Loved the place! Greatly enjoyed the Modelo when we got in:)

If you like being close to lots of resraurants, breweries this is great place to stay where you can walk to any number of places. Short Uber ride to the zoo, botanical gardens, and downtown Denver.
We did see some other guests but felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Water was always available as you walked out the door

We stayed for 1 night before heading to Colorado Springs. The property manager responded within a few hours to all inquiries, communication was excellent! We needed an earlier check-in of 1pm and they accommodated us. We appreciated them making our stay a great one. The place was easy to find and exceptionally clean. Unlike other reviews, we did not have an issue with finding a place to park. You will have to be able to parallel park though which was not a problem for us. Just know that you will have some stairs to carry your luggage up. Overall, it was a great place and would highly recommend it.

Perfect room and place to stay for a few days! Easy to communicate with the management and it was nice to have so much space.

Had a great three nights in Denver. The hotel and the RiNo area were a big part of that. A very central but quiet neighborhood, except if you want to go to the Larimar street area just two blocks away for some great bars, breweries and food.
parking was a little issue as there is currently a construction site nearby, taking away a few spots. But one block away was the farthest where we could find a space without a 2h time limit.
The room was very spacious, nicer than on the photos. The faucet seems to have been exchanged for a new one. Did not really fit onto the sink, but looked new and did what it was supposed to.
To sum things up: We would definitely stay here again when back in Denver!

The space was simply amazing, just as it was described! The location couldn't have been better, and the check-in process was a breeze. I had no trouble at all settling in and getting comfortable. It was such a delightful experience.

We loved the location and it’s proximity to the local restaurants, bars, coffee shops and yoga studios. It’s even walking distance to Coors Field as we went to the Rockies-Mets game on Sunday. Our room was adequate. We had an issue with our room temperature as the AC unit wasn’t working. Coffee and beer were complimentary which was nice. I would suggest stashing a bunch water bottles in the community cooler or mini fridge in our room as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Curtis Park Club.

I really enjoyed my stay! The property is beautiful and the location is great. I really appreciated the beverages in the common spaces. The room itself was open and spacious. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

So much of the property was good - its location relative to the outings we had planned in Denver, walkability to restaurants, responsiveness of the host, cleanliness and ambience of the property, to name just a few. However, finding parking is a big challenge and the information about check in was sent on the day I was scheduled to travel and arrive to the property, which meant once we found parking we could not immediately access the property. This was easily remedied by calling the host, but we tried to gain access for a while before calling, which was unnerving and frustrating. Also, the first night we were there, several cars parked in the vicinity of the property had windows broken out at night. That didn't occur again, so might not be a long term or common problem. Also, guests should know that there are no dishes at the property - so you need to bring paper goods with you if you plan on eating there.

We will definitely be returning! Xx

Very nice, clean property. Comfortable beds. Gate to enter property is broken and we arrived late at night so took more time than necessary to enter. Concrete steps to front door are crumbling and inaccessible for handicap or elderly. Chose location because of walkability, however very large homeless population between property and downtown. No way to avoid, and if walking during night time hours can be intimidating. Would stay here again.

A gem
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property located on the edge of Denver’s RINO district. Easy walk to great food and breweries. We worried a bit about locating street parking but it proved to be a nonissue. Property management was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. We would gladly stay hear again.

Good location and a great room.

Beautiful but a few issues
Gorgeous historic building in the heart of the up and coming Rhino District Conveniently located near restaurants and bars. There is a small community of friendly homeless people living across the road. Very common in Denver. My particular room had poor air conditioning and a bed mattress that desperately needs to be replaced. The building was otherwise gorgeous inside and out and extremely comfortable.

Clean, roomy space in up and coming neighborhood
The space was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Sometimes had issues with the coffee maker, but otherwise no complaints. A lot of things to do in the neighborhood, but it is a developing area so be prepared for some areas with empty lots or run down buildings as you walk around

My husband and I stayed here and it was a great experience. I can’t talk enough about the location, it’s two blocks off a main drag in the RINo neighborhood with amazing food, bars, breweries and adorable shops, we had no need to drive anywhere. The building itself was also adorable and the stay was such a seamless process. Access codes allow you to get into and around the property, there are snacks, water and coffee available all the time downstairs as well as beer and wine upstairs. We had fun coming back to chain before dinner and enjoying a beer outside. I would highly recommend anyone stay here on a trip to Denver.

Short Get Away
Booking was very easy. The neighborhood was a little iffy coming in because there is a homeless shelter near by but we had no issue with walking around to get to dinner in RiNo. Very close to several restaurants and cars and close to downtown. The house was so cute on the outside and had tables with umbrellas if you wanted to relaxed in the fenced in yard. The entrance and common rooms were super fun, clean, and stocked with anything you might need. Breakfast was perfect for taking snacks on the road to the mountains. The room we stayed in was cozy and the perfect size for two. I wish I could've stayed longer! I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to ANYONE who wants to visit Denver.

Great Place!
The room was great. It was very helpful to have some snacks to take on hikes and also to come back to a glass of wine or beer (Graham Cracker Porter). Would definitely stay again.

Perfect bed and breakfast for a long weekend
This is an awesome place to stay for a long weekend in Denver! The common areas are very clean, and the complimentary snacks, coffee, water, beer and wine are a nice perk while relaxing at the property. There is a really nice outdoor deck on the second floor which was perfect for an early morning coffee or late night drink. The location is perfect, close to downtown and endless options for entertainment. Highly recommend using the bikes to explore, Denver Central Market and Avanti Collective Eatery were a couple of our favorite spots. It was also an easy 30 minute drive to Boulder for a day trip. We will definitely be back!

Great Location, Great Perks, Bad Bed
The location of this property is fantastic and the entire inn is beautifully decorated. Loved being able to use the Polaroid camera. The only downside was the bed was really uncomfortable. You can hear the springs when you sit on the bed. Also, there isn’t a washer/dryer included. They have a washing service that is $20 per bag. We didn’t have the breakfast because there are plenty of fantastic breakfast places nearby, but it looked like Kind granola bars during the week and fresh pastries on the weekend.

Perfection
Beautiful place. Quite, didn’t really see anyone else. Our only difficulty was not getting the check in instructions for some reason. This was easily solved with a phone call and our stay was amazing. We would certainly stay again if we are in the area.

Beautiful place!
Really enjoyed our stay, the bnb is beautiful and the rooms are secluded and you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Breakfast offered on the weekends was so great. Definitely will be coming back!

Beautiful space, and close to cool art district.
Spacious but cozy. Amenities very plentiful. We really enjoyed the restaurants and bars that were within walking distance. A fire pit outside would have been awesome!
We will stay here again.

Hard bed and poor customer service
The place is truly beautiful on the outside but we were disappointed with a handful of things. The bed is terribly uncomfortable and hard as a rock.
It is supposed to be a bed and breakfast but when we woke up, no breakfast was provided. They said they were terribly sorry and would “refund us for our stay”. However, they only refunded $20 and then went on to say the person who responded to us no longer works for them. They did not honor their initial attempt to make things right and continued to make excuses. A beautiful place but left feeling pretty frustrated.
