About this house rental

Brand new 4 bedroom,2 bathroom house right on the beach. Walk across the road for swimming, surfing, fishing or just grab a drink and watch the sunset.

This property is set just across the road from sunset beach and is only ten minutes from town and sporting facilities. The local shopping centre is less than a two minute drive which is open 7 days a week. So close to everything that Geraldton has to offer but due to its location is just so quiet and peaceful with very low traffic.

This brand new house features a lovely kitchen with excellent cooking facilities, large rooms with comfortable double beds in most. The outside area is large and well protected with an outside shower for the sandy beachgoers. Throughout the house is bamboo floors and high ceilings giving a sense of space and cleanliness. There is also a double garage that you can safely put your vehicles away.

This home is beautifully appointed with, close to everything whilst still maintaining a quiet and peaceful beachside presence. It is a family home that we would like to share with people from all over.

The property is protected with security camera on all boundaries.

We arrived on one of the hottest days I have seen (cars stating 48 to 50C) and I believed that. Jeremy went out of his way to make us welcome on even such a hot day. Lovely home with everything you would need(even a coffee machine) Had a call from Jeremy asking if we were aware of the blue alert that had been issued for Exmouth(were we live) And said he would grey out a couple of extra days for the cyclone to pass, We decided to leave a day early because normally cyclones are not the problem, Its the rain and flooding that follow. Best recommendation I could give, Its the first place I am going to look for when travelling down to Geraldton again

Excellent property with plenty of room to spread out. A very quiet neighbourhood. All the essential's provided however we could not find an iron. Luckily one of our party had packed an iron. No big deal. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

My wife and I stayed at the property with our two little dogs, Diesel (pomeranian X) and Willow (mini schnauzer). The house is lovely. Very clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed spending evenings in the theatre and the dogs loved the decent sized backyard to explore in. Geraldton and surrounds has alot on offer and would recommend staying at this property and visiting the following; - Burnt Barrel Outback BrewBQ. The food and location was fabulous. We were even going back again during our trip. Try their fried chicken, burnt ends and authentic dessert pies! - Illegal Tender Rum Co Distillery. We did the distillery tour, tasting and had a few drinks with a shared antipasto platter over looking the farm. The staff are gorgeous and we got to feed the resident goats, Billy and Tilly too. - Ellendale Pools. This location is breathtaking. Recommend either taking lunch or morning/afternoon tea to have there and take in the scenery. - Platform Markets. Sundays 8-12. Who doesnt love a good market and these wont disapoint! :)

This is our 4th time in staying at this property. Close to the beach and nice distance to the performance trials that we do with our dogs.. The host is very nice. Will return.

The property is large and well suited for three couples to stay in. we were very comfortable and able to bring our dog (which was very important to my wife!!). Everyone had a good time (including the dog with the beach across the road) and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Geraldton as a family.

Needing a place to stay for the weekend whilst the whole family travelled to Geraldton for our Nan’s 80th and couldn’t fault this place. Not only is this home beautiful in design, and can comfortably sleep the family in its 4 bedrooms, it has all the extras... PlayStation (4 yr old was stoked), hammocks to enjoy the sunshine, a large lounge and seperate theatre so no fighting over the tv channel, everything supplied (and I mean everything), a bike, skateboard and fishing rod for use. The home is facing the beach and sitting on top of the sand dune across the road at sunset is a must do! Last but not least, Jeremy was fantastic, contact was easy and friendly, and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Geraldton and we know for certain we will be using this place when we need to return.

A great spot opposite the beach and just a few minutes out of town. Perfect for sunset watching and sand dune exploration. My family lived the location and I lived the bright, clean home :)

This is a very lovely, pet friendly home which is close to shops etc and just across the road from the beach. And the owner Jeremy was very helpful and understanding. We would definitely recommend this home away from home. Thank you Jeremy. :o)

I booked this place for our staff, they stayed twice in a month period. Jeremy was very friendly and easy to deal with. The property is in Immaculate condition. The pantry was always full and as our staff were staying for extended periods they offered to have fresh linen put on beds etc. We will definitely be booking here again for our work related trips. Once again a big thank you to Jeremy for taking such good care of our staff!

What a wonderful, peaceful Beach House. My stay was a return visit and certainly didn't disappoint. This Home contains everything anyone would want from the sounds of the Ocean, a complete kitchen with every gadget you could think, a spacious patio entertaining area, as well as movies and superb music on the PS. A dog friendly house & yard too which is always such a relief for those travelling with our beloved pet. The Beach lookout across the road has a hidden seat where you can watch the sunsets and the actual beach a short stroll away. Thank you to the owner, Jeremy for providing such a lovely place for others to enjoy.

I had my employees staying in the house and they loved the location and standard of the house which has everything you need to feel like home. For me the most important was contact with the owner. Jeremy is very nice guy, responding quickly to all requests, I wish all the houses we rent had the managers like him.

The house & location were fine. All in all we needed nothing else. Our only crumble was the mattress in the main bedroom gave us both a back ache. Being on the larger size we kept rolling into the middle as it sagged a bit. The out door shower was handy to wash off the beach sand after a early morning swim. Well set up for the beach life stay. Use of the secure carport/garage was also well received. Would stay there again if the need arises.

Fabulous house and location

A house that feels like home at the beach. Set up beautifully for comfort for all guests. The kitchen has all you could ask for. We enjoyed games of scrabble and chess and evening meals on the spacious patio. An outside shower to wash our feet after beach walks and the sunset drinks across the road in the dunes. Its just what our family needed. Jeremy the owner could not be more obliging. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others.
