Will absolutely stay at a Staybridge Suite again!

The rooms were spacious, with very tall ceilings. We were there on a day they had “Social” and were treated to wine & loaded fries. Continental breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff were amazing!

The water pressure in the shower was low, but the temperature was great (I like hot, hot water).

Okay but could've been better

Room was nice, and was clean.

No soap at all in the bathroom, almost empty roll of toilet paper, and no spare rolls, coffee maker was not clean, and still had used coffee and filter in the basket.

One night stay with our dog. Spcious room with little kitchen. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast had good selection and comfortable seating. Location was fine.

Definitely plan to stay @ hotel again.

Went to see some family over Thanksgiving holiday. Stayed in Johnson City , centrally located where every one lives, also close to area we wanted to site see. Great location, awesome, friendly staff. The staff even had like a small Thanksgiving feast in the breakfast area. They also had a fountain drink machine on site in the breakfast area which was a first for us to have @ our hotel & also a huge PLUS .

Not being able to stay longer/ not visiting sooner .

Would definitely stay again & will search out this chain of hotels in the future!

Dog friendly & enclosed back yard area. Great bfast. Two elevators. Fantastic big room with lounge area in room & kitchenette. Very clean. Very comfortable bed!

Only thing would be $75 pet fee for a one night stay- & 4lb puppy. Other hotels charge $25 per night.

Room and facility nice, personnel need customer service training.

Breakfast was okay. Room was nice and bed comfortable.

We had to wait for our room at check-in ever though it was ready. Our room wasn't cleaned and towels not changed. The front desk clerk had no clue why and couldn't explain it or make it right. It was obvious to us from our experience with other hotel chains that their personnel are in dire need of customer service training and how to dress appropriately.

Overall decent. Cleaning could be better but everything made up for it.

Location was perfect

The room wasn't the cleanest. There was hair in the bathtub and the microwave was dirty. The kitchen drain also smelled of sewage.

Happy Family

Hotel is clean and well taken care of. Close to everything we needed. Friendly and accomodating staff. Nice breakfast with lots of options. The suite size was amazing for a large family.

There was very little left for breakfast on Sunday. It was a supplier issue, so totally understandable.

It was fine but wouldn’t choose again

We had a one bedroom suite and it was nice - very spacious. I liked the seperate bedroom/living space. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was modern. Bed was comfortable.

The desk clerk was not welcoming, the bed didnt have a blanket, only a top sheet, there was garbage in the kitchen wastebasket from a previous guest, I was in the shower when I realized the hotel shampoo bottle was empty, there was hair in the shower from a previous guest, there were 2 TVs in the room but only one remote. I was expecting more based upon the previous reviews and the high rate I paid.

There was a lot of confusion about a block of rooms that were reserved. The paperwork to sign at checkin had the wrong rate. It was fixed in the system and was correct at checkout, but required too much follow up to make sure things were correct.

Everything was great!

Didn't like the dogs were allowed in all the rooms! My mom who is a lung cancer survivor was with me, and I have to disinfect the room to get rid of the smell. It would be good for those who allergic to dogs to not have to stay in a room where they have been
