Horrible management

The kitchenette. The staff member Cali went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

The manager Mrs. Moore. I didn't have hot water for 4 days and she refunded some people. I wasn't one. I didn't want refund for the week I stay only a free night. Also she yelled at me like I was a child when I was trying to tell her they double charged me. WTF? She was wrong and didn't want to admit it. Kept telling me 1 payment was pending when clearly on my statement payment posted. Beware of them charges there. make sure to look at statement, even weeks after. And report Moore azz if she disrespect you!!!!

The beds where on metal frames, stove,and Refrigerator in room... The staff where extra nice and so was employees

No smoking , no coffee pots in room but I understand that with 2 stove eyes

The booking place. Didn't have my days right. So I had to pay a different rate . .

Room had a stove fridge,and a microwave

No lamps ,small beds, no hangers. The staff would not give us a extra towel and wash cloth. It was 4 of us and we had to share them the first nite

Very good

Price was good. Rooms were sparsely furnished with bed, two chairs, table, and chest of drawers. This hotel is set up for extended stays with full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop, and kitchen sink.

Room cleaning is once every two weeks. My room was not cleaned during my stay. I has to take out the trash to a dumpster in the back.

horrifying, uncomfortable, creepy, dingy and dirty.

not a single thing. actually I was quite frightened during the stay.

there was nothing on the site about front desk closing at 11 pm. I arrived 5 minutes after, had to call for someone to check me in. whoever it was that checked me in told me that he could NOT open to the window. and everything was done thru a 1 inch opening, totally faceless. I was advised they had to be careful who they opened the doors to - not even the police. if this reservation had been able to be canceled - I would have and looked for somewhere safer to stay. however it was non-refundable. I did not sleep, layed on top of the covers fully dressed til morning. these types of places should not even be on booking.com.

It smelled like weed and sewage for the last 2 days of our stay. And there were some shady people standing around outside the doors making it very uncomfortable to leave or come back in.

Superb

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The front desk lady ( unfortunately didn’t catch her name ) was so fun to talk to. We were in town for a concert and she seemed to care a lot ! She asked us how it went and told us to be safe. She was wonderful

There was some disruptive guests, and police ended up coming. 100% NOT the hotel’s fault. They handled the situation with grace.

STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely nothing!

Where to begin... the website boasted proximity to nearby locations, which were completely inaccurate, costing us huge Uber fees when we expected to be within walking distance. The young girl at the counter checking us in had no idea what she was doing and was new to the area; therefore, was completely useless with answering questing. The "manager" was like an 18 year old boy who tried referring his local buddies when we inquired about suggestions. He also told us we could get a full refund, when Booking.com said no. The room was disgusting. There weren't even cabinet doors on the cabinet and the side of the toilet had likely never been cleaned *vomit*

close to everything, public laundry new place and close to a restaurant!!

hard to find parking after .5 pm ***being told we rented out your room you have 12 hrs to vacate. we are sold out !!

Staff. They attempted to come into my room without knocking. Then there was a problem with their system and taking my payment. they wanted me to run my card again even though my checking account showed the charge in my account. I decided to check out after only one night and had to drive home late at night for 5 hours by myself because of this inconvenience

There was no breakfast and although we did have a few things that needed maintenance on it was a clean room and comfortable beds.

No breakfast . No remote control for tv when we got to room. Light switch mixed up had a hard time getting it figured out to have a light on in bathroom. Then only one of the lights worked . No cabinet doors above stove in kitchen area, didn't look very nice. Rubber seal on refrigerator door needs to be replaced. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Stephanie the manager told my husband when he went downstairs to get remote control she would give us a discount which we didn't receive. Over all it was a pretty nice place to stay .
