If you want a quiet place, this isn’t the place for you. There is water and coffee for all guests. Thank you for everything ladies!

Friendly host

Very friendly host. She is humble and really helpful. She gave us a tour and explained everything when we checked in. Location is next to the beach. You can just walk to the terrace and chill. The price was really low compared to other accommodations.

The room was small. Loud area. However the noice was not so loud at night. We had no problem sleeping. It was not as bad as described in some other reviews.

super close to the beach, plus the lady who owns it was super helpful. she let us decide which room we wanted, one had a better view the other was away from loud music and super dark. was nice to get an option.

Clean place right on the full moon party beach

If you want to enjoy the full moon party, this is your place. Very clean room. White sheets. Comfortable big bed. Very good AC. Shower with very good pressure. Gratis water, cafe,tea and fruits. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Picture from the room on Booking.com is not quite the reality.

Good hotel if you want to party in Haad Rin but don’t go there if you want to rest/sleep

Nice staff, comfortable room Next to the beach but too close to noisy clubs/bars

Noise/Music and vibrations at night in the room + people speaking loud in the corridor, impossible to sleep before 2pm/3pm

I've stayed here before in 2019 so booked here again 2022. Staff are just the best like family!! They will look after you and give great discounts! Rooms are comfortable. They have a double and single bed in each room. They have a roof top bar and it's right on the beach and brilliant and cheap for the full moon party. Best place to stay in Haad rin. I will always come back here. Its near all the bars and restaurants and 7/11.

Why is Phangan Mantra Resort Koh Phagnan? Close to full moon party just come downstair only 2 mins. ✅ Easy to find some food. ✅ Good bar and music in the hotel. ✅ Lovely staff. ✅ One stop service, you can book boat and bus transfer to the airport. For more information don't be shy to ask the lovely staff. ✅ You can got new friends from around the world. ✅

Great stay during the full moon party

The location of the property is amazing when you want to go to the full moon party (it is pretty expensive during that time, but it was worth it). The staff is super helpful and so nice!!!! They will help you with anything. They also have a bar from where you can watch the madness and also relax during partying but not miss out on anything! This was a super plus!

It is very loud but well I mean the party is directly there (you cannot hear anything from neighboir rooms, so without the party it is probably also a quiet location)
