The location was easy to find, ground floor access and was in a nice neighborhood, with an excellent fish and chip shop around the corner!

It's a nice 3 story townhouse a 5 minute drive from Belfast city centre. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Matt is really responsive and check in was very smooth. I thought it was good value too.
We had no problems but be aware that it's a loyalist area and there are Union Jacks everywhere. I never felt afraid but I was definitely a bit uncomfortable walking around. It's also on the corner of a busy road so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Comfortable clean, lounge, kitchen, facilities Amenities locally, buses. Secure.

The kitchen had what we needed to cook. Plenty of street parking right in front of the place. Easy check in and check out process. Washing machine in unit worked well. Lots of beds, good for large groups. Quiet.
We were asked for a security deposit outside of booking.com, which was an annoying hassle--though it was returned promptly. The place is narrow and tall so there are a lot of stairs. Bathtub faucet does not supply hot water. Shower was fine, though the knobs are backward so you had to turn it to cold to get hot water, which was confusing at first. A little ways outside the city center.

The property was clean and well appointed throughout. Easy to access and close to public transport. The owner came back to me really quickly when I asked a question, let us check in early and stayed in communication with me through our stay.
The only thing lacking was comfortable seating for 6. Travelled with my 3 grown up kids and 2 partners. The lounge only has 2 settees for 2 people. Not a massive issue but meant I had to hear moaning on an evening from 2 people sitting on the floor or on dining chairs!

Great location to tour the city. Quite at night. Owner super responsive
Would have liked a small clothes line out the back.

The oven was quite dirty and the trays hadn’t been cleaned.

location
The house was super basic with the smallest TV ever, place needs a revamp

really good location, easy to get public transport or cheap for taxis to the centre, or either airport. Matt was super responsive too
it was quite cold, but that’s maybe cause we couldn’t quite suss the heating out!

Great spot for getting into the city, cosy and comfortable, suited my friend group perfectly and would be just as good for a family.
One bathroom was a bit chaotic with 3 women getting ready for a night out 🤣

The space was big very clean and well lit. It was very close to a lot of shops and food places. The rooms were all spacious and tidy and I just loved the whole feel of the place. Plus the owner was very communicative and was very quick in replying to questions.
There was only one bathroom between the 4 of us but it was actually grand to be fair.

Location close to the town. We used taxis to travel which cost between £6 and £8 to get to the town which we thought was reasonable. The house was clean and we slept well in very comfortable beds.
There is nothing not to like about the house. It is quite a basic but functional property. In saying that it suited our needs for the 3 day stay.

Great place, close to the city and everything that you needed was on hand.

The property met our needs for an extended weekend visit to Belfast. Its location allowed easy access to the main attractions and the city centre and, in this instance to the Ferry Port.
While the actual street was quiet, the area had a very prominent display of sectarian flags and emblems which was a little disconcerting to visitors from England.

Very comfortable beds with great bed linen.
Two pet hate of mine but may not bother others. Dirty toilet brush and hair in plug holes. Otherwise very clean.

Beautiful house, so roomy and home comforts, excellent Host, fabulous communication, thanks Matt. Have visited Belfast with work in the past and was so lovely to come back at leisure, saw so much, walked miles. Such a beautiful city with so much history, and the amazing Titanic Experience was truly captivating. Public transport so easy to use, friendly helpful drivers all the way. We will definitely be returning in the future.
That we didn't book a longer stay, so much to see and do.

Use of a house for over a weekend, at a lot less than the cost of hotel.
There were lot of the little things at the house like Sugar Coffee, cereal. Not sure if these were left overs from previous tenants or if the landlord/lady has done this but it was a nice touch, it meant we didnt have to rsh out on the night we arrived and do a load of shopping. Saved us lots of time and effort shopping. We did of course g and buy some other things the morning after and whatever was left over we have now left for the next tenants, etc
Nothing, for the price it was very good.

The accommodation was further out than expected and on return the property was dark ,could do with a security light
The condition of the property
Arrived to a plastic container full of cans and bottles which could have been placed somewhere not so obvious until pick up day
House was cold and drafty Area wasn't very well known when using taxis and very little lighting

Exactly as described. The four bedrooms were spacious. The house felt very cosy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, hob and double oven. We felt at home. The instructions regarding key locker and heating etc. were clear. WiFi was excellent.

clean minimalistic
unfortunately the living room looked good but was not comfortable. The sofas were not comfortable at all. This for us meant we didn’t feel relaxed enough to want a comfortable family night in watching the TV🥲🤨🥴

Well equiped house, ideal for a group travelling together. Privacy but also common space. Excellent wifi. Great communication with the owner, definitely recommend.
Two minor points related to comfort: the neighbours can sometimes be noisy (but with earplugs it worked just fine), and the kitchen didn't have a lot of equipment to cook for a group of 4 people (for instance a big cooking pot).

Absolutely fantastic location and handy for a Centra shop, Yorkgate railway station and Metro buses into town. Communication with the host was quick and simple, the house is huge and perfect for families or groups. Will definitely rebook when next in Belfast.
