Appartamento molto confortevole, ma secondo piano senza ascensore

Ottima posizione, molto ben arredato e dotato di attrezzatura.

Non funzionava ascensore ed ero al secondo piano, coi bagagli... L'impianto elettrico si è spento. Sono arrivati in fretta a risolvere, ma sono cose che non devono succedere Sciacquone a cassetta con pulsante incastrato e l'acqua continuava a scorrere. Sono venuti per sistemarlo, ma non hanno risolto

Расположение очень удобное, рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом Чентрале, метро …квартира уютная , чистая, а какой матрас 🔥есть все необходимое, кофемашина, утюг, фен, микроволновая печь итд

Очень холодный пол, можно положить одноразовые тапочки за эту стоимость и элементарно поставить 2 бутылки воды и чайные пакетики с кофе… нчего нет

Замечательно

Быстрая передача ключей в офисе на вокзале и объяснение инструкции по заселению . Аппартаменты находятся в 20 минут ходьбы о вокзала и 6 минутах от метро loretto . Дом безопасный и чистый . В апартаментах имеется все необходимое для проживания . Клининг сервис хорошо делает уборку , белье и полотенца чистые . Мне все понравилось , вернусь .

Шумит вытяжка в ванной комнате . В остальном все отлично

- distante dalla stazione - freddo, senza riscaldamento - abbiamo portato i cani e ci è stato detto dopo aver pagato 50 euro che non potevano abbaiare (avranno abbaiato mezza volta) - molti viaggiatori hanno trovato il problema delle chiavi,bisogna recarsi fino alla stazione centrale per il ritiro e non è scritto. - il semiterrato ha la vista sui bidoni della spazzatura dove tutti guardano dentro la camera da letto e l’appartamento in generale .

Best place to stay near Milano Centrale Station

The apartment was perfect, quite and the air conditioning worked very well.

A soap dish in the shower is needed, so that there is somewhere to put the soap and the shampoo bottle.

Safe neighborhood, gated property and nearby many cheap eateries

- Very safe and quiet location - When you encountered a problem related to key locks to enter the property, the hosts are very responsive when you contact them via Booking.com chats - There are many eateries nearby - There's a cheap pizza parlour named Pizza D'asporto Da Rimon nearby (5 to 6 euro per big box of pizza) - If you are without heavy luggages, this property is actually quite walkable from the main station of Milano Centrale. (But it could be a bit creepy at night but all is well if you have company)

- It's easy to collect the keys from the office, but unlocking the gate to the property is quite tricky. The host might need to provide proper manual (preferably with clear pictures) on how to unlock the gate and provide information on which keycodes is for which lock. - Property is quite far from the public transport if you're with heavy luggages (around 15 minutes by walking) and there are a lot of stairs to reach metro platform. I would suggest you take taxis from the main station if you're traveling with families and heavy luggages (Around 7euro per ride since it's quite near) - If you need a taxi to pick you up in the very early morning, you will have to call/book them yourselves as the property host would not be able to help you with that.

Convenient and modern ! Great responding hosts, but need to cope with it not being too clean.

good spaces, comfortable bed, great terrace!

really dirty: we asked for the terrace to be cleaned after our arrival … but the bathroom was also not neat (we had to clean it ourselves) and overall a pity!

Modern Stay!

Furniture and appliances look clean and new. Few steps to supermarket and tram, 5 min to metro station. Quiet neighborhood.

Key collection from the main office at central station was an issue; I’d rather receive the keys at the apartment.

relative value for money although left a lot to be desired

it was a modern apartment, with comfortable beds

the shower was cold and when I reported it to staff, I was told to simply wait for hot water, although there was no hot water over three whole days. under the bed was filthy. no plugs in the kitchen area ??? thermostat not working so the apartment was far too warm.

Great place for the great value!

Clean, spacious, sunny and comfy. There is an ironing board (though couldn’t find the iron itself), clothes-dryer, vacuum-cleaner. And 5(!) garbage boxes for recycling. Ten-ish min on foot from Milano Centrale, the supermarket - around the corner.

The staff was very unfriendly and it is very hard to find their office to get the keys first then u have to drive to the apartment. It was very unnecessary difficult and should be changed.

nice and well equipped kitchen.

Dirty floors, damaged things, including collapsed mattresses in both beds, dirty bathroom, 1.5 rolls of paper for 4 people, dirty terrace with chairs, full of dust.. :( and a dirty kettle inside 🤮 too expensive for such poor conditions

Comfortable renowated apartment in close proximity to the communication lines.

Pretty complicated initial process to get the key and get to the apartment. Management office in central station 15 minutes away from property location.

It completely ruined my stay in Milan, could not wait to leave.

It was filthy and rundown... the bathroom was disgusting and had to fight to get housekeeping to come. I paid extra for a terrace unit but could not use it, not only dirty but full of bugs. Slept fully clothed and left with big bites on my face and hands. Disgusting, like a run-down frat house.

The studio flat was nice enough, very good location, very well connected. The "user experience" to access it was a bit meh - we were given codes to access the two entrance gate, but the instructions weren't clear. The flat was OK clean but only a 6 - some mould around the windows frames and dust that shouldn't have been there... There was an issue with one of the electric appliances but the staff fixed it relatively promptly. So overall we had an OK stay but we wouldn't be back

Stay away, this is not a pleasant stay! no hospitality & no customer services.

decent size apartment.

poor drainage on shower tub, vanity sink & kitchen sinks, door lock is difficult operate, drawers are not functional, shower doors are dirty & leaking, all the grout surrounding the shower room inside are inflected with mold, sofa is filthy, no body gel or shampoo holder inside the shower, the floor is not clean, hair dryer didn’t work, no screen protector for window, towels smelt detergent, overall, the experience was not good & satisfactory. The check-in is not located inside the same facilities, instead, you will need to check-in inside a central train station, away from the apartment building which is another troublesome step, not happy with the location, check in procedures & facilities, not recommended to any travelers at all, especially foreign travelers. The staff who helped me to check in did not have patience to help out, just try to send away you without any desire for customer service. it’s difficult to contact any staff ahead of time, long waiting time when you try yo contact the management.

They never answer the phone if you have and emergency, or they answer the email really late

The location

The place was well located and was pretty but you never answer the phone for service after check in if any issue arises and emails are replied to too late and with half answers. Even though the apartment was modern, the place was dirty. The floors where not boomed and the balcony was really dirty too. There was a dirty load of dishes in the dishwasher. Unacceptable. I have the picture. The AC was not working properly. It was extremely hot regardless of the setting the AC was on. We could not sleep comfortably at all. I hated the place because it was too hot. The AC needs to work. It was simply too hot to be there. Please maintain the units better. If you fix the AC and improve the cleaning, it would be a Perfect place.

Terrible service and dirty shower room. building work made it impossible to stay

Mould in shower room building work next door started at 07.30 so loud we could not stay WiFi code did not work despite many attempts to enter password directions where to pick up keys hopeless. took an hour to find them despite sending message after message and phoning no reply or help given. still not had an apology or offer of any compensation
