The Luna West building was great and clean. The condo was exactly as described and had all the amenities that we needed for the week. The views of the lake and the mountains were spectacular. I enjoyed the quietnesss and laidback vibe of Lake Las Vegas compared to the Vegas strip.

Would certainly stay here again. Responses to messages were great. Easy checkout…just had to dump trash which was easy chute next to elevators.
Would only recommend new mattress in main bedroom. Our friends said theirs was fine in the second room.
Loved sitting on balcony looking across lake.
It was perfect base for us to jump to Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire and of course into Vegas!

Nice condo.
Great pool.
Very relaxing off the strip Vegas stay.
Thanks!

We moved off the strip for Superbowl weekend (Belllagio for 3 midweek days), not knowing the teams were staying in Lake Las Vegas. Access over the bridge was denied, defeating the purpose of my selected property. Still great views, but the room set up was not as condusive for a family gathering as last years stay in the same building. Lastly, the master bed was uncomfortable as my wife and I woke up sore each morning. Mattress comfort is subjective and it is the only reason i would not return to this unit. Great pool and spa. Decent workout area.

The property was beautiful with beautiful views. We had one small issue that was taken care of immediately.
Everything about our stay was so nice. From check in to check out. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a perfect home, it was clean, spacious and in a great location. Restaurants and a market just steps away. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful. The only downfall was ease of finding the home and parking garage in the dark. I recommend using the address of the Seasons Market. You are asked to take the trash out when you check out, which isn’t an issue but we never did find the trash chute, needs to be labeled better.

We feel that we lucked out in finding this spot. Through extenuating circumstances, we had a long weekend to spend in Las Vegas with our 3-year-old, so we weren't sure what kind of accommodations we would find. This condo was great for us, having access to a great pool was a huge win. The building was clean and well-maintained, no noise issues (you can hear the live music in the evening but it wasn't disruptive). Having the little community of Lake Las Vegas to walk through in the mornings was also a great way to spend some time. And the location is a short drive to all major amenities.
Kid specific - this unit was great because it had a separate bathtub, one bedroom further away from the living room area, carpet in the main area for easy floor playtime, there were some kid books and puzzles in the unit. Kitchen had all the necessary tools included and we went to the grocery store on our first day to get all we needed.

Beautiful resort! Super quiet. Great place for family. Nice distance to shops and restaurants. Lake Las Vegas Vacations is a super company and very easy to deal with.

This location is just outside of Vegas and has beautiful views and accommodations. Got married at the Little White Chappel by Elvis and enjoyed our stay off the strip.

What a great rental property if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and peaceful place to stay while visiting Las Vegas. The neighborhood is picturesque with beautiful landscaping and very walkable. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of sitting areas. There are places to eat and a grocery store nearby if needed. We really appreciated and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

An oasis in the desert
Very nice. Needs even better AC in the desert as one bedroom was hotter than the other. View was nice. Great to have restaurants in walking distance and be off of the strip, yet was way way off of the strip. Vegas is very hot - I guess it's a desert.

Beautiful Lake Las Vegas
If you are looking for a Vegas escape that is off the strip, Lake Las Vegas is an excellent choice. The property we stayed in was clean and relaxing with a beautiful view of the lake and village across from the property. This is an excellent option if you are looking for an off strip location to wind down, but still within short drives of the entire valley. We had easy parking access, no crowds and would often stop back to our room to refresh before heading out to various locations all over the valley through out the day. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Spectacular views
The property was very clean, attractive and was just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. There were ample towels and ones for the pool as well. Management was easy to work with. The views were spectacular. It was a very serene atmosphere. Restaurants were a short walk over the bridge. The pool was nice and the laundry facilities were convenient.
The cons: As stated by previous reviews, there was no dresser to put your clothes in so we had to live out of our suitcases. Also, while the central air conditioner worked well in the living room and kitchen area, the bedroom was warmer than the rest of the condo. We managed, but I am sure it would be intolerable in the summer months. The furniture was very stylish, but uncomfortable. I am a petite person and was afraid to sit on the lucite chairs in the living room as they did not seem sturdy. The tables provided on the balcony were very flimsy. They blew over a few times when it was windy. Putting a drink or plates on them were risky. Overall, the condo met our expectations and we would stay here again.

Nice Condo / Clean / Quiet
The condo was quiet and clean and as described on VRBO . Check in was easy and the texts had all the information needed to get into the condo. One thing is the sink in the bathroom needs the drain cleaned out as it was not draining during our stay.

Beautiful view and nice condo
Clean, spacious condo in a great location. Great people at Windermere who manage this condo. Could use a small dresser or shelving unit to put clothes in in the bedroom. Would rent again.

Clean and Roomy
We were in Las Vegas when the nation went crazy with the corona virus. The space was nice to have so everyone could spread out. My only suggestion is to swap out the bed in the master bedroom with a king.

Montelago Village Best Stay in Vegas
Although it's 17 miles from the strip, Montelago Village is well worth the drive. The accommodations are great and you get much more for much less than staying on the strip. This time we stayed in the Luna Di Lusso section of the Montelago Village condominiums. We normally stay in the Viera section. The unit 420 was very nice with full kitchen facilities so we could cook all of our meals without going out to eat. It is a one bedroom with a separate living area and dining area. The floors are all vinyl wood. The unit is on the top floor 4. There are 5 floors in Luna, however, there is no unit above 420. So the view of the area is nice and it is very quiet. That's a big deal to me. Although the village is upscale and beautiful, it has been declining since its inception in 2002. Most of the businesses and restaurants are closed and the casino has been closed for a few years now. The hotel has changed hands from the original Ritz Carlton, to Ravella to the now Hilton. Despite the decline, it looks like the area is thriving as a housing community. The condominiums are individually owned so they are maintained by the owners. Most are very nice and way better that a hotel unit. You will have to rent a car to stay here though as it is about a half hour drive to the strip. There is a grocery store in the village, however, there is an Albertsons grocery store just down Lake Mead road. The management staff was very helpful, especially since we required late arrival. I also had a couple of other questions which they expeditiously attended to. A nearby attraction which we like to visit is a little known place called the Clark County Wetlands Park. It is about 15 minutes from the village down Galleria Drive. It is a wetlands created from the Las Vegas wash, which is run off water, of which Lake Las Vegas was created from. It is great for a walk and viewing wildlife in the area. The lake and wash are not suitable for swimming. Water activities such as boating or fishing are available at the village however you cannot keep or eat the fish from the lake. Just a couple of comments about the unit. It could use a dresser in the bedroom to allow for unpacking a suitcase and putting clothes in some drawers. Also the Dish TV didn't seem to work well. There were 2 very nice TV's in the unit however most of the TV from Dish was just XM Radio. That wasn't a really big concern for us but something the management may want to look into.

The location was amazing, everything was literally a short stroll from your doorstep or a nice drive down the road, scenary was unmatched, just had a few issues with some of the aesthetics the hanging rack on the bathroom door had a missing ornament that was discretely put on a decorative shelf which I took pictures and sent in to show an already existing defect as well as some chipping at the trim around the island sink area, also we only had access to one bedroom when two were advertised on your website and the bed linen was not freshly changed my guest complained that her allergies flaired up when she laid on the pillows so she slept at the foot of the bed didn't even sleep under the covers, but they didn't ruin the trip we just adjusted and looked at the venue so yes I'd definitely recommend your products to others.

Only thing we would have liked was a bigger bed, it was a double. The appliances are new, the place was recently renovated. Super clean and had a well stocked kitchen of pans, plates etc! We will for sure book next year if it’s available! Raymond was professional and great to work with at check in time!
