對於不會日文的人非常友善因為沒有櫃檯所以無需與人溝通，只要事前先把資料填寫完成後就能無痛入住，不過行李可能會因一些因素無法寄托，這點要事先詢問

房間舒適、樓下就有甜點店，空間很大，不會日文也沒問題

附近都是住宅區，離JR有點小距離，冬天出門要做好心理準備

Overall, we love the apartment and will not hesitate to stay here again for our next Tokyo trip.

Comfortable for our family of 5. Apartment has microwave oven, fridge and washing machine which is a must for us.

We have 5 luggages so to open all at once can be a challenge.

여럿이 여행하시는데는 최고

침실과 거실및부엌이 분리되어있어 밤에 한잔술더 즐길 사람과 쉬고싶은사람이 서로 불편하지않게 생활할수 있었다. 번화가로 나가려면 조금 걸어야 하지만 10분정도로 절대 불편하지 않았고 오히려 살짝 벗어난 곳이라 아주 조용하고 편안한 곳이었다. 5명이 머물었지만 모자르지 않는 침대와. 수건. 어메니티. 도움이 되었고 숙박을 하게되면 쿠폰으로 100엔 커피를 마실수 있는데 아침에 나서면서 마시기 기분좋은 커피였다. 추천합니다.

Una casa intera prenotata poco tempo prima a basso costo ma perfetta, spaziosa e davvero molto gradevole

Very convenient and comfortable apartment we would use again.

Very convenient location yet still quiet and private. As a family we quite liked the big room for sleeping and the beds were very comfortable. Very neat and clean!

Need extension wire.

Instruction for check-in was easy and understandable. House very compact. Quite a walk from Ueno.

No iron & iron board. No nearest switch for rice cooker & kettle to the table. Can be quite dangerous with young children. Room kindda dim despite all the lights are switched on.

Très agréable séjour en famille

Très agréable appartement avec une chambre séparée, parfait en famille. Bien équipé, (il manquerait un fer à repasser) avec une machine à laver sur le petit balcon et la possibilité de sécher dans la salle de bain. Nous avons apprécié la literie pas trop dure, très confortable. Emplacement au calme pas loin du métro, mais plus éloigné à pied de Ueno si vous cherchez un peu plus d'animation. Pratique également, deux Yamato pas loin pour l'envoi ou la reception des bagages.

很適合跟好友家人一起住, 跟住旅館是不同的體驗

空間很大, CP值非常高, 離兩個地鐵站都不遠, 附近還有超市, 考慮放行李的空間4-6人住差不多, 餐廚具除了沒有廚房餐巾紙跟削皮刀之外, 其他東西可以說是一應俱全, 瓦斯爐, 烤箱, 微波爐都有, 很適合開伙做些簡單的料理, 密碼鎖不用鑰匙.

入住為全自助辦理, 若期間臨時有問題或需求要找房東無法馬上找到人對應(寄信會回應).

Spacious for a group of 6 guys

Having 2 toilettes for a group of 6 is the best! And the dinning table can sit 8 people comfortably. 4 Bunk beds and 2 double bed can sleep 6 without sharing beds.

Elevator is quite small. we did groups of 3

お値段から言うと満足でした！

ファミリー大人2人小学生3人で泊まらせていただきました。 ◯広い部屋にベッドがあり、清潔なシーツでした。 ◯近くにコンビニ、ファミリーレストランがあり便利でした。 ◯いつもはすぐ遊びに出掛けるのでホテルでのんびり過ごす事は無いのですが懐かしのファミコンがあったので皆で盛り上がりました。 ◯ダイニングテーブルも大きくて良かったです。 ◯家族が多いので洗濯機があって助かりました。ピンチ、ハンガーもありました。 ◯ベランダで喫煙可能でした。

◯チェックインの時に全員の情報を入力する必要があり、とても疲れていたので面倒でした。事前に登録できると良いかと思います。 ◯リビングの照明がかなり暗かったです。 ◯パッと見は綺麗なのですが隅の方は埃が結構ありました。 ◯お皿、コップはありましたが、お箸やスプーンが見当たりませんでした。 ◯タオルは清潔でしたが硬かったので、子供達が顔が削れると言っていました。 ◯柔軟剤がドロドロになっていたので使えませんでした。 ◯YouTube？Netflix？が韓国語で、日本語への切り替え方法が分かりませんでした。

空間適合家庭一起出遊，有小客廳，電視有youtube可聽音樂看影片，也有餐桌，晚上可以跟家人一起宵夜，餐具也很齊全，感覺不錯，但5個大人應該是住宿上限了

距離上野站真的有點距離，離稻荷町站比較近。一開始入住無法使用wifi，寫信到官方的mail都等不到回應，幸好後來有順利解決，但如果是其他問題不知道怎麼辦。廁所置物架很高，出風口又沒有清潔，放衣服很怕碰到。

Had what we needed / located near transport to get to the attractions we wanted to see

Good location close to train transport. Good range of facilities including cooking.

Very compact to the point it was difficult to juggle getting in / out and taking off / putting on shoes. Location of the bins inside the living space (looks ugly but I guess nowhere else to put them given the small size of the landing outside the lift).

Our stay was excellent. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time at this location.

The location was perfect. Close enough to the trains and far enough away from the busy streets that it made it feel like it was a home away from home.

More lighting in the main living space would have been great!

Love Asakusa Eight

The apartment (Asakusa Eight) is located roughly 10 minutes away from Ueno Station by walking. It is very convenient walking to the apartment and there are several ramen shops around the area, most important my it is close by a lot of convenient store such as Lawson and 7-11. The closest train station from the apartment is Inaricho station (Ginza Line), however, not recommend to use this station on arrival date to the apartment because it does not have any elevators or escalator to help you go up with your luggages. The room in the apartment is very big, there are 6 beds in total, 2 double decked beds and 2 queen sized bed. The bathroom and toilet is separated into 2 rooms, bathroom have a tub for you to chill in hot water. There are living room with big TV and a classic gaming console for family to play. There are dining room with table that can fit 6 people and there are cups, utensils, knife, scissors, plates, bowl, etc. There is also a sink for you to wash those dishes. The apartment has balcony where you can do laundry and hang your clothes. As a reminder, you have to throw out the garbage in the room if it’s filled and there is a plastic bag in the room for you to replace it. Overall, it’s a very cozy for family and friends to stay.

It may not be suitable for people who want to eat in the evening / midnight or who want to walk a little far from their accommodation.

Just an amazing stay at an amazing place

Just an amazing stay at Asakusa Eight. There was plenty of space and we had no troubles entering the apartment. Everything you need was close by (10-15 min walk). Would def. recommend that apartment again, especially when you're a group.

Convenient location. Room is spacious for three people

The location is vey convenient to train stations. It is a 15-minutes walk to Ueno and Senso-ji Asakusa. It is also very close to Kappabashi Dougu Street かっぱ橋道具街, we enjoyed shopping there.

The elevator is ver small, there is very little room in the lobby, no hallway at all at the floor. We only had three people staying there, but we found it hard to move around at the door given the rules of taking off shoes before entering the room and putting in shoes before going out. There is no seat to sit down to put on shoes.

Very good location and room. Would recommend.

The property was in a pretty good location. Slightly far from the station but nothing bad. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood with a good amount of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room itself was much larger than expected and had everything you would need.

The restroom was quite a bit small. I would often bump into things just entering the toilet. The room was also a little dusty, but not too bad.

The cleanliness of the place. The room is spacious, has 2 queen beds and 2 bunkbeds, the five of us slept comfortably. It's proximity and accessibility to a train station, and convenience stores. The availability of luggage storage.
