A clean out fee that is charged by Castle Resorts, our onsite property manager, is pre-collected by vrbo at time of booking.
This ground floor unit offers easy access from parking as well as out the lanai to the beautiful spacious grounds. The unit is in building 18 #113 which is centrally located on the spectacular Kiahuna Plantation Resort with convenience to the beach, pool, athletic club, shopping and restaurants. The ceiling fans along with large patio doors and louvred windows draws the cooling trade winds nicely through the condo. Additionally, A/C was installed to help with those days/nights of extra warm temperatures. This one bedroom unit has a California King bed, sofa queen sleeper in the living room and porta-crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as dining both inside or out on the private lanai. Just a 2 minute walk through lusciously landscaped grounds brings you to the very popular Poipu Beach! Enjoy great snorkeling along the coral reefs, boogey board the waves and relax to the spectacular sunsets. This unit includes boogie boards, beach umbrella's and beach chairs, cooler and various beach toys. Everything you need to have fun in the sun!

Our stay here was amazing! The experience we had was great from beginning to end. Our host was wonderful and very helpful with all questions we had and concerns answered promply. The condo was perfect for all of our needs and very inviting. We will definitely book again in the near future ❤️

We love the plantation vibe here. This unit is so nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. The owner is also easy to communicate with. However, I have a couple of suggestions: inquire about how much the cleaning fee is that you will pay upon check-in. Also, plan on being awoken between 3 and 4 AM by the incredibly loud roosters outside the unit. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept very well, but the roosters were so loud that I would suggest that you bring earplugs if that kind of thing bothers you. We were up very early every morning.

Great condo and property. Great response time with the property owner. The 3 stars for the check in process was due to some miss communication on the large “check out” cleaning fee that is due at arrival. But the owner was responsive and handled it well. Would recommend this location and we would stay there again!

Dianne was so easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location with kids, since the building is close to parking and the pool. Little fish is directly across the street which was also really convenient in the mornings. The beach was close walking distance, and the kids LOVED having the grass area just outside the patio. It was a perfect location for our family. The main bed was really comfortable!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Kauai. Dianne was very helpful and responsive with the booking and assisting us when we experienced an unexpected flight delay. The condo is nicely laid out and the first floor lanai is a plus. Easy walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, etc. are provided. We will definitely be staying again on the future.

This is a beautiful ground floor condo in a gorgeous, relatively small, quiet resort with wonderful staff. The grounds are lovely and the beach is great for families. The surf is small and fun for beginner surfers and snorkeling. Having the beach club was a great surprise. The beach towels, chairs, etc were a nice treat. The athletic club also exceeded our expectations. We played pickleball, table tennis and used the pool and gym. The pool is beautiful with a sandy beach access and a small waterslide. The condo itself is clean and modern with comfortable furnishings and everything we needed to make our own food. The grills are 50 ft off the lanai and every morning they're made to be the most impeccably clean grills I've ever seen. The beds and linens are quality and comfortable. Another great part of our stay was working with Dianne. She is a top notch host! She is responsive, professional, gracious and generous. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Diane's condo. It was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The AC kept the condo very cool. The lanai was relaxing and the location was perfect. The only con was that it's a downstairs unit, so having a family with young children above us was annoying at times, especially the early morning wake-ups. This is just part of having upstairs neighbors. I definitely would stay here again!

Gorgeous property in a very convenient location. The host was fantastic, providing lots of useful information ahead of our stay. It was a very comfortable retreat that was easy from booking through checkout. Only issue was our upstairs neighbors were heavy walkers and we could hear them through the floor/ceiling at all hours if the day and night

We had originally wanted a unit next to the beach (this is our 3rd stay at Kiahuna Plantation - which we LOVE and keep coming back to) but no availability. So we decided on this unit with a garden view. SO glad we did! Turns out we didn't miss being right on the ocean after all because there were so many other great things about this unit! It's only a 2 minute walk through beautiful gardens to the ocean. The building is at the top of the property right next to the road, but don't let that deter you. We rarely had road noise since Kauai shuts down at about 8:00pm! The building is right next to the pathway to walk across the street for the complimentary fitness center and pool. Hubby loved that! AIR CONDITIONING! Yes, tropical breezes are wonderful, but when the humidity is high, having A/C sure makes it easier to sleep. Speaking of sleep - having a comfortable bed is always important to us, and such a risk with a VRBO but this one was great! Furniture is good and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked and beach supplies are in a closet right outside the door (although we didn't use any - I took a peek in there and it seemed like there was quite a bit to choose from!) All in all this was a solid rental and you won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, well-furnished, and beautiful. The owners also have some very nice accessories that made our stay even better: beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, boogie boards. The A/C was also a plus! It's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but you can also drive further into the complex and park closer to the beach. We also liked that there's a convenient way in this complex to park and walk to Poipu Beach (since parking can be crowded there). I reached out to the owner several times with questions, and they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. The complex has on-site laundry (for a small fee), but not in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Ms. Dianne was a pleasure to work with as the owner. The home was very clean, need was super comfy and good location to many things to do. The check in process was tricky as only one family can be checked in at one time. I didn't do much but shower and sleep but very thankful for the AC, cooler and freezer blocks. Another great 2 week stay. Hands down the best side of the island. Love the condo, this was our 2nd stay in it! Condo is very close the many good restraunts and shopping. The gardeners keep the amazing property in beautiful shape. Morning and evening walks on the property as well as the beach are a must. Also, seeing turtles and seals almost daily sleeping on the beach was an added bonus!
