We had a wonderful stay at the olive loft and I would highly recommend if visiting Florence.

This property was clean, spacious and unique. The upstairs loft was the perfect spot for our teenage son and the outside space was the perfect place to escape with a book. The location was great, we were very close to many of the central attractions and our host Sofia was wonderful and even helped us arrange for a car to the airport.

The elevator is very very small but the stairs were not so bad.

The stay was excellent and the hosts were easy to contact and clear with their indications. Overall I recommend staying

My friends and I loved the style of the loft and it’s position in the heart of Florence. It’s ideal for a friends group stay.

We didn’t like how the two bathrooms are one next to the other and that both hairdryers didn’t have the right adapter to be plugged in the bathrooms. We had to use them in the kitchen to dry our hair. This is something that can easily be improved.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location.

The location of the property was perfectly positioned for travel in and out of Florence station. As we were staying in Florence for just one day, we had a tight schedule, but were able to leave our bags at a nearby bar if early. Due to a change of plans for a tour ( we noticed this a lot in Italy) we left our bags with a leather store whilst we whizzed around the City in a golf cart whilst we waited for the 3pm check in. The apartment is located on the top floor, but there is a very small lift that can take two people up and down, ( need a key to operate). The apartment is modern and nicely decorated with a nice little outside space- which wasn't expected. Nicely air conditioned to all rooms ( although a little noisy).

I had checked prior to arrival that there will definitely be 3 beds, but only 2 doubles were made up. Luckily we found a clean sheet so were able to make up a separate bed for our Son, who would share a room but not a bed with his Sister and vice versa. The only thing we found a little odd, is lots of bags of dirty bedding squashed into cupboards, probably to be collected, and I stepped on a small shard of glass when I took shoes off entering the apartment in the kitchen area.

Beautiful accommodation, centrally located

This is a beautiful accommodation and can comfortably sleep six people with a private bedroom, loft bed, and sofa bed. The terrace is a lovely place to start and end the day. There are also two bathrooms with full showers which was really appreciated! It’s also in a truly lovely area.

They allowed us to store our bags before checking in (as most accommodations do), but we had to store them at a local restaurant that did not store our bags behind a locked door so that wasn’t ideal. The elevator is also very small, but we still found it useful.

Super cool apartment in the heart of Florence!

A gorgeous apartment in the heart of Florence. So chic and beautifully appointed, with cool touches like a funky loft room and a mirrored ceiling in the living room! The kids loved it! The space fit our family of 5 comfortably, and even had 2 bathrooms. It also included a cool outdoor space. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the station, Duomo, River, and lots of great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend the Olive Loft!

A great place to stay with family or friends.

Location is fantastic for all the main sights of Florence. The outside space was larger than expected and was a nice place to sit out. beds comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Modern fittings and fixtures throughout. Lift to top floor really handy.

Stylish and Convenient!

Amazing location and very stylish decor. Beds were comfy and main bedroom was very quiet. We loved having coffee on the terrace. This is located so close to the train station, just a short walk to il Duomo, to good restaurants and high end shopping, to Ponte Vecchio and the museums. You could not ask for a more convenient location, yet still felt quiet and private as it's not on a main street.

We were traveling as two couples so not having two actual ROOMS was a small negative. The second "room" is a loft so it was open to the living area below.

no paper towels (but delivered after request), shampoo conditioner, and hand soaps empty (but filled when paper towels delivered), and the sinks ran slow in bathrooms

The property was very clean and welcoming. The instructions were easy and the host responsive. There were staple ingredients on hand in the kitchen and soap, shampoo, etc for the bathrooms. The porch outside was divine in the early spring sun. Wonderful!

Fabulous hidden gem

The layout and the terrace is fantastic. The kitchen is compact but has all you need.. 2 showers are great when there are 4 of you. A fabulous location near everything Would highly recommend

Maybe put grips on the stairs to the upper floor as the metal is slippy More pillows as the ones there are flat..

Exceptional

Great location. The apartment it's close to the train station but also close to the city center. Great communication with the host. Easy self check-in and checkout, we had clear instructions. The apartment it's clean and spacious. Nice terrace. I read some reviews about the heating, but we didn't have a problem with the heating system. It was pretty warm and the system worked well. (we visited this place in December).

It's great that there are two bathrooms but keep in mind that the small bathroom it's really small. For us, it wasn't such a big problem.

Loved Florence - super appartment, highly recommend.

The flat is in a great location. It was comfy for the 5 of us, even though 2 of the beds were sofabeds. Plenty of hot water - very useful to have 2 bathrooms. Nice little terrace, used it even in November.

The flat was incredibly hot when we arrived - 36 degrees in November - took a while to sort out heating controls, with all windows open to cool place down.

Very nice apartment really close to the nicest places in Firenze. It was a great place to start exploring the city, sights and restaurants. The apartment is very nice, nicely furnished, clean and tidy. The owner responds quickly and helps with questions. Excellent!

Loved everything. One little thing: I had difficulty getting into the shower, as the doors were stuck and would not slide. I had to apply quite a lot of force and then get in and out through a small opening. But other than that, it was perfect!

A lovely apartment, well kept, good linen, good mattresses, air condition, location.

The socket next to the main bed is faulty and the main shower the drain is blocked so as you shower the water rises and overflows.
