We loved our stay here. The view was beautiful and we loved being just a short walk away from the village. There were great restaurants, a little shopping and we enjoyed kayaking on the lake one afternoon too. The pool and gym were also nice. Our only complaint about the pool would be it was a little dirty. It was very windy while we were there, so we think it was due to leaves, grass, etc.. blowing around a lot, but there was a lot of it floating in the pool. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location for hanging out after our day’s adventures. The staff in all of the Village restaurants were friendly and the food was excellent. Will definitely plan on returning.

Exactly as described!!! Great location with amazing views. Largest balcony I have ever seen in my life. Pool and spa was great and for the most part we had them to ourselves. Village a short walk away with nice restaurants and convenient small grocery store. Close to everything you might need such as grocery stores, malls and shop. Will definitely come again. Wish we had stayed longer. Nice, quiet and peaceful which is what we were looking for. 30 minutes to airport. Excellent!!!!!

This property was just as described and the check-in/out process was very simple. It was quiet and peaceful (a nice getaway from the 24/hr Vegas lights and life.) The property sits in a beautiful location and really enjoyed having walking access to some great dining options and a "mini" grocery store. This is kind of a hidden gem - really enjoyed the stay!!

Wonderful condo and location! Only very minor negatives... Keurig cups not stocked, only 1/2 paper towel roll w/ no extra roll, no Kleenex, blinds dusty. Otherwise, we really enjoyed being there. Loved the Autumn decorations 😊

We recently went to Lake Las Vegas and stayed in this property. It was clean, beautiful, very well stocked in the kitchen, and had a great location! We would definitely stay here again. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the mornings and sunsets. Communication was great, and very detailed.

We felt like we were back in Florence with the view of the Pointe Vecchio. Beautiful views from the master bedroom, too. Nice clean and spacious space for our group of two couples. We could even walk across the bridge to dinner.

Everything about our stay on Lake Las Vegas was wonderful. Raymond the property manager was incredibly helpful when chatting about the property and near by amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we could need for our 5 day stay. We will come back and visit again when we can.

This is one of the better VRBO properties that I have stayed at. It really checked "all the boxes". Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, great location, quality hot tub, pool and work out area. Management team communication was excellent. As a bonus, the sky at sunrise was so magnificent, I had to set the alarm each morning to see it. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. A keeper for this guy.

As a former Las Vegas resident, I chose this property based on location. The condo is on the gorgeous Lake Las Vegas property. I wanted a place I felt safe with my 7 year olds and parents. The unit was clean and spacious. We stayed with 6 people and did use the couch bed. I slept comfortably with my two seven year olds as they wouldn’t sleep alone. I was surprised to find salt/pepper/cooking oil which made it that much easier to cook. The kitchen had every cooking utensil/supply you could need. Laundry was also just a few floors down. We also utilized the Lake Las Vegas grocery store just a quick 10 minute walk over the bridge. Only downside, I wish we could have enjoyed it during the summer months and taken advantage of the local water park just 15 minutes away or the water activities onsite. Lake Mead and Hoover Dam are nearby as well. The property is a good 25-30 minutes from the strip. We rented a car so that wasn’t an issue. Again, you are getting a great unit in a safe and quiet location.

Perfect spot for taking a break from work. Beautiful location and the balcony was our happy place for relaxing. The location is ideal if your main interest in visiting is not spending time on the strip (but it is super easy to get there if you want to). The unit was perfect for us, nicely supplied and well cared for. The owners are great and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!!!

Property itself was very nice and well kept. Couple small items. The front door was broken and often had to work hard to close it, and didn't always lock even when tugged on. Secondly, we had booked the property based on information that there was an inflatable water "park". This was written in the notes, and was in the pictures--so this was a major disappointment for our kids. It actually was the differentiating factor on why we picked this property over others, so this was a big disappointment. Like I said, place was nice. Location is quite a ways from a lot of things--more than we realized.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was just as it was listed. Condo was clean and well stocked with things we needed. The balcony was a favorite spot to eat our meals. Easy check in and no issues during our stay. Our teenager said the sofa bed in the living room was the best one he has ever slept on! If we are back in the Vegas area again we will definitely check for availability.
