Appartement parfait, emplacement bruyant/bennes à ordures du quartier

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Porto. L'appartement (1er etage) est situé au bout de la rue Florès, rue commerçante très animée toute la journée, jusqu'à minuit. A 5 mn à pied du fleuve, le Douro, lieu incontournable de Porto. Grand appartement propre, bien équipé, très clair et ensoleillé.

Les containers à poubelles du quartier sous les fenêtres ! De 22h à minuit, les employés des restaurants viennent jeter les objets en verre dans les containers, on entend chaque bouteille jetée dans la benne pendant 2h. De 7h à 8h, tous les matins, un camion vient vider les containers/bennes à poubelles. Un autre camion vient nettoyer avec un nettoyeur à haute pression les bennes et le trottoir. Très bruyant matin et soir, vraiment dommage car l'appartement est parfait.

Perfetta soluzione in una zona stupenda della città

Posizione ottima, vicino al fiume e ad alcune attrazioni come la chiesa di S. Francisco e il Palazzo della Borsa. Appartamento ampio e molto carino, camera grande con bellissime finestre. Dotato di split x AC/riscaldamento, noi abbiamo usufruito del riscaldamento, molto utile nelle serate fredde che ci sono capitate. Presenza di prodotti di cortesia x il bagno. Check in autonomo ma con contatto efficiente via whatsapp con il gestore dell'appartamento. Presenza di persiane alle finestre, al contrario di molti altri appartamento visitati, dotati solo di tende. A 3 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento c'è un utile deposito bagagli.

Non ho sofferto il rumore della strada trafficata, che è sopportabile e dopo la mezzanotte scompare ma in alcuni giorni della settimana, all'alba, c'è la raccolta dei rifiuti ed è molto rumorosa. Avrei trovato inoltre più in linea con il servizio offerto, far trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua all'arrivo, ma è una mancanza trascurabile.

Très bien mais pas maintenant !

L'appartement est situé en plein cœur de Ribeira . Lit très confortable et grand, appartement assez spacieux.

Dans la salle de bain, c'est un lave-main. Des travaux comme de jour et de nuit (construction ligne métro), très désagréable ! Carolina n'a pas répondu à notre message pendant 5 jours....

È un bell’appartamento elegante e spazioso, in pieno centro. Ci siamo stati molto bene.

L’appartamento è in un antico palazzo in pieno centro. È luminoso e accogliente, con parquet antico, soffitti alti e grandi finestre. È grande e ben arredato.

Il divano letto non era molto comodo e il frigorifero molto piccolo.

Vraiment super !

Les appartements sont vraiment bien placés, nous ne savions pas à quoi nous attendre mais nous avons été agréablement surpris. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont prévus (essui, savons, draps, sèche cheveux, papier toilette, ...). L'appartement est très bien placé, proche du Douro et du centre ! Nous étions en totale autonomie pour le check in et en contact avec Carolina. Il faut payer la taxe de séjour avant le voyage.

Nice and Clean but MISLEADING about the sleeper sofa.

The location of this apartment was perfect - one block from the hotel I was previously at AND very close to fun cafes, restaurants and bars. Also very close in location to the main historical highlights of Porto.

The facility was advertised as having a sleeper sofa (in addition to the bed) and it did not have one. This was the main reason my friend decided to stay in the place with me. We were very disappointed that this place falsely advertised one of its amenities. I contacted the management of the property about this and the best they could offer me was an extra set of sheets - there was no where else to use this extra pair of sheets. Please change your listing so you do not mislead future customers into thinking you have a sleeper sofa. Thanks.

nice and clean appartment in the heart of porto.

perfect location in the heart of Porto and nice hose's interiors. the house is big enough and well-illuminated. the landlord was fast in answering. there were all the utilities but the wi-fi did not work for all the staying.

the wi-fi did not work for the entire staying. they tried to contact the agency but it did not work.

The third bed was a sofa and It was really unconfortable . In Winter, we asked for One more duvet, but It was impossible to have It. There wasn 't drying rack .

good location when the construction work is over

we feel we should have been informed that the apartment was slap bang in the middle of a 24hr construction site. the night before we arrived we were told that there were ear plugs in the bedside draw but at this point it was too late to change property. after zero sleep on our first night we asked for our money back, that was apparently not an option. we were give a slight refund finally but felt this was not acceptable after having our supposed restful anniversary break ruined. Drilling, trucks, banging, vibrations all through the night. The apartment should not trading whilst this work is happening, bars, shops and restaurants on the ground floor have sensibly closed.

Wonderful stay at Porto

The location is very central and is close to the river, Se Cathedral, Sao Bento station, and Bolsa Palace. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is clean and spacious. The check-in process is easy. But the personal tax would need to be paid prior to arrival, which will be set up by Carolina. Carolina is very helpful and reachable. She let us drop off our luggage before the check-in time. We went out and came back a few hours later and the apartment was cleaned.

Nothing really. Recently, the city is doing construction everywhere and some streets near the apartment were blocked (limiting some taxi access). But the walk to the apartment was really short (under 2 min) from where we were dropped off. During the weekdays, construction started early in the morning but closing the windows and doors really helped. I had no major issue with it (personal experience only). Maybe provide more tea and coffee bags for >2-night stay.

Extreme noise, heavy construction work just in front of the appartment- welding, hammering all the night! Even at 1 am work was ongoing. The appartment staff should have warned us before arrival!

Fantastic location

While Porto is in general a walkable city, this location is fantastic. Close to the waterfront with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and live music. Property was clean and instructions/communication was superb. However, the walls are a bit thin, and the high ceilings can cause echoing. There was one night were drunk neighbors were very disruptive, and we would clearly hear their conversation. However, most of stay this wasn't an issue because people followed the city's quiet hours.
