The apartment has a great location, just 5 min walking by the central station. it has everything what you need for your staying, clean and spacious. The host, Andrea, it’s really helpfull and so kind.

Well set up property in a good location

Larger than we expected. Good location. Comfortable and clean. Good kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Situated in a nice block of apartments less than 10 minutes walk from the main station, easily accessible ground floor apartment with just a few steps to climb. Good security and very quiet. There was a washing machine and dishwasher and all the basic necessities for a traveller. Andrea even provided laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets which very few private accommodation places do. We usually have to go shopping for these items. Andrea also checked in with us to ensure everything was OK. There was an issue with the cleaners on arrival which Andrea resolved very professionally so it started as a problem but all was fixed and we were happy.

This is not a complaint but some genuine feedback. Everywhere we go throughout Europe we have to use different washing machines and there never seems to be any instructions in English so we have to download manuals and take quite a bit of time figuring it out. Some simple instructions in English (and perhaps other major languages) for a quick standard wash cycle would help a lot. The toilet wasn't flushing properly but Andrea showed us the work around for this and again throughout Italy and Europe generally bathrooms and plumbing can be a challenge so not specifically for this property.

Located inside a beautiful closed compound near Milan Central station the apartment provides both calmness and connectivity. Perfect for families with pets. Clean and comfy. The host is most helpful.

Highly recommended!!!

The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walking from the Central station. The apartment was clean, large and comfortable, in a secure neighbourhood. Andrea is a super host, very responsive. Highly recommended!!!

A place I would stay if I visit Milano again.

It looks more like an condo with kitchen and is very spacious. The facilities are very clean and there is a washer onsite. AC and WIFI works very well. The hotel is pretty close to the Milano Centrale train station but is very quite and safe. It is close to the restaurants and there is a Carrefour Express convenience store just across the street which is a big bonus to us. Andrew is a very nice young man who made the check in and check out process very easy and smooth. He also kindly provided us quite a few useful information and communicate with us very efficiently.

We wish the folding sofa bed could be more comfortable.

We really had a wonderful stay and perfect time spent in Milano.

It was all perfectly fine. The location, the accomodation were so nice and easy to live 😀 and the Host is really so helpful and friendly.

Nice spot for a couple of days

Good location for Centrale rail station and the orange tram. Spacious even when the sofa bed was out. A supermarket is only one minute away.

we liked the place but the owner asked us to pay taxses but in our reservation it was written that all taxses are included. i asked him to credit us for the taxses so we will not pay twice. till now i did not get my money back

Location near to main station. Super nice and helpful host who helped us find dinner. Comfortable and private stay

It was a bit cold in the apartment even though heating was present. I guess it's an old building so can be expected during wintery days.

Perfect stay

Everything was above our expectations. Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, even some spices for cooking were provided. Good location to reach the downtown and train station, food store nearby. Very kind host.

The only thing to have in mind that there are no cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
