Great stay

Great location, friendly staff, modern decoration in an old building. Nice shower.

Highly recommend this place.

Pergola 35 is perfect! There is no other words to describe it. The location is 10mins walk to all the major attractions in Florence. Near enough without being too near. There are lots of eateries nearby. The host Lorenzo is super helpful and helped us organize car rental. Such a far cry from our next booking in Rome. We missed him while in Rome! We were in Florence when the temp dropped to near zero and the apartment is still warm and cozy. Really loved it!

Great stay!

Great location! Quiet and a few secs out of the busy areas, but 5-10min walk from all you want to see! The great cafe/restaurant downstairs✨ Lorenzo was a gem!

Beds weren’t as comfortable as I would like. Definitely, I would say, invest a bit more your beds. Mattress/pillows etc. Everything else was wonderful!

Our stay at Pergola 35 apartments will be an important part of the story of our most recent visit to Florence. Beautiful

The building has recently been beautifully renovated. Great location - Via Della Pergola is a quiet street within walking distance of the major attractions in Florence. There is a coffee shop right next door. The elevator makes it easy to reach all apartments. Our apartment was spacious and extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff (Lorenzo) responded quickly to all of our questions before and after we arrived.

We liked everything about Pergola 35.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment with a terrace just 5 minutes from the Cathedral by foot. It was close to everything, but surprisingly quiet. In addition, the apartment was sparkling clean and efficient--kitchen, bathroom, bedroom all spotless.

I can't say a negative word--one of the best rentals I have ever used.

Foi maravilhosa. Lorenzo é extremamente gentil. Fiquei muito satisfeita.

Conforto e praticidade. Há tudo que é necessário. Fogão, microondas, torradeira, frigobar, louça e talheres. Cama confortável. Tudo bem limpo. Há ainda disponível para todos os hóspedes, máquina de lavar e secar.

Não há nada que tenha me deixado insatisfeita.

Helemaal geweldig!

Het appartement was echt keurig netjes en super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host, Lorenzo is super aardig en behulpzaam. We mochten al veel eerder het appartement in en ook het uitchecken was pas aan het einde van de middag. Helemaal top! De locatie was ook geweldig, het is in een rustige straat, maar je bent zo bij alle gezelligheid.

Als ik een minpuntje moet noemen dan zijn het de bedbanken, deze kraken en liggen een stuk minder comfortable dan de gewone bedden. En appartement Giada is niet echt geschikt voor 4 volwassenen. Mede ook omdat de badkamer boven op de vide is. Voor een gezin met kinderen is het prima. Appartement Golf is heerlijk groot en zeker geschikt voor 5 volwassenen (op de bedbank na).

Greta place to stay

Modern, spacious and well maintained. The location was perfect, easy walking distance. o the city centre and the main attractions. A nice little bar/restaurant right next door, open during the week. Well equipped kitchen. Th eowner was very friendly an helpful.

This stay was the cherry on top during our stay in the beautiful city of Florence!

This property had upgraded amenities and the most comfortable bed. It was VERY clean and made our Florence stay top knotch. We had a three hour delay in our train from Rome and the host stayed in touch with us all the way. She greeted us at the property even though we were three hours late! We were able to relax and catch up on laundry at this facility. It was a relief that she had taken care of everything and even organized a cab for us at our early morning 5am departure. The location to the Duomo was amazing! We will for sure recommend this property to our friend in the USA!!

Well located & appointed any criticisms were minor

Location fabulous walked to attractions. Lorenzo was very friendly & helpful. After travelling for several days previously washer & dryer were appreciated. Being an older couple the lift to the apartment saved our knees

Lack of sound insulation between floors. The wooden ceilings looked fabulous but the noise of people in upstairs apartment walking at times day & night, was not ideal

Perfect Oasis in Firenze with Exceptional Service

We absolutely loved the spacious and beautiful hotel. It was the most lavish place out of all the places we stayed in our 2 month European travel. My boyfriend was so I’m love with the architect of the bedroom and bathroom that he wants to build his house out just like the hotels! Lorenzo the owner was so kind, fun and informative! We highly recommend the hotel and will be returning in try future when we stay in Florence again. The hotel is an 8 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go!

The location is perfect, very near to all the atractions, the room is clean and the staff is nice and polite. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Although you can put some of your stuff bellow the sink, it would be nice to have another shelf or something hanged from the radiator, in order to deposit your toiletries. It could be easily be solved from ikea :)

beautiful building, excellent location, very clean and renovated. Elevator made it very accessible, rooms were clean and nice, practical laundry facility, AC, bathrooms provided hotel style samples, kitchen equipped with all kitchenware including coffee machine and tea bags. 11 of 10. Undoubtedly worth to stay

Absolutely everything was ideal. Location is perfect, it takes literally no more than 10 minutes walking to get to the main sights. Along with that the street where the apartments are located is quite. We were 2 adults and 2 years old child when we were staying. The room was enough spacious for us, even taking into account that a baby cot was added to our room. It is significatly more comfortable than a standard double room in a hotel. Our room was well designed and cosy. The room is fully equiped for the most comfortable stay. It was perfectly clear. There were a dinning table (not a typical tiny coffee table), a small fridge (even with a small freezer section) in the room, a dishwashing machine. They provided all required cookware: cutlery, two frying pans, 2 pots, a kettler, a coffee machine, a microwave, cups, plates... everithing you need. There were small sachets with salt, sugar, oil, vinegar. They provided a complete set of toiletries as well as towels. The only thing you should be aware of is that since it is an appratment, so they do not provide everyday cleaning service. But it is not a problem at all, because they have a laundry with a drying machine so you can wash your towels at any time you want for free. Detergent for washing is provided for free. To sum it up, hardly ever you will need something that is not provided. The staff is extreamly kind and ready to help. They helped us with late check-in with no extra charges. This is what 10 of 10 is supposed to be. Without any doubts I can recommend the apartments for staying. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Dear staff, you are doing an excellent job. Keep going! That was a real pleasure to stay in the appartment. Once in Florence, we will 100 percent stay there again.

We actually actively tried to find out what could be improved there. And literally THE ONLY thing we could come up with is that you could add a shelf for soap in the shower.

Perfect spot in Firenze! a home away from home!

one of the best spots we’ve ever stayed in Europe! Modern, clean, comfortable and super centrally located. the shower was awesome. Lorenzo, our host was helpful, gracious and fabulous. he really took the best care of us and was available and immediately responded to any questions. I would absolutely stay at pergola 35 again! ❤️

Very good

Lorenzo, the owner, was great with any request we had. He met us at the apartment and showed us around. Our communication was mainly through whats app, but he was quick to respond. The apartment was walking distance to many shops, grocery stores, bakeries and main attractions. The apartment was so clean with modern touches, and big enough for our family of four.

Our neighbors above were loud and stayed up well beyond the early morning hours. Lorenzo was quick to rectify the situation and contact them.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern. I really appreciated the washer and dryer in the basement. Lorenzo and Chiara were very hospitable and responsive. And the location was great!

Modern, clean and very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location.

My partner and I stayed here in the build up to our wedding, and it has everything you need if you want to base yourself in the city for a few days and don't want to go down the hotel route. Modern, clean, elegant with all the amenities you need. Very peaceful and insulated from busier streets nearby has a great little balcony to catch some sun. Lorenzo - the host - was always on hand to help us with whatever we needed. Overall a really pleasant stay.
