Easy check in, great location, clean rooms
Rooms a little small - otherwise good

Location in Cherry Creek
There wasn’t the ability to purchase basic amenities at the property or even nearby. I came down with the flu and there was nothing available and the staff at the front desk didn’t know the area at all.

The location
It is not clean and smells very bad.
The staff did not mention about the cleaning, so our room was not cleaned and smelled really bad all the time.

Its a great location and has everything you need.
Some of the staff were not super friendly at times and my room and the hallway leading up to was smelly. Housekeeping was unreliable but otherwise all good.
5.0 / 10.0
Friendly, good location.
Dorm-like. Very basic and small room with a view of the alley and noisy garbage collection in the morning. No closet, hooks on the wall. Comfortable bed, cheap pillows. Minimal cleaning.

Close to cherry creek shops and botanical gardens, provided free drinks upon arrival and easy self parking across the street (cheaper than the hotel parking). Nice courtyard area for drinks and food.
Busy street with a bit of construction noise at the time of our stay.

Valet just disappeared during my visit while I was supposed to watch my 11 year old in a sports event. The hotel staff was friendly but basically said it wasn’t there issue because valet is contracted out at the hotel. The two front staff tried to find my keys but were unsuccessful. I waited over an hour. Finally they were able to get someone from the valet company out to find my car. At this point I wasn’t sure if I should call the police or what was happening. The next day I talk to the manager and she was very friendly and explain the situation. Apparently the guy working Valet was disgruntled and just took off. In compensation, she said that they would put points Into my Marriott account for the situation. I did miss my sons game. She explained that the points would hit my account that day which it never did. I kept checking for the next week, points were never transferred. My husband left messages and called the hotel, but nobody ever responded or called us back. It’s unfortunate because the staff was friendly and we had a good stay up to that point. I will not stay here again and would warn anyone who plans on using the valet and driving their own car to avoid this hotel. The lack of responsibility was astounding.

Such a fun, trendy environment. Enjoyed the trivia game and Swiftie themed activities

As a non-alcohol drinker, I was less than enthusiastic with my interaction with the bartender. I enjoy a mocktail and even NA beers, I felt burdoness to the bartender. I had my suggested bottle of water and went back.to my room.

This hotel is cute but it is extremely basic. The room was very small, and there was no in room coffee pot which I would expect at $300/night. There is no room service, no closet in the room (there are hooks/hangers on the wall) and most things are self service. Overall it was fine, but for the price of it there was a surprising lack of amenities.
I would expect in room coffee for this price.

We loved the bar and lounge. Lots of fun!
After a shower, the ceiling filled up with condensation and was literally dripping water all over the room.
9.0 / 10.0
The rooms were super small with very little storage, but it was more of a good reason to hang out in the lobby area, which had plenty of space to work, hang out, play games, eat, drink, and meet people. The neighborhood was super cute, walkable, and had everything you need.
small room which would be fine if you are a single traveler or a couple. But we were a family of 4 so it got a little tight. But, we did not hang out in the room a lot so it was fine.

it was fun and unique and love the big open windows.
The bar was insanely expensive for ok drinks though it was nice to have. The rooms are super minimal.

not comfortable, very poor lighting in the bathroom no closets or drawers only hooks to hang our clothes. No restaurant very pour menu and had to eat at the bar. Staff and cleanness was great.

The location was great and the room was spacious.
While this can’t be helped, one of the only 2 elevators was broken and being on the 5th floor it was difficult to come in and out at times. There was no refrigerator or coffee in the room, you had to go downstairs. We paid for breakfast but just got $10 cards to use at the snack refrigerator which didn’t have a lot of options.
